I stop in once a week to buy a bottle of wine. Not once has the wine rang up the right price, and it always rings up higher than the price displayed. I go anyway because I’m aware, and I always get the right price after bringing up the issue. I asked why this happens and they blamed it on their wine distributor. Be careful when buying wine at this store. Other than that it’s clean, the attendants are friendly, great layout

This one doesnt feel like it is beating the heck out of my pickup and it does a great job, and the vacuums work great. Best floor mat cleaner in town really washes and dries them, fantastic!

I pay monthly to go through the car wash and they state that they will wipe the car down once I am through the tunnel. Well that’s not the case, I was just told by the guy that is charge “that since I don’t always tip them for a 2 minute wipe down that they will not perform that service to me anymore because they work for tips.” I don’t always have cash and most of the time they do a poor job wiping my car down anyways. I would not recommend this location to anyone because they do not treat every customer the same.

They missed and left mud all over my passenger seat, all weather mats still half covered in mud, speakers have mud in them. This was all easily viewable. I could’ve done a better job myself at 1/3 the price; the “xtreme” interior service is a huge ripoff.

Ok line was a little long.The other tidal wave i jave visited i did the vacumming and the interior. Here it was full service. I much petfer vacumming my car. The car wash does a good job.

I have visited several hundred C-Stores in my travels and have never been so happy with any/all my visits to this store. From the Management staff to the late night staff this establishment is 2nd to none. Always clean. Always stocked. Always professional. I have gone out of my way just to be waited on from these folks. Top notch service with a smile.

Extremely unhygienic, I came into the store and the staff had no mask on. When I asked the staff if they had a mask or if they could put one on, he laughed at me, I was absolutely mortified.

Had received a text with a free car wash for my birthday. I took advantage of it last night and got probably the best was I’ve ever had!!! Guys were polite and interior was awesome!! I’d like to know what products they use to clean with!!I should have gotten it and looked before I tipped them, because I should have doubled to $10Will definitely return!! They got dog hair off too!!

XTREME ($14): This service look exactly like when you use free vacuum at car wash. Trust me. No difference. You could spend $5 for car wash and use free vacuum. Name XTREME does not justify the service.

Nice guy working there, but I got a ham and cheese sandwich from there and when I went to eat it about 30 minutes later it was literally all mold on this sandwich. Usually dont complain but I am for the sake of others who get any food here.

Always polite and do an awesome job. I live in Franklin County so every time I get to Chesterfield I like to stop by and get my car done.

Very hardworking crew of people, The GM Billie Jean is very helpful with customer service. If you’re in the area, this is the number one place to get gas and pickup some snacks for your family for the road.

This store is beyond all expectations for a gas station. I had a slight issue and the very nice cashier went to go get her boss. Then came out the General Manager Billie Jean. She had a very nice welcoming smile and she was very helpful. I could immediately tell Billie Jean was very knowledgeable, understanding, and she sure took great care of me. This will be the only station I go to from now on. They all make you feel right at home and go the extra mile. Hope to see more around like this in the future!

The gas station is nice but the bathrooms have the worst toilet paper I have ever used in my life; if it even has any toilet paper. I go there quite often and every time I am there they are out of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, or all three. The toilet paper is so bad it makes cleaning up even worse and forces you to use more, hence why they are always out of toilet paper. And the employees dont even try to keep the bathrooms stocked. If you are there after 6:30pm dont even try to use the bathroom.

Over the weekend I got some concrete (dry) on my truck hood and wanted to wash it off. I went through the car wash and two people started to dry it for me. One of the people name Dom noticed that some of the spots werent coming off so he sent me back up to the entrance of the car wash and met me there to try and remove the remaining concrete spots (free of charge). He met me back at the end to dry off my truck and paid special attention to the spots on my hood. Dom was very thorough and wanted to provide the best experience possible. He seems like a real dedicated employee and take pride in his work. This car wash will get my business from now on. Great Work!!!

Hello, I am writing this in regards to Ariana at the Long Rd wash. Every single time I come by she’s working. That girl has exhibited an amazing attitude, work ethic and extremely helpful. Today on Thursday, around 1 P.M, I was on my lunch break stuck in quite a large line at the wash. I expressed my concerns to her as I would be late to return. Not only did she help me at the machine before the gate, she sprayed my car off and then ran down to the opposite end to dry my vechilce... I felt like a queen!! I just wanted to express my wonderful experience once again, and to also give recognition to those who deserve it. I will be returning soon!!!

Best car wash in St. Louis...they have one in Collinsville and more on the way, which is great! Perfect wash, friendly and professional staff and the inside lounge and cstore is AMAZING! we need more of these in St. Louis...finally a first class facility!

From the outstanding detail the owner has clearly put into every inch of design, to the friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and the outstanding selection offerings of snacks to the hand selected wines. CAR WASH BEWARE!!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!I received damage to my car using this company. The manager had zero remorse. The owner never called me back. If I cannot get the stain out I plan on taking more action. This company does not know how to wash a car. I received what I thought was a professional car wash, and ended up with purple stains all over my car floor mat, and my leather seat. My boyfriend figured out the next day they soaked the floor mats so bad it bled out my shoe color into the floor mat, and against my leather chair.This company does not use paper floor mats to prevent this from happening. So if you wearing suede shoes your doomed! On top of it my boyfriend took the mats out because he smelled a light mildew smell. When we took the mats out the actual floor was soaking wet! Like literally smelled so bad. We had to get a towel and dry my car floor out, and then shake baking soda out all over the floor and dry the entire car out. It was a complete mess. As of right now my dealership is trying to get the stains out. I am worried because this is a lease car. I am completely disappointed in this company. Even when I took my car to the place the manager said I will try to get the stains out, but this was not from us. He kept saying it had to be make up even though he was spraying it with Windex and it was not coming out. If it was make up it would come out with soap and water I told him. The guy just said sorry but there is nothing we can do for you. This wasnt from us. Worst service ever. I am never going back, and I am extremely disappointed.

This is the best car wash in St.Louis hands down. This place BLOWS waterway out of the water. I wish this place wouldve been up and running earlier!!! Its like a personalized car wash. You get to pick exactly what you want and your never there for long. I love to grab a slice of Shakespeares pizza or a sandwhich from the bakery. Extremely curtious staff and even better service. Will be coming back a million more times!

If you hate country music as much as I do, you will want to pull your hair out while standing at the pumps. Not only a horrible choice of music, but blaring loudly, its torturous.

It’s not a good place

I was denied purchase of beer at 1:15am this evening . The attendant said they aren’t not allowed to sell past midnight?? Missouri allows sales till 1:30 am everywhere else except on Sundays. I’ve purchased in the past after midnight there. Oh well I guess I’ll take my business back to the BP on Long Rd

Waste of money. Windshield was still dirty, barely dried the truck, and the part of the actual washer wasnt working.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Came in this morning to get coffee and a granola bar. walked in and the cashier just stared at me. I said good morning & he didnt reply. I made my coffee and he began working on some of the other coffee machines. Took my purchases up to the counter and then stood there. For ten minutes. The cashier walked around the store, made eye contact with me and the continued to work on the machine. I stood there and waited, and waited, and waited. He noticed me and still didnt approach the register. It was to the point that if I waited any longer I would be late for work. I left my items on the counter and walked out. As I walked away the cashier turned around and watched me go. Didnt try and stop me, didnt apologize, didnt care.

The tire works package was not worth it. Dirt remains on all four rims. Very unsatisfied.
