Excellent service, and given the best experience possible, under COVID-19 circumstances. All employees -properly- wore their facial masks, store was super clean, and staff was friendly! Reggie especially was helpful, as me and my four other family members were upgrading from broken old phones to new products. Dad was even given a half off discount on his line! (I dont quite remember how that came about, but it did). Five whole lines for the family, with upgraded phones, for a fairly reasonable price! You do get what you pay for, and I believe that good tech is an investment. Again, Reggie was so helpful and transparent about info in the upgrade, and was super patient as all five of us learned from him about how to use our new phones, and he made us feel comfortable! He walked my parents through the prices and discounts and warranties, carefully explaining everything, and welcoming every question. He deserves all the good praise and he is incredible at customer service :)) Will be going back in the future!
Ive been with Sprint for 8 years. While the experience has been rocky, I am grateful for the Chesterfield Valley location. Each store associate offers the best possible customer service to make sure that every problem you have is addressed entirely. It is nothing more refreshing that to be greeted with a warm and inviting smile, eagerness to help, and a drive to come back. You will definitely receive this at this location! But what truly won me over, is that no one person is all about a sale. They make sure that they will give you the best for your buck! I mean how awesome is that? Stop by and experience excellence!

Awful experience!Upgraded two phones online, set the pickup location to Chesterfield Sprint, setup an appointment, and was not able to pick the phones up at this store.- When we got there they where not ready to honor our appointment time. All workers where already helping someone else.- Once they got around to helping us, they struggled to check the phones out of their system (after over an hour). Not including the drive time.- Then they told us the only way they could help would be to cancel the order and reorder through their store.What a nightmare!Failure at every single level, Sprint order support could not help, they hung up on us after like 30 minutes.They need to look at their processes for order pickup and customer support.Probably need some better experienced leadership in their operations department and customer support.
Horrible service three out of the past four times that I have visited this store. I have gotten the impression that the employees as well as the management at this store are not interested in assisting you unless you are in the store to open a new account, add another line to your plan, or upgrade your phone. Essentially, if they are not making a commission there is absolutely no motivation for them to assist you. So unless you are planning on going there to do one of those three things I would highly recommend that you call Sprints customer service department also known as the Care team instead. They are a million times more helpful and not driven by the dollar.
Trish and Jessica were tremendous. They spent a lot of time spent a lot of my money but I came out way good. Trish help me when she was at Sunset store. She did such a great job so now I wont be able to get an appointment. Shes worth it though
The manager Brian was unwilling to honor what customer service promise and wanted to send me to Apple. I did not buy the phone from Apple. 6 lines and a business that spends hundreds of dollars but won’t solve the problem.They CS took care of me!“You have not because you ask not”!
As long as I have been with Sprint which is a long time, this is the only location I come to for anything. Technology is not my first language but they are so supportive, patient and understanding. Excellent customer service; do not go to any Sprint location but Chesterfield Commons. Many thanks.
These guys work on commission/incentives and will try to upsell you at every turn. The wait times are bad too but the worst thing is the aggressive sales tactics! Avoid Joe--he wont leave you alone until you buy an iPhone, iPad, ear buds, a phone cover, and an extended warranty!
Dani, floor manager is WONDERFUL! My husband and I went in to the store yesterday to see about possibly upgrading early. She gave me a lot of information and was so helpful to give me options so that I could have a minimal cost. She was the best Sprint rep I have spoken to in the nine years Ive had service with Sprint!

Consistency is usually a good thing. Unless its consistently bad. I drove over 20 miles to avoid the other stores near me . Same results. A phone that was ordered through sprint online was not ready hours after I was told it was. At the location I was told they couldnt sell it. It wasnt until AFTER I offered to call sprint did they try something else. Well now it was going to take another 15 minutes while the phone was moved to sellable stock. 20 minutes later enough was enough. I left without the device. It goes to show sprint doesnt play favorites either. With 7 lines we get the same subpar service at each location that the customers with 1 or 2 lines get.

I had no success with other Sprint locations, and I definitely did not have success with Apple directly; however, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Chesterfield Valley location. They have gone above and beyond typical customer service every time Im there, and they are constantly in touch to make sure everything is still going good with my new phone and services. I was going to set-up my new lines of service on the internet, but I stopped by the store to ask a few questions. The sales rep offered me an additional $50 credit on top of the waived activation fees that the online offer already had. Against my better judgment I gave the retail store a chance. 9 months later, 4 discussions with the customer service reps, 3 employees and a manager later, still no $50 OR the activation fee credit that I would have gotten online. Terrible service.

We were pretty happy with our help at the location on Chad. But after 2 hours and we got home I Son in law Screen protector was broke. Now remember it was only lesson 2 hours and they told us they could not be turn it that we had to go on line to the company and have it registered and then go from there. I think I was very poor customer service. Also all his games went away and they didnt tell us that was gonna happen with the transfer to the new phone. So unfortunately I felt it was a good experience until we walked out the door.
I returned a hotspot device that was TRASH in other words it performed horribly! I left with a rose gold iPad and a hotspot with the same amount of gigs that was CHEAPER! Winning and excited that the return was so easy and seamless!

This store is misinforming customers about the true monthly costs of their plans. I was told that for my family my cost would be 103 per month. I got my first bill at it was 368 dollars. I called customer care and they told me the store had made a mistake and that the deal I was offered in store was not valid with the plan they told me. I have the paper where the salesperson wrote the cost for the plan and phones but to no avail. They said I would have to come back at a later time to talk to another person. I could see I was getting the run-around. They also screwed up my name on the contract which I could not change without submitting my drivers license over the web, one of the phones they sold me kept freezing up, and I spent 3 hours in the store trying to get set up. They couldnt get my number transferred and I had to wait until the next day to get my number associated with the new phone. Since I was in the 14 day return period, I cancelled service. They charged restocking fees, activation fees (which werent supposed to even be there according to the sales person I talked to when I signed up). DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Bait and switch and they are absolutely clueless. I went to T-Mobile and was done in 45 minutes for all 3 phones. Place is complete joke. STAY AWAY!
After the few conversations Ive had with Sprints customer service and Joe at this location, I just made the decision to not switch to Sprint. You cant get a straight answer from a single person, or express your needs without being interrupted. Then of course, youre asked the same questions that youve already answered but they werent listening in the first place so you get to answer them again. Dont bother with calling to get information from a location either. Theres no time for you unless youre in store.

I just had the worst customer service experience of my entire life and it happened in the Sprint store. The only reason I went to the store wast that my business account rep would not call me back to answer my questions. Thought I would go into the store to get things figured out but after waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone they knew nothing and then just ignored me until I left. Not only will I never go in this store I am taking my 10 business lines to another carrier and will never go back to Sprint.
Travelling on the road for two months. Had a terrible experience in this store trying to get a warranty repair part. Skinny shaved head guy with glasses acted like he didnt want to help me out at all. I received a smart ass answer for every question I asked and just ended up walking out in disgust. Had great experiences at Sprint Stores in Seattle, WA and Short Pump, VA. This was the worst.

I went in to get help with my Bluetooth today. With it being a Saturday I was expecting to wait a long time to get helped. I couldnt have been more wrong. I was in and out of the store within five minutes and now Im able to use my Bluetooth and I love it. If you need help go see Dillon. Hes the best!

I visited this store this weekend and spoke with the manager. I visited after speaking with Sprint Customer Service and was told the manager could perform an override on my account and allow me to have my 2-year contract upgrade immediately. The manager told me he hasnt been able to give a 2-year contract since January (I confirmed online that Sprint did get rid of contracts in January but brought them back a month later in February) and that any store that is doing that is breaking the rules. After speaking with Customer Service again, I found out that the manager wasnt being truthful. He also spoke down to me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I am very unhappy with the service here and will make sure not to visit this store when I do upgrade my phone. I suggest finding a different store to visit, where they treat their customers with respect and honesty.

Calls to my iPhone have been going directly to voice mail and the notifications have not been alerting me until as many as 14 hours later. I have missed at least two important appointments because of this inconvenience. I try calling others from the phone and the calls, if they even make it through are dropped during conversation. I went to the Sprint Store where I bought the phone and explained the situation and I got a song and dance about Tower Maintenance. I wonder how many times they have used that excuse... Employee did not even offer to look at the phone or perform any diagnostic, just the tower maintenance excuse. He said the maintenance would be complete by the weekend. Here it is Monday morning and I am still having the same issues. For a long time Sprint Customer, I would have expected a little more consideration. I wonder if I can have my $200+ monthly bill discounted for the lack of service over the past several days.

First off, I want to say I never ever do this. (write reviews) I have to with this. I used to go to the sprint store in manchester but their customer service is terrible, so I decided to try this one. They are always helpful and kind. One time, my phone crapped out on me and I had no insurance. Through conversation they figured i lived in manchester and told me that there was a store much closer.I casually mentioned that I didnt like that store due to the service. A while later, the sales associate informed me that they were sorry about the poor service at the other store and as an apology, they put insurance on my plan, which got me a new phone at no cost. Ever since, I always go to this store and always leave happy. If you are a sprint customer, go here!

When i came into sprint i was seriously thinking of changing to an iphone. When i spoke with dillon (an apple owner himself) he uncovered my true needs and it turns out the galaxy s6 was a much better fit for my needs. I think it was great that he had my best interests in mind when he helped me. Since i dont like change coming from an galaxy s4 the change has been very easy for me. Dillon was very kind and was able to help me lower my bill. He even helped me to cancel my Netflix membership (which i know has nothing to do with sprint) if you need help go see dillon at the chesterfield sprint store.
As far as cellphone stores go, this one is okay.
