I went in to see about upgrading my phone and I got help from Cecily. I spent easily over an hour there one day going over the different plans and phones and she made sure she answered every question that I had so I chose the right plan and phone. Then I had to go back in to get my phone set up and she spent another couple hours with me and i never felt rushed. I apologized to her for having to spend so much time on my situation. She didn’t act bothered at all to spend that much time with me. I felt very comfortable buying the phone from her and I walked out feeling very happy and confident using the new device. I think she did a very good job at making me feel comfortable and spending the time needed to make sure I was happy. I will continue going to Verizon but Cecily will be the reason that I will keep going back to this location.

Came into the store to upgrade to new iPhone, I was fortunate to have Cecily assist me. Nicole is awesome she was by herself and she was helping 3 customers at the same time. She has great customer service experience and really helped us out.
First, workers are nice. However, this place is under new ownership and is NOT owned by Verizon, so it can no longer allow you to take your new phone home for setup and mail back your trade in after you know everything transferred. Therefore, you are held hostage for well over an hour while they attempt to transfer data. Then, they sneak in a $25 charge to do it! And we get home to find out not everything has moved over and they already erased the old phone. And, upon checkout we were charged $285. I asked what for and the guy seemed disgusted that I asked. He said taxes and I asked how much. He said he couldn’t see that without backing everything out. I looked at the screen and showed him it was $122 and that is when I saw the $25 store charge. I have two more phones I need to upgrade and will do online with Verizon or find a Verizon owned store. This was NOT a good experience. The girl who helped us was friendly, but brand new.
Nicole was very knowledgeable about the plans, the process and the how billing works. She was also able to speak to how the phones and explain the differences in the types of phones. She was able to get me in, get my new phone and get me out quickly!
This is the best place to go for a new phone. I was helped by Antwain, who was just the best. He listened to what kind of phone that I was interested in and helped me find the perfect phone for me. Was very patient with me helped me with everything. SUPER GREAT GUY!!! Definitely will go back for my next phone.
Verizon as a company is terrible and don’t want to help customers. I went today to resolve some issues and nichole was the only one willing to patiently wait and listen to my troubles. She has earned Verizon atleast 1 more month of me overpaying. Verizon needs more employees like her!

My experience at Russell Cellular was more than satisfactory. Though the issue with my phone was not related to Verizon, and it was an Apple issue, they still held my hand and walked me through the entire process of resurrecting the issue with Apple Support. They saved the day (and my phone!) and I’m extremely grateful for the help!

I walked in the store on 11/2/2020 and said that my Pixel 1 dies anywhere from 60-30%. The rep said that hes never heard of it before and its probably because I need to close apps and turn the brightness down. Then his partner said I should go get my battery replaced for around $300 or buy a new phone. Neither rep looked at my phone, inquired about the protection plan that I pay for monthly, or offered real advice. After a quick Google search, I learned that this is a somewhat common problem with the Pixel 1 and simply closing apps and turning down the brightness is not going to make a difference. The lack of customer service was disappointing and insulting.

Excellent service provided to an already agitated customer.Curtis really took care of me and was very patient even though I’ve had a very unpleasant experience in another store. At some point Clinton and Justin came by to help out and the team effort was excellent.The only thing I’d encourage this team to do is to know the fine print better on the plans being offered.If you’ve had an unpleasant experience elsewhere, come to this location, you won’t regret it.

I lost my phone today and Jeremy and the good people in this store were amazing in helping me. Although I did not find it, they were exceptionally kind and told me exactly what to do. Above and beyond making my day not so bad after all! Ask for Jeremy or Scotty and they will treat you with kindness and care!

I greatly appreciated the help I got today from Jeremy Baylor and Krysten at this store. I was having trouble with Apple Play in my car. Jeremy couldnt find any problem with my phone but was happy to call Verizon support and talk to tech support for me. This saved me time and frustration. With the help of Krysten and Jeremy I think we solved my problem. They were both very helpful.

This is THE Verizon location to go to. I have been to other locations and came away frustrated multiple times but never at this location. All the staff especially Kendall have been so professional and patient. They made sure they understood what I needed for my personal and business plans!
