Shopping for two new phones today. The sales associate (Dana) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have been in multiple ATT locations and she is the best person I have spoken with.
I will only come to this store because they always know what they are doing. Made the mistake of going to Sams Club and of course received all the wrong information. The manager and the representative helping me figured it all out and made it painless to get my daughter a new phone for her birthday. Thank you for the amazing experience and I will continue to be a loyal AT&T customer as long as I receive the same amazing customer service !
Poor customer service by apple support AND especially by AT&T employees at the chesterfield airport road location. Needed to repair a malfunctioning phone in warranty. Warranty did not want to exchange without a $600 fee. Insurance didn’t want to repair. Will be switching providers.

At the chesterfield Valley AT&T store!We went for a phone upgrade and to merge plans, and Harley was THE BEST! Super fun to chat with and she knows everything! Went back a couple weeks later for phone turn-in and luckily she was working & took care of us. We no longer fear going to the phone store & hope Harley is there every time- and she gets a big fat raise!!! 😊
For me going to AT@T is like going to the dentist. I just put it off until I just need the newer devices or services. I went over the weekend and was greeted by several employees smiling. They look genuinely happy. Andrew assisted us at the chesterfield valley location. He went above and beyond. Not just with the sale but he cross sold additional things that I didn’t even knew I would want which is the exact way to handle sales. Inform me of what you recommend and allow me to discover the need. Anyway there were some issues with voice mail. After MULTIPLE phone calls and no one able to help, I called and asked for Andrew. I pleaded for his assistance. He resolved 98% of the problem on the spot. Andrew provided further assistance today and now everything is perfect. Andrew has a laugh and way that is contagious. His service level is higher than my previous experiences with AT&T. He basically did his job and tech supports job because it was what I needed!
The two ladies at the Chesterfield location that helped me were amazing! I will skip my location and go straight to Chesterfield. They went above and beyond for me and Im so grateful!
We went in a Friday morning to buy new phones. After a short wait we met Joe who couldn’t have been nicer. We already had bad experiences at other times with other stores and were ready to walk if we weren’t being serviced. He was so clear in asking what our needs were and showing us what iPhone would fit our needs. Very personable and knowledgeable. We will highly recommend Joe to any of our friends if they are looking for new phones.
I went to get an iPhone 10 and Harley was amazing. Not only was she patient through the whole experience, I ended up leaving with a 12! Overall an amazing experience and we will keep making the drive all the way out to Chesterfield to use this store. Harley definitely should get a pay raise 😉

Joe and Jesse were tremendous!!They went the extra mile to see that we were very comfortable with our decisions. They were very helpful in explaining the new phone and I Pad.Could tell they thoroughly enjoy their job. Wish there were more people like them in this world.Hoping our switching to AT&T for our TV will be just as enjoyable.

ZERO STARS!!!!!! YOU JUST SIT HERE AND WAIT. NOBODY SAYS BOO OR WELL BE RIGHT WITH YOU. YOU JUST WAIT. Its truly remarkable to watch. I guess if you make $10 an hour, whats the difference? 55 minutes and counting since Someone said well with you in 15 - 20 minutes. Im not even joking. I must be getting punked. Thats the only explanation.

This AT&T store manager Jared is the Best ever of any kind of store I have ever been to. The manager hired excellent staff. The store employees listen to you and resolve your needs easily. Consistently outstanding work. Best ever!

If you drop by the store be prepared to sit around for at least 30 minutes before someone can talk to you. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at the store. Ive tried calling the store at least 3 times a day for the past week and no one ever picks up. Whoever is managing this store is failing. Hire more reps and answer your phones.

I would give Michael 10 stars if I could! We upgraded 4 iPhones and 1 Apple Watch and purchased another Apple Watch as well ! He was friendly, professional and so patient with us, he made our visit a pleasure instead of the torture it could have been. Thank you!

Waited for over an hour to be seen when there was ample staff. The manager that seemed to working on the computer, an employee that would stand around the registers and one that was out of dress code just hanging out. Either one should have been able to assist but instead let the wait list build up to 5 people. You would think the people waiting would be more important than any other task. Second time this has happened where I waited for an extended time.
Amazing service! Kyle went above and beyond to help me with fixing errors in my account and getting a new phone. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely return to this location.
We decided to do their buy one get one free and After several hours of paperwork and getting through the process of buying a phone, they told us we had to put $400 down on a free phone. No I understand having to have money down but not when it’s a free phone and also both me and my wife have a 700 credit score which this should not be a problem. So then we had to go through the process to return one phone that they had in stock and then had to wait For a phone to be delivered. Once it was delivered we sent it back And it took over two weeks for the phone to finally get there. By the time I finally reach them I had a total of two days to cancel the phone before $700 was going to be charged to us permanently in on reversible. I definitely advise against going with AT&T.

Went in 2 days ago for help getting my phone to hold a charge and to change a device on my plan for my son. 3.5 hours later the task was complete...ran into a few hiccups along the way but Daniel (employee helping me) handled things beautifully and with an incredible amount of patience when the global customer service qas not making things simple!! Happy with the service at this local level
I visited this store today with someone else and I have to say they displayed amazing customer service. No long waits. They even open the door on arrival and departure. I almost want switch service just because of the outstanding customer service.
Great people and great service! What else do you need? From the Salesman Cem to the Asst Manager Jonathan they handled a mix up from AT&Ts system very well and efficiently and got me handled! I have been back since, even though there are several AT&T stores closer, and will continue to frequent their store strictly because of their customer service!! Lets face it, all the stores have the same stuff, what separates them is how they treat their customers!

Came in on lunch, waited 30 minutes to be seen with only 3 customers in the store. Just wanted to buy a replacement phone, no data migration. Customer service guy cant activate the new phone, says itll be an hour at least. I leave and come back at 6. Its now almost 730 and I still havent been seen. An alarm is going off that nobody knows how to disable, kid crying, unknown number of customers came and left disgusted. Poorly run and sad store.
Horrible experience left me in tears. Would never recommend them due to their pathetic customer service. Was there 100 minutes and had to CALL ATT from my phone while in the store to get help because they refused to call them or help me! With my monthly statements in hand, my ID, my passwords, everything, even let them call my husband, they refused to assist me until they insisted my husband had to leave his job and appear with his ID before they would assist me. After my husband arrived, it still took them over an hour just to put voicemail into my new phone. It should have been there when my phone was purchased 4 weeks earlier. Horrible experience. Totally dissatisfied!

This store is much cleaner than the one that used to be across the street. Two separate experiences here, one great, getting a screen protector put on my phone they did for me quick and at no charge, one less great, where I had an issue with my new Samsung and they were able to do nothing more than tell me to talk to Samsung. A nice store, the customer service issue is more of an At&t wide thing, not this store

But Kyle (Mgr.) and Doug (Assoc.) went above and beyond for me today. Kyle is always upbeat, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. HE IS THE FACE OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ATT is fortunate to have him representing them. And Doug was just the same, welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to DO what ever it would take to make sure I walked out of their store feeling proud to have chosen ATT as my service provider. This post is not for the Chesterfield store, but AT&T customer service....I called last month because they changed my billing date on me and I wanted it changed back. No problem they said. However, I get TWO bills this month (one past due) – apparently when they changed my billing date, they uncombined my wireless, uverse and internet bills, resulting in double charges on uverse and internet. It took me TWO HOURS AND ELEVEN MINUTES – transferred to THREE separate people – all telling me THREE separate things. AT&T owes me money for the double charges, late fees and my discount through my company (this discount was NEVER applied correctly and they refuse to pay me back for a discount THEY applied). They also need to combine my bills – but no one seems to know how to do this. I am shopping new companies starting tomorrow – I can’t stay with a company that I don’t TRUST to get my bill correct OR that has every customer service person I speak to relay a completely different message!! Kiss my $450 a month goodbye AT&T….
Att sucks this company is horrible the customer service is even worse and nobody was able to remove a minor invalid fee from my account after the error was made on behalf of att. will not recommend this company to anybody for any services. i am so disappointed.
Trevor Henry did a good job of helping us through the clunky insurance claim process for a cracked scree.
Sold us a phone plan they were not authorized to sell. When we went in because we were charged an extra thousand dollars (yep $1000), they threw us out of the store and now were on the hook for it...

Took 3 minutes or so to get thru to store. I then was told the rollover on data plan is not cumulative but that the rollover for each month stands on its own for only the new period.I was never advised of that when I bought the plan, and if I had been I would have gone to another carrier.I am now shopping for a new carrier.
