Dont expect your normal best buy. Some stuff is Scratch n Dent, some open box and some discontinued. The prices are great though. Who cares if the TV is a 2019 model vs 2021? Usually doesnt make that touch difference.

Was wary of buying from the outlet because I didnt know what their return policy was and some reviews state it is only a return if there is a defect but the defect may have a loose definition. I am happy to say they changed their policy to 14 days no questions asked return. I will say I did not purchase anything because they did not have the specific TV I was looking for but based on that return policy, I would have if they did.

They need to change their marketing or branding to mention they only really sell appliances, and lean out the sales staff, theres too many associates.Ive witnessed a few people wander in just to walk back out, expecting a second hand best buy experience, and other people in conversation not knowing that they sell appliances here.All in all the prices and inventory are decent.

Unless youre looking for home appliances… dont waste your time! Unless of course you may be in the market for a damaged 50-75 or bigger television ONLY by LG, Vizio, and the occasional Sony...This was not the same store I perused laptops and tablets only a mere 18 months ago

We had a really great experience! They took great care of us and the deals can’t be beat. We ended up with $400 in savings on a dishwasher. We would definitely recommend them.We went there a second time and had a poor experience. We bought a washer/dryer and tv. Everything worked great, except the dryer. The dryer had an incorrect user manual, the metal frame on the bottom was all bent up with stripped legs, and the power terminal screws were missing. I was able to fix all of the issues. I paid too much for the very poor condition of the dryer, and the Best Buy outlet would not do anything to compensate us. No discount for the missing manual, labor on fixing the legs, or missing screws. We won’t be going there again.

I asked before purchasing what their return policy is, they told me if defective theyll accept return. I came to return because the main feature I bought the TV for was not working. Design feature not working means it is defective, but the manager tells me they define defective differently. Then maybe you should put your definition on the wall or told me when I asked for the policy. Whats the point of putting the highly restrictive return policy on the receipt which I dont see until Ive already purchased. Also the manager called me rude for asking if we could speak with him directly to avoid miscommunication when his associate was talking to him 10 ft from us. The manager was listening to the conversation between me and the associate so he was there only for this situation so it was not like he was busy with another task. Hes just upset that he has to take back the TV that doesnt work correctly. If he was respectful I may even try to shop there again, but after that I would never go there or recommend it for anyone. The manager had an unprofessional 1 inch long messy beard, if it helps anyone identify him.

Friendly and knowledgeable TV salesperson. They only have large appliances at this location TVs, washers, dryers, refrigerators etc this is not a replica of all items sold in a regular store.

It has a good selection of appliances and TVs, if youre looking for to buy a new one, you should visit this place first, very good discounts and you can save a lot, most of them have small dents and scratches or dusty, because of shipping or handling or customer returns, they give you 30 days to test it and use it, and they will fix it for free or give you store credit,just double check around, back, inside, underneath, missing parts, etc to make sure youre aware of all these defectsI bought my washer and dryer from there, and very happy

Bottom line if you are looking for the best deal in St. Louis, flat out. I did my homework. I went there and received great customer service and bought what I wanted and almost impulse purchased a flat screen with the money I saved on the scratch and dent washer dryer. The manager I just so happened to know from the neighborhood and Best Buy couldnt have picked a better person for the job.He told me there are only a few of these stores nationwide, only drawback is the product turn around doesnt warrant the use of the website for stock and prices. Call ahead or make the trip. You will not regret it.

There is no warrantee, although they will take a TV out of a box and show that it works. There may not even be a manufacturer warrantee, if the previous owner registered the device, you will not be able to claim that warrantee either. Keep that in mind before buying.

The actual store is okay and they do have some good deals. However, the delivery is not worth it. I got something delivered and had to take off work 3 different days cause they kept not showing up or didn’t have the correct tools to install it. The store worker also lied to me and said they would hook up my water line to my fridge for me but instead the delivery guy refused to do it because the guy at the store checked me out for “no water installation” even though it’s the 1 thing I asked for....sometimes shopping at these place isn’t worth the deals when you realize how unorganized and how much stress you get and money lost from not being able to work waiting for the delivery guys.

If you are ever looking for great new to barely used appliances this is the place to go! Bought a new Samsung range/dual oven and a Samsung dishwasher and the price was better than what we expected.

My experience at the store was fine. The problem has come after the fact. I purchased a fairly expensive LG washer Feb 29. Did 3 loads of laundry and had water continuously running into said washer. Called geek squad and the repair tech came and diagnosed. A week later comes back to replace said part. Now, another week later the panel originally removed has shifted and washer is leaking again. Call geek squad and am told to call the manufacturer to repair a washer THAT HAS NEVER PROPERLY FUNCTIONED. I am BEYOND frustrated. I get that things arent happening like normal. Yes. I know we have a pandemic happening. As a nurse I am working the front lines and cant wash my scrubs properly because my new washer doesnt work. I need an answer. I didnt spend all this money to be told call the manufacturer. Worst customer service EVER!! Get it together Best Buy.

Had an order that was supposed to be delivered to me today. They gave me a SIX hour window, so my whole Saturday gone and its now two hours after the end of the window and still no word from anyone. After calling three times I finally get told that its in the process to be rescheduled and they cant even tell me when it will be rescheduled for. Not one time was anything communicated to me unless I called asking. So my only day off is gone and I didnt even get my order.

Not only are the prices great but the staff is very helpful and answers any and all questions. After making our purchase and getting it home, we realized a part was missing and they were quick to assist us in exchanging televisions and even offering a discount. Special shout out to Matt and Lauren especially as they were so helpful and kind.

Best buy outlet is a good shop, they sold us a washer awhile back and it still works fine. We went looking for TVs and they have great prices, but we decided not to and just use a lower quality TV thats in our house until ours can be repaired

Seems like I got a lemon on dishwasher a year ago in Dec.geek squad is useless because when they find out its appliance you not only are on hold for hours but 6 calls later you give up and have to go back to store to get any help.its now out again and geek squad will b back on January 2nd to try to fix my lemon problem.had to go to store again to get new tech again.dont hold your breath waiting on geek squad help go immediately back to store and complain.let them stay on hold for hours and hours and hours............
