I wanted to post 0 stars but that was not an option!It was the best car buying experience ever….right up until they closed down in the middle of the night. Now I cannot get my title and tags which I have already paid for.

They do not care about you after they sell the vehicle. We called them a week prior my temporary tag expired. The lady told that the title was not ready, but she also said we should not worry because they would send us a second temporary tag. They did not send the tag! I called her again just a couple of days before my tag is expired and told her to overnight the tag. She said she was going to overnight, but she did not! It’s unacceptable! Just do your job! It’s been 13 days since my tag is expired, and I need a valid tag. Also, there is an issue with the car. The lady told us that we would receive a call from the manager, but nobody called us! We have been patiently waiting, but we are tired of it. This is ridiculous!

My husband and I spent Memorial Day weekend (much to his dismay) looking for a safe, reliable car for our teen. We found it at Millennial. The car was fantastic for the price point we wanted and the staff was very friendly. Thanks for a smooth and painless transaction! 🥰

I think this was the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve ever encountered buying a vehicle. The owner is hands on and works in-house daily, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and FAR from pushy. No matter how busy they are they will answer any questions, be super attentive and remain that way throughout the entire process. They also have in house detailing as a plus. I can go on and on, we love our new Honda Accord.

Signed their name in the seller position on the title, and didnt add the lein holder to the title. Now i need a duplicate title and go through an 8 weeks long process to get that fixed. This is basic stuff any dealer knows and it created a major issue. We paid them to do the paperwork and they screwed it up. This is the one issue (amongst many more) that finally caused me to write this post. I would recommend buying from somewhere else, seriously.

Millennial automotive is NOT an okay place to get a car from. They have a nice selection, and all of the cars are clean, detailed nicely, and mostly in good shape. The price I paid was fair for the condition of the car and the mileage it had, but in terms of keeping up with car maintenance this is where millennial is lacking. After giving their inspection of the car, they said everything was good, and that theyll change the oil, add more transmission fluid (was low), and give an alignment because the car was pulling mildly while I test drove it. They could not produce a receipt for the alignment they said they got done on it, the transmission fluid was still low, but the oil was fresh. They had told me the brakes and rotors looked fine, but after getting the car checked out from my personal mechanic, he discovered that the rear rotors were torched, so I ended up replacing the rear rotors and brake pads which were in bad shape. The brake fluid looked like coffee, and all the other fluids were in need of a change, in addition to the power steering having a leak near the reservoir. Of course all of this stuff is routine maintenance that needs to be done on a car with 80k miles, but the way millennial went around trying to pass the car off as fine was not fine. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and you can find a nice car here at a decent price, but be prepared to have some work done on the car either before or after you buy it, because they do not do an in depth check on these cars when they buy them from an auction. UPDATE: I have had to spend over $2000 in repairs since Ive had the car (been 8 months). They lied about getting an alignment done on the car, and were too cheap to get any work done on the car before selling it at the price they sold it at. At the time it seemed like a good price, but after all the repairs they failed to complete before selling it, they shouldve sold it for a thousand bucks less than they did. DONT GO HERE!!!

I purchased my 06 Honda Civic here last year in August 2018 and that car has been doing awesome since. Couple bulbs going out here and there and normal car maintenance. My partner also went and bought a car here a couple months following. Awesome customer service, and the warranty made us feel secure. We bring our cars here for continued care including oil changes, tire changes, and other services. They have been great to work with, and I always recommend them to my friends and family.

If I can give NO STARS I Would! Please to anybody looking for a car. Dont waste your time. They sell lemons. Im out of 10,000 dollars messing with them and still paying my loan through my bank. Currently 9000 so you know I didnt have it that long!! My van broke down so many times in less than a year and they are very expensive for the repair. Now need a new motor. Please DO NOT. I Repeat DO NOT deal with this company

I wouldnt buy again from this dealership sold us a used honda odyssey everything was fine until day two check engine light came on took it the the dealer ship and found that it has 7 codes that had been reset before purchased dealer ship wanted almost $4400 in repairs asked to return the vehicle and was told that they couldnt entertain that thought had to take owner to court and still didnt get any results that way so we have been stuck with a lemon that has mulitple problems and they dont follow up on a manufacturers recall as we found out just last week when another problem arised some of the problem where bad catalytic converter rear motor mount front motor mount.bad terriable vibration when eco light comes on the drivers side CV axles need replacing sliding door stoped working or opening and there is so much more..but at the time of purchase we where told this van is in top shape nothing wrong at all my best advice would be spend the extra money and go to a real dealership that back there product

I was in the market for a dependable car for my son AJ. He just got a new job at Amazon and is an upcoming sophomore at VCU so he definitely needed a car. After looking online for hundreds of cars and going to 7 dealerships it was very frustrating looking at the cars and finding that they were all garbage or way out of my price range. I looked at CarGurus.Com and saw Millennial Automotive advertising their Honda Accord and Civics. What impressed me were the details in the pictures for the cars and the presentation with the city skyline in the background. I looked at the mileage and price and it was definitely in my range. I grabbed my son and said that we were driving from RIchmond to Chesapeake about 107 miles to look at those cars before they sell. After a 2 hour drive I met with AJ from Millennial Automotive who was busy multitasking with customers. I finally had a few minutes to talk to him and introduced my self and my son AJ and told him hats a good sign and told him about my interest in the black Honda Accord and Civic but he told me unfortunately those cars have already sold. He showed me other cars in the lot but it was not what I was looking for. He told me to come back in about 45 minutes so he can give me his undivided attention. That gave my son and I time to look at about 4 dealerships in the area and it was very disappointing that the cars were all over priced and had over 150,000 miles. I was finally able to meet AJ and told him my interest in Hondas and my price range. He told me he deals mostly with Hondas and right now hes got nothing in the lot within my range. He did say however that hes got the perfect Honda for me and my son but it wont be ready until tomorrow. He showed me the pictures of a navy blue 2010 Honda Accord EXL and I was told AJ that I was definitely interested but to do me right. He assured me that he would have the car tomorrow afternoon and I felt more at ease with his knowledge . I had to drive back to Richmond, Va and back to Chesapeake, Va cause my wife also wanted to see the car. Mind you it would be a 450 round trip both days after looking at this car. When my son, wife, and I pulled up to the dealership we saw the Honda Accord and was impressed with the detail they put in cleaning it and making it showroom ready. My son and I did our own 120 point inspection and took it for a test drive. My son was very impressed and wanted the car with his mom and dads blessing. I struck a deal with AJ and he even gave me a $200 Veteran Discount. After a few minor issues that AJ took care of we were good to go. AJ, Kayana and Sierra were all awesome answering all my questions and issues and made me feel comfortable and very happy and formed a rapport with me that I would definitely recommend Millennial Automotive to any of my family, friends or anyone!

A.J. seemed to be a real nice guy and easy to talk to but there are a few things folks needs to be aware of. A.J. tried to sell me a 2009 Honda Civic VIN 2HGFA16679H520134 with cracked block that has a temporary repair that would let someone down in the middle of nowhere. He is trying to sell this car without exposing a serious engine problem. Buyer Beware of A.J. because his ultimate goal is to sell a car and it doesn’t matter who he harms. Very sad reviews. The Lord looked out after us.

Buyers & all Military personnel beware we purchased a vehicle from here & 6 months later the vehicle has had to get a radiator, battery, timing belt & transmission. Walk Away!!!

Bought a truck here. Took 11 weeks for them to get my license plates. I had to get temporary plates twice. $600 dealership fee. I thought that was too high and they wouldnt lower it even though I asked. One of the business cards said 90 days warranty, but I only got 30 days 50% on engine and transmission. Asked AJ to get his boss to call me to see if I could get the 90 warranty, he said it only applied to Hondas. She still hasnt called me back and its been several days.
