Antonio was absolutely the best! He made it so easy. We made 3 trips up to DriveTime total, but worth the hour drive every time. The first time we had dealt with James, who is equally pleasant. We test drove 2 vehicles, then went home to think about it. There was no pressure at any point to buy a vehicle. I then went back and met with Antonio who helped me reserve the car I drove away with less than a week later. I would definitely go back for another car when the time is right!

I feel I was sold an unsafe Lemon and I sent multiple correspondence by multiple means and I was just ignored. They just showed up at 2am. Yes 2 in the morning for the vehicle. I am hoping the States Attorney will assist me in pursuing legal action under the newest statue. They are very similiar to the high interest Pay Day loans that will likely soon be unlawful.

This is among the best drive train and general coverage Ive seen.Gap Insurance is also offered at a great price, would highly reccomend this if the vehicle you purchase will be your daily commuter.Car I purchased was in absolutely amazing condition and exceeded my expectations. Keep in mind these arent mechanics, they are salesmen. Within 5 days of your purchase youll need to have the car go through a multi point inspection to address any issues. Within 30 days, if you purchased the silver rock coverege plan, theyll cover ANY engine/transmission problem and even cover the inspection.Salesmen, were efficient and utilized great communication throughout the buying process despite being busy. All questions were answered promptly. Sale was closed with no snags.Interest Rate will be high, in the event your credit is poor or fair, this is to be expected. The management team would not fix the issue nor would they reduce the cost to allow me to fix it. I ended up getting a car that I really didt want. They boz you in so If you have credit issues such as myself.....keep looking.

Waste of everyones time if you have fair/good credit. This place is for people with bad credit who are in a desperate situation.The description of the car on the website did not match the features of the car we came to look at. The sales guy we dealt with didnt understand a lot about any of the cars we were looking at. Only after we filed an application did he inform us that they didnt have a lot of cars in their low APR bracket and kept pressing a Kia on us, which we were openly uninterested in. All the cars were kinda dirty on the inside which is pretty awful considering how much money they want for any car on the lot. Couldnt get out of there fast enough after looking at all the yellow staining on the Kia lolWe went home to try to use Carvana instead, only to find out theyre an affiliate of Drivetime. No thanks.

My experience with Drive Time was excellent. Danijel, Brian, and Julian rocks!!!! All three of them were excellent and didnt pressure me at all. I am so in love with my car, and I didnt even spend as much as I thought I would have to. I spent less and gained more and got a newer vehicle, we were there way past closing time to get it done. I will definitely recommend any and everyone to go to Drive Time, theyre commercials are 100%true. I want to thank everyone there for the best car buying experience I have ever had. And I love my car so much!!!!!!!

I bought a van from here, I was offered a high interest rate and more then I wanted for a monthly payment. no worries I needed a car and had a hard time getting approved anywhere else. the vehicle I purchased and a few issues, nothing too major. had to give it an oil change because it really needed it! nothing I couldnt handle. the transmission seems to run rough coming out of first gear. overall not a bad place fro a used dealership. I would definitely buy here again if the down payment and interest rate is not so high.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. First off they couldn’t do an out of state buy. My grandfather was trying to buy me a car but for some reason they couldn’t do it. Second off when I tried to buy a car they wanted a ridiculous amount of money as a down payment. They are supposed to be a place that helps you out even with low credit and they don’t at all! The same exact day I went to carmax and drove off in a brand new car for 0 down payment. Drive time sucks!

I went to look for a car for my daughter. She filled out an application online and went to a dealership in Richmond. They didnt have any vehicles on the lot. My daughter came home to Hampton Roads and we call the Chesapeake store. We spoke to Monique. She assured us the had vehicles on the lot. When we arrived she immediately acknowledged us at the door. She was very friendly and welcoming. She had all the paper work pulled up and she completed paperwork that wasnt completed from the other location. She showed us vehicles and went with us on test drives. This was my daughters first time purchasing a vehicle. This was not my first time purchasing a vehicle and I can say this was the best experience, upfront with the terms, payments no haggling or, deception. Monique even went above and beyond to add coolant to the vehicle herself! They filled the car up with gas too. I just purchased my Mercedes and the dealership there would not fill my tank up.......
