Went for a passport photo for my 8 month old baby. Staff is very friendly and great customer service. Especially the lady Kaleesha she is a fantastic lady with huge patience.

I went in for a walk-in COVID shot. When I was called back for the shot 1. ) I wasn’t greeted. I wasn’t too upset about that because everyone has their days. 2.) I was expecting to be read an EUA because that’s what it said the health care provider was going to do on the paper work I filled out. But I was never read the EUA 3.) After speaking with some family members I found out that the common practice is we were supposed to stay seated for 15 mins and be watched to make sure there are no complications with the vaccine. We were not informed that this was supposed to happen. Overall getting my vaccine here wasn’t what I expected it to be.

Staff is outstanding always pleasant ready to help. Good prices on sales items. Never had a bad experience.

Alandra was extremely polite and professional. I was extremely impressed with the fact that she actually paused for my reply when ask if she could place me on hold in lieu of immediately placing on hold when inquiring. This has got to be the first time I experienced that level of professional phone etiquette in years. Most often its a race to get the person inquiring to even acknowledge your answer before the line goes to elevator music. The most disgusting part isthe attitude that is normally displayed if you manage to get reply no because your question only requires a 10 second answer.Alandra deserves to be recognized for her customers service skills. I attempted to contact the corporate customer service line to make sure she received the recognition she deserved however after multiple calls of being on hold I decided to go this route.Hopefully she will be rewarded.S.S

I dropped off my prescription for my dog at this pharmacy. I told them it was for a pet and you can clearly see at the top of the prescription that it says it is from a Veterinary Hospital and it says on it is for a canine. The girl at the front told me it would be about 15 minutes. Thats fine no problem. I go shop around. Its been about 25 minutes so I get in line to check on it. I get to the counter and I tell her the last name and she just looks at me and says oh, this is for a pet. We cant fill this here because we dont have it and we cant order it either. You couldnt have told me that sooner? I used to work at a walgreens for 2 years and in the pharmacy too. I know what the procedure it. So annoyed that they couldnt have told me sooner. I wasted all that time thinking they could fill it.

Lately to, but to, slow in the pharmacies. Zero, yea with z, customer service. They take forever

The only store that carries my ice cream. Google says they close at midnight but I got there at 11:45 and they were closed. Very upsetting.

Open 24hours. I have been using this pharmacy for years and they have always had my scripts in stock. Never had to go to a different location or another chain. Family of 5 so a variety of meds over the years. Great customer service throughout the store. 1 hour photo even on most personalized orders has been convenient as well.

The second shift store managers lack social skills. During my purchase of Christmas sale items at the register, I was told the item wrapped in Christmas paper wasnt on sale and he ripped the paper off in front of me.People who work with the public should have better decorum. This is not the only time that i have had issues with sale items.

Greeted everytime I go in. Associates know where items are located throughout the store and are knowledgeable on products. Suoer friendly customer service. The check out line can back up quickly though.

Ive been going here for years for my meds but tonight was the worst experience ever! I got home and counted my meds and noticed I was missing 5 pills, so I recounted then had someone else count them just to be sure. I called the pharmacy to let them know of the mishap and was treated terribly! I mean look up my records and see that I have never had a problem like this before so its not like this is a reoccurring issue! I think this situation couldve definitely been handle in a more professional and calm manner! So now I will longer be a customer of theirs nor client!

I first and foremost must apologize to all the staff of walgreens and to my followers for not posting this 3 days ago I as I promised. Ok I have some exciting people to tell you about. One being a young man named Marcus. Marcus is a up coming star. His customer service and ability to make te guest happy is an attribute that will get farther than most. And ladies his smile dont either. Then u have this amazing woman by the name Kim. Kim is a supervisor that never leaves the job undone. Then u have yet another man by name of. Scott. Scott is this dynamic manager that has a great deal of respect for not only himself but each and every employee and guest. Now I have a gentleman named Curtis. The star of God that should say it all. Tom is another that smiles and greets. Thus team is one of exceptions in life the crate find. Now to this team I will say each one is a fine tool that when connected together they work as one as one. No team would complete without its quarter back. Well I must say this stores lead player is one of the most finest morally wonderful person that a guest could. Ever ask .for. Her name is Sarah . To these people I owe a debit to these that I shall not ever be able to repay there llove loyalty and most a their.. To these people I I owe everything. Thank you . Most times service is good just dont come at peak times.

Overall really good store, the staff is pretty helpful. The oneproblem is the prescription service can be slow because the are so busy.

Not a bad place staff is normally nice. But the sale signs for the candy is always wrong with or without your Walgreens card

Freindly atmosphere and great customer service. Prices are a little higher than other places.

Waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and people keep walking past the window without waiting on me. Unacceptable.

Dont call the pharmacy unless youre prepared to be on hold for 25+ minutes.

Phamcy is slow, store is disgusting, store needs to be updated. Pharmacy didnt know how to refund on a purchase so they made my wife wait 20 minutes becuase they didnt want to tell their manager that they didnt know what they were doing. Would not recommend anyone use this walgreens.Update 1 year later still not impressed took 40minutes after appointment time to be seen and blamed it on printing out paper work never heard of a printer taking 40 minutes to print out paper work that was already filled out online prior to the appointment.
