The self-service checkout lane is a good practical idea,but its card only. Ample space is given at the checkout counter as well as the shopping aisles. I especially appreciate the proper greetings and salutations. Good job.

Very helpful pleasant employees. Even if they dont have what I need they take the time to check around and that extra mile they go to try and help means a lot to a busy person such as myself. Thank you for being a great team working staff and always making my visit quick, convenient, and enjoyable. Keep up the good work guys. I know everyday cant be stellar but you all deal gracefully and respectful even when some of the customers can make it super difficult and they can act very very rude. You all do amazing work and I will definitely be a return customer. Keep on being the wonderful mature employees that I have come to appreciate more than yall will ever realise. You guys rock!! Store is well stocked and organized, whilst the staff as polite and helpful. However, their public restroom is a NIGHTMARE. There was waste all over the seat and the walls. Sink was dirty. Walls are dirty and pealing. Mirror was dirty. At least there was soap and air freshener I suppose..

I had a great time shopping at Dollar General. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Tyler gives great customer service. Will happily return to shop there.

It Aways clean they have an associate there name Tim who is friendly just out and kind. Plus, he plays the best music of all time, music of the 70s and on. If you are in the store you would not ask that question you would feel it.

Store is a mess.. Not neat or organized.. Only one person in the store which is a cashier.. I asked for help, she mentioned there is no one here at this moment.. Then ignored me to go on her business with customers in line.. I will not go to that location again..

This place is close to home, but they NEVER have anything that I need in stock.

This dollar general was pretty decent, untilI visited today. I simply asked for the restroom, and was confronted by a rude employee by the name of SHAYNA (assuming this is the correct spelling.)I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but when I and others asked her questions, she was very snappy with us.When you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on other people. I will still go to this location as it was close by, but I’m very leary now. I will contact the GM.

Usually only one register open and too long of a line . In addition, merchandise displayed on the end of the belt and hardly any space for your own items to be checked out

AsI traveled home from an event, I visited 7 Dollar Grnerals along the way, looking for one of their home stores. All were clean and the people were nice. In Virginia Beach, however, I asked to use the facilities and was told to go to the Taco Bell.

As usual, had what I wanted for a price that represented great value!

This store deserves no stars!!! A few years ago this store use to be a nice place to shop. The staff would greet you and they were very helpful. The staff that is currently employed there now is horrible!! They are very rude and nasty!!! When you walk in the store there is one employee in front of the store playing with their cell phone and the other employee is in the back office. The clearance items are always marked wrong. I hate this place, I no longer shop at this location!!! I miss the staff that use to work at this location, they were a good group of people!!!

If you dont know about Dollar General Digital coupons, just ask! Its a GREAT way to save yourself A LOT of money, especially when you combine the $5off $25 on Saturday (sometimes a Friday) This is a nice, spacious Dollar General and the staff is always willing to help!

My company regularly does service work for Dollar General.

Stopped twice in the same day. The first time, the only person working was rude when I asked him if he was running the register. His reply was who the hell else is going to do it. The second time was later that evening and there were several employees and almost every one of them spoke, saying welcome to Dollar General.
