Everytime someone walk in the lady follows them around its very annoying and they are pricey with no variety of anything

Easily accessible. Owners & employess are always helpful to me when I come in & they have a great variety of products many other hair stores lack. I ended up at this store because Id make the drive from Suffolk to VB on Holland Rd. to my fave hair store bcz I KNEW they had what Im usually looking for. One day they didnt though & I was so sad. The owner inquired & after I told him why I was upset & how I couldnt find the product at MANY of the other stores, he asked where I moved to & low & behold he tells me about one of their other locations that turns out to be not even 10 min. From where I lived!!!??? I couldve cried, I was so excited & relieved!!! Doesnt matter where Im at, I ONLY go to these 2 stores. Idc, idc, idc. Good Customer service is everything to me!

Very small and they watch u like a hawk

As soon as I walked in; the man behind the counter spoke... I felt welcome. then all of a sudden this woman appeared from the back an stood there, so I asked where is the braiding hair she took me there; I picked up what I wanted, went to the counter, laid the hair down an continue to shop, when I saw that one same womas just stand behind some racks watching a lady. So I approached the customer and told her that woman was watching her. I said I thought they stopped that. She replied she usually goes to Richway. I left everything on the counters went right to Richway. There I though I was home.

Good beauty supply store but their prices are higher than others.
