This place is a joke. Came in for an inspection in the morning where there barely any customer. This gentleman Immediately giving a paper to fill in. I came in to give this gentlemen my key and he was watching sport channel. 5-10-15 mins later then he is just wandering around and watching video. Then I asked when are you going to service my car. He said Idk then proceed to watching video. I was like what an estimate time? He was like i ain’t giving anyone estimate time. So i asked for my key back and drove away.

Was in a crunch to get an oil change and state inspection completed in a few days. Tune Up Plus was recommended. Prior to the recommendation, never heard of this shop, let alone realized how close it was my location. Upon arrival, they were extremely professional and helpful given my situation, and were able to get me in and out relatively quickly (1.5 hours of waiting) despite their busy workload! They really helped me out at a crucial point in time, recommended some needed maintenance that was due and/or overdue, and quoted prices less than what I was expecting! Needless to say, Ill certainly be utilizing their services again in the near future!

Called to request quote to have four tires mounted and balanced. Their price was double what anybody else had quoted. I am working across the street and it would have been very convenient but convenience I guess comes with a price specially at tune-up Plus

Travius and his team were amazing. Took my car in for a torque strut mount repair and battery replacement on Monday morning, and was done in 24 hours! I was very impressed with the clarity and the communication with Travius. If I missed his call, he would text me with pictures and updates on what was happening. Tell me another auto shop that does that!They also recommended to try a battery service to try to save the battery before replacing it. Which they did! They saved me almost $200 on a new battery!Very pleased with these guys with their professionalism!

I took a truck I bought to get a diagnostic and new tires. The truck got new tires and tires sensors and upon driving it home the dash had a tire warning. I told the manger and he said take it to another place to have them reset the code. I took it back to him and said I didn’t think they programmed the tire sensors, which they hadn’t. I left it for 4 days because they didn’t have time to fix it then finally they fixed it just to leave one of the tires leaking air. This was a 2000 dollar job that I have had to take back now 3 times to get brand new tires in working order. Oh and let’s not talk about the burrrrrr sound the truck now makes that it previously didn’t.

Excellent service from the Tune Up Plus team. I came in for a state inspection, but as a result of their professionalism, I ended up getting some general maintenance items taken care of. I will definitely be back.

I noticed that I had a screw in my driver side rear tire. I called Harris tire Tune up plus after finding them with a google search. I talked to a technician who said they could repair my tire the same day. I stopped by and they repaired the tire quickly and efficiently at a fair price.

Manager @ Chesapeake relayed what mechanic said was amiss. He did a good job of giving me updates. Also answered all my questions and got my authorization before work was performed. Finally, the Manager happily made a another fresh pot of coffee while I waited. Great group here overall.

Placed opened at 7:30. Was here at 7:45 with one person in front of me and it took them 2 hours right more to do an oil change and inspection. Service is very slow

I have a 2005 excursion, it has around 259,000 miles on it....and maintenance ever done to it after 50,000 in 2016.Cant even describe the terrible condition it was in....BUT NOW, I HAVE A NEW TRUCK AGAIN!!they took one day to find out everything wrong with it and the next day to fix it, by 10:30 a.m.These guys really go beyond what they have to do.... even found out a transmission sensor was bad, fixed that while everything was apart.Cant say enough good things about these guys...saved us LOTS of money..... actually wish I was married to any one of them,I would never worry about a vehicle problem again.ITrust them completely not to lie or rip me off.Im very happy we got lucky chosing them.Just remembered seeing the shop one day

I took my car in to get an inspection the second they opened. I asked them to also replace the accessory drive belt. I asked them if they would like me to give them the part number and they told me they would figure it out. They then ordered the wrong part. Maybe they ordered the right part and received the wrong one so I can’t hold that against them. Then during the installation process, they bent a bolt. I understand that this kind of thing happens, but they then charged me $34 for a single bolt.Customer service was thorough and immaculate. The man I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this shop despite not having the best experience myself.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE!!!!I initially came in for an oil change..the mechanics checked my car and saw life threatening problems. I was not informed in March about the problems with my wheels. The manager, Travius provided proof of the need for replacement thoroughly explained each parts function. I have never heard of this auto repair company and commend the manager for all his help. I stopped by to get them to diagnose why my brake light was on. They checked it out, told me what the problem was and fixed it in no time. I was very pleased and impressed ! DONT DO IT!! I took my vehicle in, told them EXACTLY what I needed done. Yes, they changed my brakes & rotors. No they did not reattached my ABS sensor. Yes they changed my oil. No they did not put the cap back on. NO THEY DID NOT test drive my vehicle like I asked them to. NO they did not rotate my tires like I asked. Nor did they balance my tires. Yet they charged me for all of it. I spoke the the manager and the tech. The manager was kind. The tech, who should retire, admitted he didnt do what I asked. I have asked for a refund (I took my vehicle to another place to have fixed). STILL WAITING!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE!

I left a one star review before I left the shop & when I got my Tesla back it wouldn’t change gears. I travel for work & I drove up from Georgia yesterday, no problems at all. I get my yearly check-up at the Tesla Service Center, no issues. These people took the entire day & told me I “should have failed” because my car wouldn’t change gears (something that was not happening when I dropped it off).If something was wrong with my car that’s the last place I would bring it, even if they could work on it.

Good service. They seemed to be a like over-booked, so my 8:30AM oil change didnt start until close to 9:30AM, but once they got to it, pretty quick. I was updated regularly during my delay which was nice, so I could rearrange my errand following this service.

I had the most horrifying experience yesterday! I nearly had a heart attack when they sent me down the road with something that was loose under my car and I wasnt told anything about it. Five minutes later it fell down and it sounded like my motor was dragging on the ground. I went in for a promised free high-mileage oil change (because the previous experience there was also terrible) and ended up spending $268 because my car needed all these flushings and filters. I had to drive back to the shop at 5 miles an hour with hazard lights on because this part was dragging. I was scared to death!! The mechanic (?) knew exactly what it was because he left it tacked up with a stick pin WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. Then the lady in the office tried to tell me that it was like that when I brought it in. HUH? If it was, I knew nothing about it!!! Im 75 years old and I have NEVER been so disrespected be any one in my life. Talk about rude!!!! The mechanic (?) never apologized or owned up to how he left my car or that never told the office lady or me. He complained that he had to tack the part up with zip ties. Poor baby!! HE SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DEALER PART THEY NEEDED INSTEAD OF SENDING ME DOWN THE ROAD WITH STICK PINS HOLDING IT UP. Then the lady was trying to excuse him. I waited outside while he worked under the hood. After a while, I asked how much longer it was going to take, and I find out the mechanic (?) had already finished, but he never told me, but left me sitting on the bench outside. The lady in the office had previously argued with me about what my coupon from Travius was worth. Then later she comes back and tells me that she found the card and I was right. Geez, what kind of people are working there? I asked both of them if they would treat their own grandmother the way they treated me? I dont have enough words to express my fright, anger, and mistreatment. Im just sorry I cant go lower than one star!!!

Had engine light up on my 05 Pilot and got there for a free diagnosis. Carissa was on point in explaining everything and Zack did the check up. Turns out it needs an oxygen sensor which they promptly ordered parts for and replaced. Couldnt ask for more.

Very helpful and not only told me everything being done but showed me.. Actually took me to my car and showed me.. I thought my ignition coils needed replacing and he could have and I woulda just paid it.. But all I needed was spark plugs.. Great honest service.. Highly recommend..

I try to do as much as I can with my cars since I move often, which makes it hard to find a good mechanic. I brought my Grand Cherokee here to be inspected and tires rotated. It was a busy day, and most other places told me the line was probably too long to get it in today. I was in and out much quicker than expected, even with the 4 car long line. I never went out to meet the inspector or tech, but Tom was spectacular. Tom knows customer service, and if anyone was fit to run that place, its him. I will be back for the jobs I dont have the tools for.

This place is absolutely wonderful, I had a last minute inspection and needed a bit of work done. They told me what had to be done to pass Inspection, what needed to be done and what they suggest be done and when I told them I could only pay for the inspection they didn’t bat an eye, they rang me up, changed the bulbs and wipers for me and gave me a list of what else should be done.The way I was treated and they way I heard the clerk treating other customers on the phone and in person was exceptional

Excellent service and with reasonable rates. I would recommend for routine services for domestic vehicles. The manager made it a personal point to make sure I knew exactly what was to be done with my car and called me when the job was completed. Prices and repair times were excellent. I highly recommended this repair and service shop.

I took my car in yesterday (that i dont drive a lot) for an inspection sticker and some how my car ended up in the shop having tires off and checking things that i didnt ask to be checked. If i recall, to get an inspection sticker they just check your basic stuff, these people looked beyond that and ended up telling me i needed $779 worth of work done. I opted for the asap suggestions ( brakes and rotors ) and i still ended up paying $618 bc they did a tune up as well. I had stopped here after a very long work day and was too exhausted to think straight, i shouldve told them no to everything they hyped up and just got my inspection and went to my normal mechanic, but with covid going on and me being already so tired i just wanted to be able to leave and not have to come back. They ended up getting the wrong brakes twice and what shouldve been an in and out service, ended up being a 4 hour hassel. I went to bed last night not being able to shake that something wasnt right with that visit, ive never taken my car for something so simple and left with 101 problems and paying $600 vs $20. Woke up this morning with a clear head, did some investigating, and not to my surprise so many others are being scammed the same way, (needing brakes asap etc..) not to mention that after they demonstrated incompetence by bringing the wrong brake pads twice, they tried to sell me on their company, suggesting i need to start coming to them for my service and not firestone...yeah right. Never again. And let me just add that when i do go to firestone, they take the time to walk me into the shop and under my car and show me exactly whats wrong with my vehicle so i can see for myself and not just take their word for it. And let me also add that everytime i go to firestone for an issue or inspection sticker they take are of exactly those things, they dont ever tell me i need more done, tune up plus may report to carfax, but being reputable and trust worthy is not something they can measure up to or compete with.

Engine light came on right after work on Friday. The dealership couldnt even get to it before Monday after a diagnosis charge! These guys had it looked at and fixed by 2 pm. So far running great. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

I have had 3 cars all with tune up plus. Since the early 2000s. They have always given me great service and even informed me of what needed to be fixed that I wasnt even aware of. I always send buisness their way because of the YEARS of outstanding work.

Absolute honesty!! Called to inform me that my car didnt need any repairs AND offered a great deal on tires to fix the problem. Wow... You dont find this kind of service and honesty everywhere. I will definitely return and send business this way. I highly recommend!!
