I got here right when they opened at 8am, Monday morning. They were able to service the car asap. I brought my own brakes and rotors and it took them only about 30ish minutes for Buddy and his guy to get it swapped out and test driven. Everywhere else in the Chesapeake area wanted to charged me more, almost double then this place did. Highly, highly recommend. They don’t only do brakes but also other services Buddy said.They were initially recommended to me by a neighbor, so happy I came!

I do a lot of my repairs and maint on my cars, but when it goes past my tools, ability, and skills buddy is the only guy i take it to. Hes fast, his prices are fair, he fixes it right the 1st time, and he stands behind his work.

Buddy and the crew at Route 13 are fast, professional and honest. Ive taken my older Toyota Camry there for an alternator, brake work and diagnostics on the airbag light. His prices were very reasonable, and my car is always done quickly! Ill keep returning to Route 13 Service Center! The alliance with NAPA guarantees the work nationwide, too, so thats a plus that a lot of places dont offer. Highly recommend!
