I highly recommend this location. Their customer service is superb. They kept me informed about my repairs, everyone was always kind, polite, and truthful. When I pick my vehicle up it was perfect. So yes its 5 stars for me.

Unfortunately Ive had to make repairs on two personal vehicles this year. When the second incident occurred, I didnt hesitate and knew exactly where to take it. From the second I walked in, I received the best professional courtesy . David wasted no time going over the damage to my truck, explaining in detail what they had to do to repair it. The service I received was top notch - I am very grateful. David Oakley with Rick Hendricks was persistant in figuring out what was wrong with my car, and he continually updated me on what he found. Once he found the problem, he explained to the insurance company how the issues relate to the accident. And then finally, understanding my need to get my car back ASAP, he made arrangements to expedite my repair.

My car was sent here for cosmetic repairs through my insurance. I was informed that the repairs for my vehicle would take 3-5 days, but they kept my car for 3 weeks. I had to call back and forth between Rick Hendricks, my insurance adjuster, and the place that I had gotten my rental car from to make sure that everything was covered. Rick Hendricks told me that my car was ready for pick up 45 mins before close and informed me that they would be closed for the next 2 days for the holiday. When I asked if I would be able to pick up after they reopened from the holiday and they let me know that it was fine, but my rental wouldn’t be covered by my insurance company if I reached my max amount of days. Instead of going back and forth AGAIN through Rick Hedrick, my insurance, and the car rental company I had to resolve the issue by paying my deductible over the phone and picking up my car after hours, because of the short time notice.
Really have to take this time to say THANK YOU to Rick Hendrick and a wonderful employee David for doing a wonderful job on my Cadillac 2006 DTS. This was a perfect job well done.
These people are great and their work quality exceptional. I came to the place when another local IS AS butchered my show quality supercharged limited edition mustang. Good work. Quick service...BUT.... BEWARE... they WILL report the repairs to Carfax. Mine was a cracked headlight low dollar....and now sits on my Carfax as damaged reported. This can wreck your resale value by hundreds or even thousands.

I was referred here by USAA. The customer service was outstanding and I couldnt recommend them more! The turn around time for my car was extremely quick. They called me with updates and even added in repairs to the estimate that were not apart of the original accident (woohoo!) My car looked like new once I got it back and I appreciated that they vacuumed the inside.

This shop suck at life is being a year since I got my car fix here and still having problems, I thought was just this shop but is the whole group. I had to deal with the jackasses from Fayetteville and is no better. This people dont even rate one start, your car will be month and half late and they wont have any consideration on you or your situation, they are nice talking to you but is just a mask, then later on you will have to spend a lot of money fixing their sloppy job
I trusted Rick Hendrick Collision Center with my 2014 Ram 1500 after an idiot fail to stop at intersection. The professional job they did on the truck was flawless it doesnt seem like the anything happened to the truck.I strongly advise to use the service center.

A friend of mine has his truck in there getting some suspension and body work done after an accident... shop is slam full of vehicles with just a couple guys working... in the three weeks that his vehicle has been there I could have built him a new truck... obviously they drag their feet so it seems like they didnt overcharge the insurance company... someone has to pay for the bosss 28 foot Albemarle...
Great customer service! Always taking charge to look after you. Dropped off my 2015 Colorado Z71. Had to replace the fender and do some paint work. Guy there told me theyd have it on Friday. It took until Monday but I didnt mind. They received the wrong part. Then a Used part and wanted to hook me up with a new part. Thats great looking out. What I didnt like is that after getting over how nice the repair was from 20 feet, you can see the fender went though a ton of sanding under the paint. Theres a large red ding on my driver door. A huge scrape along my driver side fender. Ill probably go back tomorrow or call but I doubt theyll take responsibility now that Ive signed off on it. A lesson learned I suppose. But seriously though. It was a well crafted repair and you cant tell anything happened. Just the needs a lot more QA.

We had a great experience when we had my daughters vehicle repaired at Rick Hendrick Collision Center! Jessica Andersen, our Receptionist was so professional and patient and helped our scheduling, drop off, contact with our Estimator, Shawn and the pick up times for our vehicle .Shawn Coleman, our Estimator was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient as he addressed all of my concerns, handled those concerns and kept us up to date on the vehicle repairs.
My car has been at their shop for almost 2 months and it still seems like they are at square 1 with the repairs. I am being told something different every day about when my car is going to be done. Ive reached out management but no response. I wish i could just get my car back and the way it was before the accident

I had a great experience at this shop. Mr. Walser was very friendly and explained the whole process of getting my car repaired. I drove my car off the road reaching for something on the floor and messed up my Buick. My car was fixed in the time frame they told me it would be and the collision center kept me informed daily about my cars progress. I would highly recommened taking your car here for repairs.
Worst experience. My car was hit in my parking lot and Usaa recommended. They really messed up my car. Took 2 weeks to fix when they said it would be sooner and when I got my car back, the locks and wiring were all off. The doors wouldn’t lock, the radio had wires missing inside( and we didn’t even had radio work done). The place we had to get my car re-repaired at for $500 and I believe they stole the wires from the radio. It’s seriously that bad. A year ago we had work done on another car after being rear ended and they used all of the wrong bolts to fix the bumper. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

I was referred here by Geico to have my rear bumper replaced after a small accident. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time but they had no problem getting me in early. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and had a great attitude.The process of getting the estimate, leaving my car and getting into a rental took no more than about 15 minutes. Very quick and efficient.I received a phone call from Shawn within the next day to update me on the repair process and when it was estimated to be complete. The next call I got was like 3 days after I dropped my car off, telling me my car was ready.I unfortunately got stuck in a snowstorm in Tennessee and couldnt make it back by Friday but Shawn let me know that was okay and that I could pick up when I got back into town.Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish.
Terrible customer service when vehicle was brought back because of poor parts. I asked to speak with my insurance rep. and a body shop employee (Shawn) and continued to discredit my claims and tell me I was wrong. When I confronted him about the way he was speaking he got really defensive. I am sorry but I am a customer and I refuse to be talked down too. Especially considering I am able to do his job!

This is, by far, the WORST place you could EVER take your vehicle to get work done. My wife and I had been t-boned in her Grand Cherokee and were recommended to this place through USAA. At the beginning they were friendly and told us how everything was going to work. After we had our rental for 2 weeks my wife was told that a main part was on national back order. No big deal, thats why we had a rental. After 1-2 weeks went by we had no updates so she called to inform them that we would be heading out of town for our wedding/honeymoon, in order to give them advanced notice. This did not recieve the call back that was promised. Then, the DAY BEFORE heading out of town at 3 pm, we were told the car was finished and we had to return the rental by 5. There was no call saying the part was in, no call saying that the car would be ready later on that day. Keep in mind the part also had to be painted, which takes at minimum 48 hours to dry. So, after scrambling to pick the vehicle up and questioning why we had heard no news for 2 weeks, we were welcomed by Sean the so called service rep telling us that he wasnt the original representative and these issues were not his fault. After going back and forth and quickly learning he was not going to take responsibility for being at fault, we went to view the car. The work was even worse than the customer service. Door didnt line up with proper gaping, window visors were missing (turns out they were never ordered), and somehow parts of the RADIO were missing. After taking the vehicle (since they didnt really give us a choice) we started on our trip only to find out that parts of the driver door started flying off while going down the highway due to them rushing to get it done. I know this is long, but best to stay away from this place. They will 100% screw you any way they seem fit. We were also told that we would get a call from the manager regarding our visit and 3 months later, have still heard nothing. We have decided to cut our losses and buy the parts (that were not even associated with the damage) ourselves.

Cant meet a time line!! Took 29 days for this location to repair minor front end damage to a 2017 Chevy Colorado. I was given 3 promise dates in which they failed to meet each time. I had to reject the vehicle during my original pick up during due to numerous stratches along the bottom bumper (where is QA?) After re-work I was notified that my truck was still messed up. I was told the truck popping a check engine light and needed to go to Norfolk for diagnostic testing.At this point the manager seemed to play damage control while never really excepting responsibility or apologizing for the mistakes. I picked up my truck and was pretty satisfied until I got home and noticed two very small chips on my hood (looked like a tool was dropped on it.) I should bring it back again but Im done with these fools. I think the manager (Shaun?) and his team could benefit from a little training in customer service and management. Rule one, create timelines you can meet and then have expectations for your team to meet established timelines. When you fail in this regard, own your mistake. QA: a good manager in maintenance must set the highest standards, accepting only the highest quality going out the door. If the customer finds it in 30 seconds, you failed. How do I know?? Ive only worked in avaition maintenance for 14 years. If my team did their job like these guys we would have alot of broke airplanes and possibly some dead pilots. Get it together Hendrick Collision!Side Note: the Geico and Enterprise side of the house was very pleasurable to work with. Ive filled a formal complaint with Geico requesting they consider taking their business to a different body shop. The Geico agent did acknowledge they have had several complaints at this Chesapeake Hendrick Collision location.Do not give your business to Rick Hendrick Collision Center.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR !!!!! Never bring your car to either one of their locations. I had to go back 7 times after they said my car was good to go. They will lie right in your face, dont fall for their nice act. This is the worst service around. If i could give them no stars i would!

Customer service unfriendly. Vehicle sits there 10 days and will not even do a factory recall that dealer is responsible for. Its a Chevrolet and recalls are suppose to be done when at dealer......even the body shop.
This facility has mistakenly repaired the wrong side of TWO of my vehicles. Evidently no one in their body shop can see or read. Terrible experience.
So my 2014 Kia Optima has been at this collision center for a month now. Was told my car was going to be finished three different times. I’m stationed in Fort Bragg. Had An accident in va so has to get it fixed. Well they told me it was going to be done sept 28 witch was the third time they switched the dates. So I was able to take leave to get my car. Come to find out there not even done with it yet. My windshield hasn’t been put in yet and they have my car in the car lot windshield wide open dust flying in it bugs flying in it and dirt all over the seats the dash. Just realy pissed off that they treat customers cars with no respect. I don’t care how much ppl paid for there cars you could of at least covered my windshield. There was multiple cars on this lot that was just wide open with dirt,dust and whatever else wanted to get in there. If your car is on this lot you might want to check and make sure it’s not one of your cars that are being treated like this. What if it rains then what. I didn’t pay 40,000 for a car for dirt to be flown all in it.

Just got my car back from them and I was referred by USAA. They did a really good job on my 2015 Altima. It only took a week to repair plus they called and updated me on my car. Everyones experience differs, but mine was great.
Multiple issues with our Jan 2015 visit. USAA recommended this shop. First issue is that it took 2 weeks longer than they said it would, second issue is breaking down 4 block from the shop. They came to jump us, we went ahead and purchased a new battery even though it was fine when we went to the shop. (no damage to that area) It ended up being a loose battery terminal, the guy at Autozone said, you still want the new battery? And then an exterior molding piece that runs along the windshield came loose driving home making an amazing amount of noise. Last and 4th final straw, and why I decided to take time to leave this review is the minor stress or crease marks in the hood. Because we did not notice it sooner, the Filipino manager said they will not do anything about it right after saying they did not need to remove the battery terminals. So not only did we spend 2 extra weeks getting the car, a few times on the side of road, a trip back to the shop to glue in a piece that should have been glued to begin with, but now we are proud owners of a car with obvious hood creases. Pretty sure new management could fix the issue, we had a good experience at this shop a year ago, something is definitely different. The manager will not even admit that his guys could have taken the battery cable loose, zero responsibility. If you use this shop, please check your car before leaving their lot. My rant is done, but my car still looks bad. :(
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! Usaa recommended it after my accident so I took it there. A 2 day repair is currently going on 2 and half months and still not done. Usaa is to lazy to help out with the situation so Im switching insurance companies.

Previously had my 2011 Kia Forte fixed at Grahams auto body shop. My vehicle was only 3 months old at the time and they stated on the estimate that they would have all OEM parts on, and even charged the insurance company for OEM parts. Well, i was very displeased and took my car to Rick Hendrick Collision in Chesapeake, where they completely redid my entire Geico claim, no questions asked, no problem at all. They did AMAZING work from body to paint. My car looks brand new once again like it never was involved in a wreck to begin with. I would highly recommend this specific shop to all my friends or anyone i know who needs body work done.

Terrible luck having my car sent here. :( It took them 2 weeks to replace a bumper and head light because they ordered the wrong parts 4 times! Then they painted the wrong side of my car and insisted it was like that before I got there? What a nightmare. Now Im driving around with a botched paint job.Edit: They just called me and confirmed they DID paint the wrong side and that I can now come back to get it finished. Funny considering THE GENERAL MANAGER just LIED to my face and said he had pictures of the car as it was.Will NEVER be back after I get this done.
Took over three weeks for them to total my car worst part USAA recommended this repair shop, (knowing theres a cap on rental car allowance), by the time they totaled my vehicle my rental allowance from USAA was almost depleted.
They really did an great job on the side of my car that was hit by another car, matched the color, replaced the rim that was crunched. Staff was friendly.
