My wife and I bought three mattresses in the past 6 months. Came to Nooga Mattress and the staff there were very responsive, knowledgeable, and polite about our situation. We havent decided on which one we need most because they are all so comfortable. But the pillows we purchased are so relaxing and pain relieving. Next week we will get the right one after contemplating for days. Zack is the most friendly person I have ever encountered in any type of sales environment-and it’s genuine. I wish I could explain to you his customer service and obvious love for his job, but take my word and go there. If he’s there you will see what I’m talking about. I cannot say enough about the positive customer service I had with Nooga Mattress. I live in Memohis, TN and my son goes to college in Chattanooga. I had ordered him a mattress on Amazon which was taking a long time to come in. I decided to call Nooga and just inquire. Zach was so personable and nice and informative. He wanted to help me in any way he could even though I was just inquiring about a mattress there in case I needed to cancel my Amazon order. I had decided right then if things didnt work out I was buying a mattress from him. The above scenario happened. When I called Nooga to place my order and explain I wanted my son to come in and decide which mattress he wanted Zach was so informative. He was conscientious of my price point and told us about some mattresses that would be coming in a week. He then preceded to get my sons number and told me to give my son his cell so they could be in touch when the mattresses arrived. He texted him too. I have 4 children. When I got off the phone with Zach I called them all and told them how nice and customer service oriented Zach was. (Always trying to teach them a lesson). He even helped my son get the mattress delivered. He then called me and thanked me for my business and also said if my son needed something since I was so far away he could always call him. Small acts of kindness go a long way. I would highly recommend buying a mattress from Noogas. I know I will always use them in the future when we need another mattress.

I just moved my mother to assisted living and decided last minute to purchase an adjustable bed for her. I had gotten prices from several other stores in our area and knew exactly what I wanted. We were under such a time crunch that I just called Nooga Mattress and spoke with Chris, told him what I wanted and he gave me a better price and was able to deliver the bed faster.We made some changes to our order, mid-stream, and Chris was calm and patient as he explained options and helped me make a decision. Mom absolutely loves the pillow top mattress and adjustable bed features but I quickly realized that the mattress I chose made the bed too high for Mom to navigate safely. I called Chris, and within an hour someone had adjusted the height of the legs so my mother could safely get into her bed. We are so thrilled with the whole experience.Chris was great to work with. His knowledge, professionalism and assurances put me at ease that Mom would have exactly what she wanted when we needed it. I was not disappointed.

Today I was sitting at a red light on Gunbarrel Rd, I saw a man in need, holding a sign saying as much. Then I saw a different man in a gray T-shirt, wearing a black ball cap cross the median to give the man in need a brown folded over bag that was obviously a meal. About 15 minutes later I passed by that same intersection and I saw the man in the gray shirt again, only this time he was holding a sign of his own. Waving it all around and smiling to passing cars. His sign was an advertisement for Nooga Mattress so I’m assuming he’s one of your employees. I just wanted to thank him for being my inspiration today. Please let him know his kindness means everything.

It was an absolute pleasure shopping here. The store was very clean and Kris was extremely knowledgeable about the product but I never felt he was trying to pressure me into something I didnt want. I will definitely make this my bedding store going forward.

The store is clean we were greeted at the door which was very nice. I simply got a bed frame standard nothing fancy, price was reasonable, they had other mattresses and frames that looked great as well. Would definitely come back, plus this is local business which I like. Gotta put money back into The Choo Choo city

Do NOT purchase from this company! We were told we would have our mattress in 2-3 weeks, it’s been FOUR weeks and we still don’t have our mattress! Communication is horrible! Every time we call they tell us that they get shipment on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they will check into it and call us back. They never call us back! We have to call them and they tell us the same thing all over agin. Do yourself a favor and go to Mattress Firm! I wish we would have! I’ve never written a review before but this experience was bad enough for me to warn others about it.

After carefully looking at our options including the internet and other mattress stores Nooga Mattress proved to have the best selection and pricing. But above that Chris and the manager were just excellent to deal with!!! They are honest business people and have integrity so which is saying so much in todays world so if you want to be assured of getting the best mattress definitely buy from them as they will do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied and happy!!! I will definitely buy all of my beds from them as I have just moved into the area :)

My husband and I bought a mattress from here and had a great experience. I was not satisfied with the mattress we initially bought (too soft) so we went back and the manager/owner was very understanding and accommodating. They allowed us to do an exchange (with a small fee) with no problem. We really liked how polite and friendly they are. The older gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend ‘Nooga mattress!

Usually when going to buy a mattress you feel like you’re going to a used car lot, but this experience was so amazing. They truly want to help you find the best mattress for you. I won’t be going anywhere else to buy a mattress ever again. Nooga mattress is the best.

Me and my husband were in over the weekend. I called before we came to see the pricing and to see if they were in stock. When we got there he realized they didn’t have the cheaper one in stock like he said over the phone. They had a more expensive one in stock. He sold us the one they had in stock for the price of the one he discussed over the phone since he made a mistake. He was very nice and didn’t have to give us the discount but he did and that shows what kind of business he has!! The store was very clean and nice as well. Pricing was great! I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress with a power adjustable base plus sheets, pillows and a mattress protector. It has greatly relieved my acid reflux and helped alleviate lower back pain. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the right bed to improve my sleep and rest. They were great to take care of the set up and delivery. I highly recommend Nooga Mattress to anyone who really wants to sleep better. The store is clean and beautiful.

The gentleman attempting to sell the mattress was very pleasant however when you’re told over and over how it is a Christian based company and they act like they are working out a deal however the exact price that is on the matresss on the sign is what they come out with. Then act shocked when you call them out on it. I will not be back to this business or promote it.

You can buy your new mattress there for a good night sleep. And probably for a lower price than some other places.

Purchased a Tempur-pedic with adjustable base for our master bedroom from Nooga Mattress after checking several other stores. We love this mattress! We were ready for a new mattress. We had a certain price point we had to stay in, research helped us set our needs. We had been very through, then we happen to find Nooga Mattress. They made July 4th this year amazing.I prefer to use local companies, we just hadn’t been in Chattnooga long enough to find this gem.No pushy salesman. On the 4th of July, when I am sure they would rather have been with their families, this genuinely upbeat team of individuals, who had proudly served in protecting our freedoms stepped up and served again. Our mattress is amazing!!! The in store team knows their stuff, my husband being a Chiropractor knew what was best for our backs. The store team was so awesome. We stayed in our price point and have the mattress of our dreams. Our sleep is more restful, and it helps our recovery from workouts, as well as the long days of adjusting and helping others to find their best alignment.The real surprise was that the in store knowledge, care and support carries into the delivery team.! Many large, big box, chains stores just use a “delivery service” Nooga has a dedicated, knowledgeable, team that brings the mattress to your home. They dress business casual (even in temps pushing triple digits). The way they meticulously set up our new mattress, took the old, boxed up any wrappings and took them with them; thus not overwhelming our garbage can was astounding.I have slept so well, and been so comfortable. The service start to finish was impeccable. I’d be willing to stand in the curb with a spinning sign to try to get the word out of how exceptional the whole process was for a mattress. We will not be going anywhere else for our sleep needs, Noogaa Mattress!!!!!!
