Mattress firm turned me into a customer for life! Buying a mattress (or any big furniture type purchase) is usually kind of a pain because the salespeople make you feel pressured. I did not feel that there. I was looking for mattresses for my kids without breaking the bank. JB was very helpful and informative and not pushy at all. The prices were great and so I bought the 2 twin mattresses I needed and a guest bedroom mattress. His associate was very nice, too; he offered water to my kids when they told me they were thirsty but I didn’t have anything on hand. I had to go to Battlefield parkway mattress firm to pick up 2 of the mattresses and even there, Sam and his associate were so helpful and kind. Between the 2 stores and the 4 people I interacted with, it was an incredibly positive experience. Next time I need a mattress or know someone that does, I will definitely recommend them to either of those locations.

Samantha helped me choose the perfect mattress. I bought beautyrest alcove hybrid plush. It is fabulous! I bought it without the base but then I later called and ordered the base. She was so knowledgeable about the products. Very impressive. She handled everything over the phone for my second purchase. I was very pleased with the services and new bed. Ill update once I get my fancy base!

I went into the store with a mattress brand in mind, but after discussing it with Samantha there, along with her honest opinion of its satisfaction rate, she was able to recommend a different mattress that I liked a lot more once trying. She listened to my needs and had great knowledge on different options. Very excited for my delivery date!

I have had 2 different sleep number beds and was looking for something to conform more to my body. Samuel was very helpful in helping me find the best fit for a mattress. I have already had one back surgery and am going to have to have another one soon and I haven’t been able to sleep on my side for 9 months now. We found one that will work for me and my husband. I’m looking forward to the tempurpedic and a good night’s sleep.We also needed another mattress because our queen that we use for company was very old and needed replaced. Greg was very friendly and polite. My husband had surgery four months ago and it is difficult for him to walk and he walks with a cane. Greg met us at the door and held it open for us. He provided a desk chair with rollers on it for my husband to move around better in the store. He actually pushed him to the different mattresses for us to see. That’s over the top customer service! We will definitely go back to that store for future needs and recommend it to others!

We came here because we needed a matress that day. Well, after 2 hours of being sold to and pitched a long, hard core salesman speech that seemed to never end, we decided on a matress that was to be delivered the next day. The next day came, and we waited and waited. Never heard from anyone. So we called the Hixson store where we were supposed to pick it up (we bought it at the one on Shallowford at the corner near Hamilton place mall) and they said it wouldnt be there for 3 or 4 more days. We needed a matress that day, made that VERY clear, the next at the very latest, and were assured we would get it. Since we didnt get it, we called the man who sold it to us, Joshua Buck- something or other, the manager at Hamilton point and got a refund...and went and bought a matress that very day, took it home and slept on it THAT NIGHT from Matress Outlet of Chattanooga on Brainerd Rd. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. Amazing experience there, but will never darken Matress Firms doors ever again.

I had not bought a new mattress in over a decade and I was worried I would be taken advantage of not knowing anything about what a mattress should cost these days. It was the complete opposite the store Manager Sam was amazing and really thorough in finding a bed that worked for my wife and I. Ended up going with a serta hybrid mattress and with the adjustable bed frame and we could not be more happy. Sam really made us feel comfortable with our decision and did not try to push a bed that was out of our price range. Definitely stop in and ask for Sam it was a very pleasant and surprisingly quick trip to Mattress Firm!!!!!

He was very accommodating to my aversion to germs and offered to get me a sheet to put over the mattress and took me around the whole store showing me different price ranges, telling me about all the active deals, and letting me know how the firmness of a mattress will affect my sleep and body at night. Sam helped me fix a mistake on my online order in literally record time. My boyfriend and I had an unpleasant experience buying a Casper mattress from Costco. After much consideration (and a lot of back pain), we decided to stop by the Mattress Firm at Hamilton Point. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by a Mr. Bobby Allen. He was wonderfully polite and took the time getting to understand our needs. He then proceeded to walk us through the entire store and had us lay down on at least 5-7 mattresses he felt suited us. He was exceedingly personable and my boyfriend and i felt we weren’t just talking to a salesman - but a good man, with good intentions.
