We had to purchase a washer and dryer and had looked everywhere the sales guy was nice and we got what we went in for.

Our TV shopping experience couldnt have been much better. Vijay helped us choose a TV within our budget. Woody was here on schedule for delivery and set-up in our home. He answered all our questions and made sure that we were fully checked out on the features and operation before he left. Thanks guys, well see you folks again, for sure.

I paid cash for my TV and I didnt pay attention while the clerk was counting it. He gave back money that I over paid. This alone is very raw and outstanding. He double and triple check my information. I am very pleased with this transaction.I highly recommend Electronic Express.

We recently bought a new oven from Electronic Express.From start to finish we had amazing service.Our salesman was very helpful and took time to determine the size we needed.The young men who installed the oven were on time and did an excellent job. Left everything clean and were very respectful.There was a problem with our old wiring to hook up to the oven. We needed an electrician. They sent out a great electrician the next day who took care of it.This is a great store for appliances, TVs and so much more. Fantastic selection. Where Toys R Us used to be.

Had a wide variety of products at reasonable prices but not quite what we were looking for.

Andrew was really helpful when we went to look at fridges on Labor Day. I went to the Hixson store that weekend to buy the fridge but nobody there seem interested in selling anything. So we walked out and went and bought at the Gunbarrel store where Andrew works.

Bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 7.. sales rep was knowledgeable, willing to check on different options. Bought it for same price as Amazon, except got to see and feel the product..got it that moment Express not Prime.

I went there because I found some specials on TVs and electronics on sale in-store purchase only but when I got there they would not honor those prices, however their prices are very reasonable and the employees were helpful and courteous.

We really appreciated the help of Callie in picking our new fridge. Instead of being ignored like in a lot of those big box stores, she gave us attention when we wanted it and gave us space to think when we needed it, too. They were very kind and accommodating with a low pressure sales environment. I would highly recommend going to go see her if youre in need of a new appliance.

Earlier this week I was looking for an infrared space heater in a cabinet. None were available in stock at any of the stores I checked at, including some that showed them in stock on their websites. One of the big box stores did have the $300+ but that was out of my price range. I called the Hixson Electronic Express (where I was able to find a small freezer last year when everywhere was sold out due to the pandemic), they did not have one that day but the clerk was able to order for next day delivery. I came in an hour later to pay and she looked online and said that the Hamilton store had 2 in stock so I paid and went to pick one up. There was a quirky fault with a part when I got home and they swapped it that day with no problem. Prices were good too.

Christian and his team at the Hamilton Place store are excellent to work with and provide great customer service. We have purchased both bedding and electronics from the store and found their prices very competitive. We even had to exchange our original mattress out for a softer one and Christian kept us up to date on the exchange process and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend the Hamilton Place Electronics express store!

Ended up having a fantastic experience! There was a slight issue and Christian was able to fix it very quickly and with the absolute BEST customer service! I will definitely be returning to do business with them!

I had an amazing experience with service & delivery. I went looking for a package deal on appliances on Feb 8th. Due to the Corona virus most appliance stores won’t have stock until April so I didn’t expect much when I went in. To my surprise they had what I was looking for...I purchased that day on February 8 and all my appliances were delivered February 13th. Thank you Christian, Ethan and all three delivery guys. This will be my go to place when I need electronics or appliances.Highly recommend this store!

I personally was not in the store. My daughter went in to have a screen saver put on my phone. She came out with bubbles all over the screen. She was highly disappointed in the service she received. She called it sloppy workmanship.

Told me the record player was the best in the shop. Bought it for a gift for Christmas and was opened and found to be a returned item damaged and will not work. All of the packaging was opened and the instructions say it is to be assembled but was already put together with scratches on it. $150 piece of garbage. Will be returning tomorrow for sure. Not happy in rhe slightest bit with this purchase.

Disappointed in the service (or lack there of) we received this afternoon. I’ve had a great experience with electronic express in the past at the Hixson location but I won’t be back to the Hamilton location. We walked in the door looking to purchase a washer and dryer and no one ever greeted us. We walked around looking at the different types and brands for about 15-20 mins with zero assistance. Finally someone came over and asked if we had been helped. We responded with “no we haven’t” at which point the associate proceeded to tell us he was “trying to get out of there for the day but could find another associate to help us.” There were maybe 3 customers in the store and associates standing around at the front desk not even trying to ask if we needed anything. After not being helped and basically being shuffled off to someone else because an associate was more worried about leaving for the day than to let us purchase a washer and dryer set, we decided to leave. I’m sorry, but I’m not doing business somewhere when I’m not even acknowledged as a customer. We won’t be back.

I purchased a product online, and the wrong product was delivered. I notified them immediately. Throughout the 15 days this took to resolve and countless emails, I was told their definiton of Order fulfilled was product was delivered - - - even if it was the wrong item to the wrong person! I actually have this in writing from them. I can state that this was the worst customer service I had ever received from a company anywhere. In the course of doing so, naturally I researched them with Amazon and Ebay reviews as well as Better Business Bureau. While they have a high percentage of sales, the underlying thing you can read in the voluminous complaints is that if they make a mistake, you will pay for it unless you are prepared to fight it out with them. I award two stars because eventually, despite them fighting me tooth and nail, I did receive the product. So, in my humble opinion they are a big company - - - and have very little regard for customer service. Personally, based on this experience, I would do business with anyone else with them. Do your research.

BEWARE OF FAKE WARRANTY!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I purchased a laptop & a 2 year warranty on Aug 8, 2020 it stopped working on yesterday Nov 2, call store for help, they ask that I bring it in. At that time they described the problem as not connecting and they couldnt fix it. Advise me to take to a computer repair shop, or call the manufacturer. I then told them that I had purchased a 2 yr warranty at the time of purchase. They said they wouldnt honor it. Told me to call the manufacturer, gave me a phone #. After calling the manufacturer phone # for more than an hour and no response, I called Electronic Express back and asked for a refund of the 2yr warranty since they wouldnt honor it. I was told NO, because it was over 30 days. The store manager and sales manger were both there at the time. And did absolutely nothing. Poor customer service, no customer support. selling FAKE warranties that they will not honor. Beware of this Store!!

I never write reviews, but the people working here are so incredibly kind and helpful that I had to. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going to them in the future for any sort of appliance/electronic stuff.

This Electronic Express has so much! Pretty nice I am able to still walk into an electronic store and find what I need. I had the opposite experience with Best Buy. Definitely going to be using Electronic Express from now on.

Very disappointed on how this company is supposed to do business but it seems they dont care with the online customer they have lots of so called black Friday items only available in store as Hailey said with a condensing attitude. Its really inconvenient for customers trying to purchase for the holiday...its not our fault we dont have a store in florida... very unthoughtful and very disappointed....I just purchased a Samsung 50 TV from them i going to speak to finance companies they work with and let them know how they are profiling the online customer.

Delivery personnel were impeccable with timing and getting the appliances into home. Sales were great.

So we came on 06/29/2020 and we were standing in front of the TV’s for about 10-15 and no one came to help us at all. We Walked out of the store extremely upset and I commented on how the customer service was terrible and the employee named Christian came running out because he heard us and asked if we needed any help he then explained how he only had three people on staff at the moment and proceeded to tell us all the deals they had and was very ready and willing to help, because of Christian we will be coming back to the store and we have very high hopes for the days to come.

Little low on choices for gaming pcs/laptops. Wouldve preferred dome Ryzen 7 but no go. Very friendly CS A++ dont go to Best Buy. Have Alienware, MSI, even Asus but not a gaming one

While the service from the online department was abysmal, store manager Christian really stepped up and provided EXCEPTIONAL service that made up for the horrible online department.
