Amazed at all the positive reviews as my experience with the general manager (J) could not have been worse. Any problem with supply chain are, “ Not his fault, sudden and expected, a big surprise”. The only consistent thing was his consistent lack of follow up. But the cherrie on top was their refusal to remove my old spa when we had discussed at length (along with THREE! videos I sent outlining in excruciating detail the challenges). On the front end, before my $3600 deposit, they committed to removal, (exact quote, “No problem”) but on day of delivery refused. Once I handled myself they refused to adjust final price. So, while it was represented they could and would meet my 2 needs (quick delivery and removal of old spa) and was in the contract, they did neither. NOT A BUSINESS I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND.This business’s response to my post was the most dishonest, manipulative and misleading response I have EVER read. Best filed under “say anything you can get away with”…..Just WOW!

We contacted Chattanooga Hot Tubs and Swim Spas for an estimate for a replacement hot tub. John, the owner, spent a few hours discussing the pros and cons of a new product (vs. our existing), examined the condition of our existing, and eventually convinced us to stick with our existing while giving up the chance of a new sale. Finding this level of quality service is exceptional in any business today. I highly recommend the firm.

So excited about our first hot tub! We didnt know much about them before going into this store and they explained everything well and helped us pick out a spa right for us! Multiple motors, corrosion-free valves, low maintenance, extremely strong shell, all led to our purchase of this unit. We are very impressed at how well this unit retains heat--in part due to the construction, but also due to the heavy duty nature of the spa cover. The unit is extremely comfortable and we love it. We know that we have made the purchase of a quality product that will last for many years, and we have the security of a long warrant and experienced service staff if we ever have a problem. I finally moved into my new house and it has a hot tub from here in there with it. I called them to come and service it and get it up and running for this winter. The service department was GREAT! I had looked at the pictures online and wasnt thoroughly impressed...but man am I glad I stopped. These tubs were MUCH better than the other tubs at all of the other places. They looked better, they had cooler features such as a cascading waterfall (the one I purchased)!

It is with great pleasure I am writing this review. After much research and narrowing it down to two options, Chattanooga Hot Tubs and Swim Spas was my choice to purchase my swim spa. The sales gentleman was extremely friendly and able to answer all my questions with ease. He was also able to give me pointers on learning how to use the spa, there wasn’t any pressure and I had the time to make my decision without any hassle. They really had a leg up truthfully with a price that couldn’t be beat. Well all of those fears were wiped when Mike entered the picture. I am a swimmer and I have tried a few different swim spas. I was able out swim alot of the swim currents. I tried the one that had the river current that is so highly advertised and I was dissapointed to say the least. I was recommended to go here, and the saleslady had the swim spa set at the perfect swimming temp and I jumped right in.....WHAT A WORK OUT!! It was exactly what I have been searching for the past 3 months! The current was perfect for me and as I slowed down my pace I was able to make the current slower as well. So I bought it! Hello! Swim spa customer of 4 years now. Just got more snow here last night on top of what we have already and I have been in my swim spa everynight loving it! I have my temp set to 104 degrees go to work, come home and jump right in! You are proabably thinking..he must have a huge electric bill..NOPE, I have had my swim spa for 4 years now and I run it year round, even in the middle of the winter and hardly see a difference. They make a very energy friendly swim spa which makes me a happy man! Plus the customer service is top notch.Great company to buy from, you will be happy.

Purchased the Spa in Jan, 2018. Cover blew off one jet and one pump started making noise in 10/2018. Been texting and calling with Matt F. before John F. and a service person (supposedly in Nashville). STILL no one has fixed this Spa. Don’t know what else to try. We just want our Spa fixed. It is still under warranty!

Buyer Beware!! Fake reviews and unethical business practices.This company looks great on the surface with all their great google reviews but with a couple of clicks of your mouse you will see how fake they are. Over 300 5 star reviews and I found it odd how many people gave a 5 star review for stores in Chattanooga TN and Tempe AZ. They were pushy and try to force the sense of urgency with the 50% off sale this weekend only. The sign has been on their building for many weeks now. If they are that dishonest in their fake advertising, the bad Better Business Bureau complaints seem more legitimate than before. Im so glad there are other options in Chattanooga to buy a hot tub.
