I had a really good time I was well-educated on hot tubs and I bought one and I was impressed

After shopping at various companies for a new hot tub, we decided to go with Aqua Living Chattanooga. Best decision we ever made! As a first hot tub owner we were unsure of what to expect during the process. The regional manager of the company personally delivered our hot tub and took the time to explain everything that we needed to know concerning our new tub. Highly recommend this company!

We are very satisfied with our spa and shopping experience. I thought I had an issue with the heater but when I called the store Jason was very helpful and explained that we had inadvertently put the spa in sleep mode so it wasnt heating. Just had to push 2 buttons and we are back in hot water! Thanks again for the prompt and knowledgeable service.

Jason called me immediately when my spa arrived. We agreed on the delivery time next day. He called me when he was heading my way. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He and his support staged spa on my back deck after 13 steps. Hooked up and explained all functions and maintenance. Could not be happier. P.S. I almost decided to install the unit with the help of some friends. After seeing all the issues and possible damage to spa and deck. So glad I had Jason to handle. I dealt the owner of the company. Everything was great until I got the hot tub delivered. There was zero instruction for caring for it. There is lots of foam and pink slime collection on the side. He came back to fix a scuff and noticed it. He said I needed more chlorine etc. He didn’t do anything. I’ve never owned a hot tub or a pool. I know these are challenging times right now. But, this experience has left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend.

Aqua Living Factory outlets provided our family With a tremendous swim spa. The sales staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs. They personally came out to our home to measure and plan the Swim Spas location, and method of delivery, and Install. The Swim Spa arrived carefully packaged and wrapped for protection. The install team was instrumental in what I would call a perfect delivery. Very careful, precise, and courteous. Our neighbors were amazed at the show when the crane raised and lowered the Swim Spa into place. The Swim Spa is working perfectly and we love it. I would highly recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets to anyone looking for a relaxing aquatic paradise. 5 Stars all the way.

Jason was extremely helpful and courteous in helping us pick out our new Catalina Berkshire Spa. He stayed late to accommodate our work schedules and was always responsive via text or calling to help advise our electrician on wiring requirements and our questions. Thanks for all your help!

Great place and nice employees

We were wanting a hot tub and visited a few places around town then we came across Aqua Living. We greatly appreciated the one on one by appointment showing. The sales rep Jason was able to answer all our questions and focus on us rather than deal with other customers and products we wasnt interested in like a few other places around town. Delivery was great and he answered all my questions even the one we had weeks later. Highly recommend!

We have only had our spa for two weeks so we cant yet speak to its quality over time. However, as of now we love it. The quality of the spa and the quality of the service are important in buying a spa. Youll have a hard time finding a harder working salesperson and technician than Jason in Chattanooga. He knows his product well enough to not just be a salesman but also a certified technician. We talked to salesmen at other places who didnt know their product and gave inaccurate info. Jason knows the product and is true to his word.

Website lists chemicals, apparently locations don’t carry them (or this one did not). They were nice enough but the site is misleading that way... needs to have a clear message saying not to expect in store.

As a Hottub contractor from the 80s,, has certain expectations of quality and service.....My expectations were surpassed, everything,, from custom build,, build times, delivery, down to the hour....Spa is running perfectly,, high quality shell and cabinet. Truely a plug and play system. Parts are all name brand parts, that i remember from 30 years ago.......and at a cost of 40% of what i would have paid 30 years ago........Well done Aqua Living,, thankyou

Looking for a Hot Tub to relax in look no further, this is the best experience I ever had, the salesman Jasons help was outstanding answered all my questions, Explained about the set up and how to fill the spa the topside controls, the easy maintenance on hot tub...this six person spa is outstanding highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a hot tub spa....delivery and setup a little delayed but other than that best service I have ever received....

We bought our hot tub from Jason, and couldn’t be more happier over our selection. The manufacturer made our hot tub to our specifications, delivered and set it up as promised. I could not get over how many thousands of dollars cheaper Aqua Living was compared to other places.
