I love the people there. They are helpful and very nice however your website leaves a lot to be desired. When I am looking for an item for my pool there is no heading for pool supplies or equipment. I would have to make a trip to your store to see if you even carry it or have any on hand. That just sends me to another pool supplier to see if they have it in stock. You are losing business because you dont list the items you have in your store.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They use sub contractors to repair the hot tubs they sell and the guy will absolutely trash your hot tub and they won’t honor it. I’ve had so many problems and they send out a sub contractor named Charlie Brown I don’t want to keep going on about the bad work he does. Save yourself some serious major headaches and buy somewhere else. I had to get Hot Spring the manufacturer involved and they got tired of dealing with tri-state pools. This is the first time I’ve ever been compelled to leave a bad business review and hope it’s the last.

Trevor was great! Very knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would do ! We asked for a recommendation regarding an electrician, as we needed to put in a separate line for the hot tub. He said that Scott Rockholt has had experience with their products and gave us his phone number. If you need to have an additional line installed call Scott ! (Or any electric need). He is fantastic! Extremely nice gentleman and so was his other team member Cody. They were an all around professional team. I would HIGHLY recommend them. You will know that your spa will work without any electrical problems,,,,,,,, guaranteed !

I would rate Tri-State Pools 5 out of 5.I am a service person, so I was curious about quality of parts and power of the pumps as well as energy costs.Trevor was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the hot tub I purchased as well as all the tubs he sells.I settled on the 5 person Retreat by Nordic.I have had it now for five months and I am very happy with it.One of my big questions was what size to get. I considered a large tub in case kids or friends want to use it, however reality is 95 percent of the time it will be only you. Good advice Trevor. Many thanks !!!

Great place to go for your pool or hot tub! Anywhere from getting my pool water tested to buying a hot tub, Tri-State Pools has been terrific! They are so helpful! Love the ladies that help me keep my pool water on track. Sales people were great when we purchased our hot tub a little over a week ago. Jim helped us and was very knowledgeable. And the owner was so nice! They are always available and willing to answer any of my questions. Trevor did a great job taking care of the delivery of our new hot tub. Best place to go!!!

Very friendly people and was impressed with their water testing.Had tested water at another place a couple of times and they were using the same strips I use at home. The pH reading on those strips are impossible to decipher. When i used the drops to test my water it consistently showed high ph. Twice i was told it was fine which kept me from treating it. Stopped by tri-state for s second opinion where they did a computer analysis and sure enough, HIGH PH!They have a new customer now. And for the kind lady that helped me out, GO YANKEES! Never thought going to a pool place could be fun.

I love my Vanguard Hot Springs Spa with the Fresh Salt Water cleaning system. Try-State Pools of Chattanooga was very helpful and patient with me during my research and decision-making phase, and the delivery and service has been perfect. I highly recommend them and a Hot Springs Spa...!!

Purchased a hot tub, very smooth transaction from start to finish. From a very knowledgeable sales person (Trevor) who helped me make a selection to the point of delivery the very next day! The delivery guys made sure to get the tub exactly where I wanted and helped set it up. Stayed to make sure it was filled and even helped me understand the chemicals as this was my first hot tub. Highly recommended

Costumer service is great. There once was a man working there at the registers that was very rude but that was a few years ago and ever since then Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences there. Also they are well educated And well knowledged at the service desk. I wont go up the street to their competitor because they all rude, they arent as knowledgeable about pools and/or spas, and their prices are much higher. Yeah, dont go there, go to Tri-state, youll be glad you did.

I stopped in yesterday to purchase a pool. The front desk person was fine but the salesperson was not. He talked down to me, didnt answer my questions, for example in one breath telling me it is better to buy an aluminum pool because they last longer and when I asked how much longer he told me there was no difference between steel and aluminum. Another GUY walked up, Im female, and he went over and had a 15 minute conversation with him while I waited. Not impressed. I wont be buying from him or this shop. I have decided to go with the pool store next door and wait a year to get what I want than go back to this store. Too bad I was ready to buy that day.

I called around to so many different pool services nearby and left voicemails, was left on hold, disconnected and told that they were too busy and scheduled out for weeks.Trevor was the first person that actually listened. We had a pool installed late last year. The contractor didn’t even finish the pool after he received his final payment, and we had to hire someone else. We were left with no instructions or guidance on maintenance or what valve went with what. Neither of us had ever had a pool before. It was a huge expense/investment, so this blind stumbling has had us worried.Trevor had me send him pictures and then he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and my husband explaining everything, telling us what was what and the appropriate maintenance. He made it very simple and was so kind! He didn’t charge us for the chat, but we will definitely give him any and all business in the future. I’m a world with horrible customer service being the rule, Trevor and Tri State Pools are the exception. I appreciate his help so much I have taken the time to write this review, which I never do. He is a great guy, send him your business.

If I could give them anything lower than a one star I would. With the mask hoax, they are very quick to insult and laugh at you when you tell them you‘re not going to wear it. Went next door, they were great. I wouldn‘t shop there ever. Don‘t worry, I won‘t. Not worth it. And never said it was fake, but the mask sure is.

Love this store Trevor came over installed new pump,today changed sand in filter tank . Him and rest of staff there gives you great advice to keep your pool clean and ready for the summer

I went in on Tuesday 4/21/20 to get a quote. Spoke with Dennis and was told they were selling the pools at a discounted rate because they did not have any installers available, I would have to find my own. So I got the rates and as I began to leave, I very specifically asked Dennis how long they would honor the rate. He stated “Until you come back and see me”.Today 4/28/20, ONE WHOLE WEEK later, I called to ask when would be a good time to come to buy the pool. I had found an installer. I was told last week that I would have to come pick it up because they do not deliver, which is fine. I called today to basically make sure they had the pool in stock so I could arrange to have a truck to come pick it up. I again spoke to Dennis and he let me know that they now have installers available. I let him know that I found one and still just wanted to buy the pool. Then I asked if he was still going to honor the rate he gave me. He said “that’s a good question, let me check with my boss and call you back”. A few minutes later he called back and stated “We will honor the price but you will have to buy it today”. I explained that I was at work and I couldn’t come in today. He said that I could pay for it over the phone with a credit card and pick it up later. I again explained that I was interested in the 0% financing for 1 year, especially with the virus, I didn’t want to use my savings. He said sorry it has to be paid for today. I told him I literally called to come in this week. I’m off tomorrow and had someone who could come with me to pick it up (I didn’t tell him that because I figured if they really wanted my business, he would have asked when exactly I planned to come). He never asked what day I could come or anything. I feel like it was very bad customer service. I explained that he told me he would honor the price “until I came back to see him”. He said “I know but my boss is telling me no after today”. That’s not is not my fault, nor my problem. Dennis should not have gave out false information.To make it even worse, I had turned down another pretty good quote from last week from a friend that sales pools. I had told them I had found a great deal and as soon as I could get off work, I was going to get this one. What a mistake that was.

Best pool company in town! Been doing business with them for five years and they have ALWAYS given me the best advice on what I need. Would not even consider going to any other pool store in town. Also appreciate the professionalism of Trevor. Has never said a negative word about other competitors and there is one just down the street. Thanks for doing things the right way.

We purchased our tub from Tri-Stat Pools, Inc., and we were pleased with the initial service. Since our purchase, help is always a text or phone call away. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Jim Gans is attentive and always willing to help, even when it is operator error, which is most often the case.

Recently had a new liner put in and it looks great!! Jim done a fantastic job! My husband & I were pleased with him getting the job done! Great guy! Definitely will be our go to pool guru! Thanks Tri-Sate Pools!💦💦

Amazing place if you own a pool! Very friendly and helpful staff. Always a huge help to get a pool ready for swimming! The products are top class, only downside is that they are on the expensive side but it gets the job done.

We had an issue with our hot tub last night. I reached out to Trevor this morning at around 9am. By 2:00, the tech was here with the necessary parts. Its already fixed!!!

We went to Tri-State to have our pool motor worked on. The service department no longer works on motors so we had to buy a new one. What good is a service department if they do not service? Then, the new motor did not work properly when installed. We tried to call them at 4:45 p.m. They closed at 5:00 p.m. but no one would answer the phone. They are closed on Sunday, too, so we have not been able to get back in touch with them. Most people work until 5:00 p.m., so how are they supposed to go to the store, take off work? We have not been able to do any work on our pool for over two days now and we are still waiting to get in touch with Tri-state.P.S. I finally got in touch with Tri-State and talked to Bruce, he agreed to refund my money on the motor but they were not very nice to me.

Dont go here for anything the lady at the register has a nasty attitude because you ask her a question and she doesnt want to answer I guess its because Im BLACK! The cashier had the attitude after I paid for the services... so how could I be mad about paying... After I paid I asked why the receipt did show the labor that I paid for and she got an attitude and said ask him he agreed to do the work for you I continued to say I just need proof that its included so that it wasnt be any confusion when I return so she huffed and puffed talking about well Ill right it on there and slammed the pen down so I said just return my money because I dont have to put up with your attitude and bad service.

We have been using Tri-State Pools for a few years now. Trevor and his fellow employees go up and above to make every experience perfect. It seemed like when we went in the other place up the hill to get our water tested we were always having to buy chemicals. When we switched to Tri-State we found out that we were using a lot of unnecessary chemicals to keep our water in good shape. Have dealt with these folks for several years and always treated with respect. Recently had to install new pool liner. Jim was professional and courteous and the pool looks amazing.

We got a 27X54 pool from a friend of ours and set it up our selves. I called numerous times and talked to Trever on advice for the set up of the pool and what kind of liner to get. Trever was very helpful and knowledgeable and this was before we purchased anything. I called numerous pool places and everyone else tried to either sell us a new one or could not give any advice because they did not install pools. We ended up buying the liner and during the filling of the pool Tri-State pools of Chattanooga was very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you Tri-State Pools of Chattanooga for all your help, could not have done it with out you.

My husband and I have always wanted a hot tub, and we visited Tri-State Pools in Chattanooga, TN in the middle of the pandemic, so naturally, production and inventory was low, which Bruce Gans explained during our initial visit. We purchased the HotSpring tub, and Bruce kept us abreast of the entire delivery process. This story gets even better. When the tub arrived, Tri-State Pools kept it in their warehouse until we were ready for delivery. Then, Jim Gans, the owners son, delivered the tub, set it up, and instructed us on how to operate it on Sunday. Jim is exceptionnally knowledgeable about hot tubs, and he exceeded our expectations. Jim knew we were anxious to use it. We are very satisfied with the communication and in person service, and we highly recommend this company for its service before and after the purchase.

Everyone is so friendly at Tri-State Pools!! There is always an employee holding the door open for me as I come in. The ladies in the water testing center are friendly and very helpful! The workers at the check out counter will gather your supplies to ensure you make it home with the correct supplies. And there is always someone waiting to carry those heavy bags of salt to the car for you. Hands down the BEST pool company in Chattanooga!

My pool was emerald green! I told them didnt want to spend over $20.00 and they got me the right supplies to get the green out untill Friday when could get a few more inexpensive things to keep it clean! She even gave me a chlorine tablet! Today not even 24 hours later I have as should be a blue cloudy pool which by tomorrow will be clear! Koodos to them!

We have used the Perimeter Drive location for the past 12 years. Bruce and Trevor have built a staff that is knowledgeable and eager to help. I have received great service for big items (pool liner and pump replacement, conversion to salt water chlorination), medium items (Polaris in-pool cleaners, hoses and equipment) and small items (like chemicals, sand and knick knacks). The water analysis station is also top notch and Brenda always helps me keep my pool water crystal clear. Trevor personally closes my pool each fall. This ensures my pool and equipment are prepared for the winter and ready to go when I open it in the spring. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I am very please with the help I received from them. My pool had turned green because we had just moved in and they helped me so much. I didnt have to drain it it came clean and clear and beautiful. I am so grateful for all the help and they did a wonderful job telling me what to do.

We purchased our above ground pool at Tri-State Pools in 1999. Over the years they have serviced our pool in a professional way when we needed a new pump or pool liner. Year after year they test our water with no cost to us. When we come in they treat us like family.

Couldnt have asked for better service and work ethic.

This is the worst experience in a pool store I have ever had. The owners of the store are very lazy and unwilling to answer any questions.I preferred to give my business to a company that owns my business.I suggest buying these products on Amazon for half the price they are offering them, since the customer service doesnt come with that once youve made the trip to the store.

Absolutely amazing .. i have bought 2 spas from them in the past 7 years .. no issues no pressure .... walked in told them what we wanted .. they gave us a price ..and we set a delivery date .. it was 1 week from the day we ordered it.The delivery men did an awesome job put the spas exactly where we wanted them . !!!

Just left there . Iv bought a 25 ft pool, a hot tube that Iv had countless prob with. Went there today to buy new fuses for hot tube. Only thing Mr homeless person behind counter could do is tell me that they were fuses. Well DA. They dont sell fuses for the tub they sold me. And couldnt help me with that hot tub they sold me. NO experience what so ever, didnt even care to help ! I wouldnt buy a shower head from them.

Boy, I dont typically leave reviews, but after today I think its necessary. We financed a pool on Mothers day and were given an install date of June 12th. Last week some friends went in and bought a pool and were given an install date of June 10th. So, today I called and asked if there were any other earlier install dates available. The Gentleman (I use that term loosely) let me have it. I told him I apologized for having offended him. He said he was not offended, but continued to speak very harshly and disrespectfully. I was so stunned. By the end he said, well how about I just tear up your contract. All of this because I called to see if an earlier install date was available. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere and warn you to do the same. Customers are not a priority to this man.

Took over 20 minutes before anyone even asked if we needed help and then he was very rude. Snobs.

Jim was supposed to repair my pool and install the liner. Charged me $4000. He just put the liner on, no repairs. Liner flooded three months later. They refused to repair it. Do not trust their word.

Finishing fourth year with a pool from Tri-State. Bruce and his crew have been the BEST. The pool looks just like the day it was installed, and everything works just like it did on day one. Trevor and Brenda have guided me on pool care and we have had beautiful clean clear water everyday. I came to Tri State on a friends referal, and I am so thankful I did. Quality, price, and friendly service, couldnt be more pleased.
