Staff was awesome today. Talked to our daughter and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. Honored Oakleys online pricing on our purchase and managed a pretty busy 15 minutes efficiently.

While trying on sunglasses I was very rudely approached by the store manager (maybe owner) that told to pull my mask up over my nose “in my store”. I was the only customer in the store and I wanted to see what the sunglasses would look like without my face mask on. I would suggest that if you don’t feel comfortable letting people try sunglasses on without a face mask then you should close your store until you feel safe enough to reopen and treat customers with courtesy and respect. I will never shop here again.

Hailey, the manager, is an absolute rockstar! I ordered a pair of glasses online that were damaged when delivered. I took them to the store and, in less than 10 minutes, she helped me return my damaged glasses and had different, brand new glasses ordered to be delivered to my house. 10/10 would recommend working with her.

Will not stand behind warranty Ray Ban 45 days old developed defect store employee agreed it was definitely a defect called store manager who refused to honor warranty kept telling employee just to try and fix which she replied I have tried and it keeps popping loose . Tried to offer us a replacement at 50% off . Totally unacceptable between the two pairs we had purchased 45 days prior for almost $400

Spent like $400 on a pair of Prada glasses and called in about an adjustment and got talked to like everything would be okay as long as I purchased the glasses there. As if I might be wanting to pull a fast one. Just didnt set right with me. Its sad that someone would assume that with no reason. Unwarranted comment. Why else would I be calling you.

It was a really awkward shopping experience. I wanted to come in and try some sunglasses on and ask my fiancee which one she thought looked good on me but one of the sales associates stood within a few feet of us the entire time we were talking and it made it really weird. I dont know if she thought I was gonna try to steal some or what. Usually when Im shopping I like to be left alone and not have someone hovering over me and asking questions. They do have really good warranties and appear to stand behind the products they sell but next time I may shop online.

I went in today (2/25/2017) to purchase some Ray Bans and Amber was simply FANTASTIC!!!! She was super sweet, very engaging, and so helpful all the while stopping a shoplifter. She is an amazing employee!!! I hope I always have her whenever I go in there. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She deserves it!!!!

I had such a great experience at the Sunglass Hut in Hamilton Place. The associates were very friendly and very patient.. I was very pleased with the service I received. The girls working were not pushy at all and I walk out satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for my new Guccis Sunglass Hut!

Well its sad that I cant give this place 0 stars for the experience we received. My wife and I came to Chattanooga for our anniversary and spent the weekend. So on our way home on Sunday we decided to do some shopping before we headed home. I had a few pairs of my expensive Oakleys stolen from work a few years prior and I decided it was time for a new pair. I had always given my business to the Sunglass Hut so I was happy to see the Hamilton Place mall had one on the store directory. As my wife and I shopped there we were approached by some young ladies giving their best sales pitches as usual. I am used to this as I am in sales myself, so I gave them a nod and said I was just browsing. I found about 5 pairs that I liked and had them out on the counter to narrow them down. As I picked up a couple pair, one girl came up and said So you have like 5 pairs whats the deal? I thought she was kidding around so I just looked at her, laughed, and continued. I finally decided on the perfect pair and decided to look at a different brand they had in the store just to be 100% with my final choice. As I was looking my wife saw the girls whisper and point to me. She decided to walk over close to them and she heard them point and say Yeah Ive been making sure, Im watching him. She was so livid she had to walk out. We are super honest people with great careers who make right at 100k a year, so no we dont want to steal sunglasses. When she walked back in she told me lets go they dont deserve our business and quickly told me why. When the girls saw how mad my wife was they knew she had over heard them saying that we were trying to steal the glasses. I put down the glasses and approached the desk I told girl what had happened and told her we would be taking our business else where and she said, oh well and walked away. I then approached the cashier and ask for the store managers name and number, and she shakily wrote it on a card knowing the reason we wanted it. My wife was so upset because these glasses were to be an Early Fathers day gift from her and my son. Upon getting the information I needed we drove across the street to Academy and ended buying the glasses from them and even paying a small portion more with no regret because of the outstanding service we received. I told the young man what had happened at your store and he laughed saying you guys dont look like the type of people that would have to steal glasses. We had an hour drive home and were wearing clothes that were casual, and we didnt realize there was a a dress code to shop at the Sunglass hut. Long story short you were the only place I used to get my sunglasses and now your businesses will never get my money or the money of my friends, family, coworkers, and customers. I will make sure I always recommend Academy.
