I love my Pandora bracelet and the staff was very helpful

The jewelry was beautiful, but high for what it is. It wouldnt be so bad if their product didnt break down so bad. Going into it, I never knew that the braclet stretched, eventually breaking. The beads become unrecognizable if they have a design. If it is a bead with a hanging charm you might as well kiss that goodbye. To top it off they dont stand behind their product. They only warranty any of it for a year.. Any other reputable jewelry store will have a lifetime warranty for a extra cost. Only buy from Pandora if you occasionally wear your jewelry, are not a active person, or you put it away constantly hardly ever wearing it.

I used this store many times in the past. I called earlier to day and I was told the store closes at 800. I got in line at 729.! The line had about 4 couples in it. An employee came up and told me the line closed at 730 and I showed her my watch as it said 729. My watch is an Apple Watch so it is very accurate. Since she said 730 and my watch said 729 she should have let me stay in line. When I asked her name she was rude and asked if I would like her to spell it. She moved the sign in front of my face and crystal as rude. I called the store after I left and she was rude again as she aanswered the phone. She argued with me and refused to let me talk to a manager.

I’ve tried twice to return bracelet. First time last Thursday around 3:00, she did say when called next day that they close for sanitation but no sign stating will reopens at 3:00. Today already left to try again, I called after 11:00 no answer, which made me pull over and try contacting them after 4 or 5 times no response I returned home. Also tried calling Hamilton Place to see if they could help tell me if opened, no response from them. I just called she said they opened later today. I have had good customer service from them before and bought quite a lot of jewelry from them. But once I get this returned I don’t know if I will again

I go to this location quite frequently to buy gifts for my fiancé and soon to be mother-in-law, have had nothing but an incredible experience every time!! The staff is always very hands on, willing to go that “extra mile” and spend time making sure I get exactly that right gift!!!! I’ve never written a Google review, but after reading some other ridiculous reviews I knew I needed to say how AMAZING this location is!! Seems the other “reviewers” give nothing but 1 star reviews to wherever they go (maybe it’s them???) Anyway, give Pandora at Hamilton a go, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Nada was a very big help for finding my girlfriends charm bracelet, she gave us multiple options and all different pricing, would highly recommend this store because of her she did a very good job at her job . If she is working when you go in there I would highly recommend asking for her help .

We wanted to change the bracelet a few days after we bought it because the bracelet changed color to dark, they did not want to be responsible for their product and did not want to give money, customer service is very bad, I doubt that this is an original pandora, my recommendation stay away from that palse.

Customer service is sub-par, combative, no training in basic regard for the value of a customer. Ive purchased this jewelry for my daughters and their friends for six years and had a quality/warranty issue they refused to discuss or even inquire with their corporate office. They gave me hypothetical reasons why a ring was broken that was well taken care of and worn occasionally under a year old. They lost a customer over a $50 ring. I hope others think twice before shopping at this store. The two employees I dealt with were disrespectful, rude, impatient and failed to do their job.

It was a great time looking for something here in pandora for a gift of my friend. It was really nice accessories. My friend really love it. I really love this place with friendly staff.

I bought my son’s girlfriend a bracelet at this store a few months ago and it was coming apart within 2 weeks so we had to get it replaced, and the staff was very rude about it at that time, but I went back yesterday to purchase another charm for her bracelet for Christmas. I guess I was not dressed well enough for them at that time because they were some of the rudest and condescending people I’ve ever dealt with. Wouldn’t even let me look at a book to pick out a charm and said “I’m all out of books, sorry”. I know they have a book that customers can look at because I looked at it when I bought the bracelet. Horrible experience, and I will never go back to this store! Hopefully I can find a store to purchase charms from close by. The only reason they got a 1 is because I couldn’t choose anything lower!

Slowest place in the universe. They have lots of junk to put on a bracelet or whatever but its impossible to get. I know what you are going to say, Oh he was just mad because he waited till the last minute to get his wife a gift. And you know what, youre right BUT the store that caters to women should know this and staff accordingly. I had an unforgettable moment......

Horrible customer service. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere. I was treated so rude by one of the employees(Kelly) in front of two other employees. What was supposed to be a very exciting visit for me and my daughter turned in to a nightmare. If i could rate lower I would. I am not rating Pandora. I am rating the store we visited in Chattanooga.

Purchased a ring 2yrs and 1 month ago from this location. Today at work the center stone fell out while I was just talking to a customer. I contacted the Chattanooga location and explained the situation. They informed me that their products only come with a 1yr warranty. Okay thats fine, I have barely worn this ring but okay I understand policy. I then asked if they could service the ring. Was told no we dont do that here. You could pay a jeweler to do it. I told them that to get a jeweler to service the ring it would be double the the actual cost of it. This is when the salesman got snooby and said its not about the price of the rings its about how much you love it. At that point I just said thank you and hung up. Lol VERY disappointed with the customer service from this location. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this location and you would think that a company this large would take care of their customers with a issue with one of their products, but no. They dont care. They just want your money for CHEAPLY MADE JEWLERY that wont even make it passed they 2 year mark. There is a very good reason this store has a 2 star rating. Your employees are going to run you out of business.

Hamilton Place Pandora Store gets a NEGATIVE ZERO for customer service. Let me sum it up in a few words. Sales person was Rude, Condescending and so on. Spoke with the manager she was perplexedas to why I even ask to speak with her. So guess what I went to Jared Jewelers at Hamilton Place made my purchase. Yes Jared gets a 5+Stars for customer service . Find a Jared near you for better customerservice!! Jared has all your Pandora needs and wants.

I came here excited for a valentines gift the service i got was very very rude no one greeted me . the employees were just talking and not working the employee also looked directly at me knowing i needed help then when she did i let the employee know i had no clue what ring size i was and she didn’t care so i just told her if i could try the biggest ring size and she was like i don’t have it sorry . my point is she ruined my day and i will never return to pandora in hamilton because of the attitude

My wife and I stopped her to buy some gifts we already knew what we wanted to get and not a soul even asked if we had been help to make things worse we was skipped twice !! So took my business else where btw I was gonna buy several items lol management and sales is horrible
