I had some complications and they worked with me and got it resolved professionally and promptly!!! VERY HAPPY!! Will definitely deal with Sheena and her team again.

Sheena was so helpful with helping me by my first pair of designer glasses.
We shopped at the store in Bass Pro in East Ridge. The store manager was very helpful in trying different glasses on and looking for what my wife and I wanted. It was a good experience and I will be back.
Spent $200 on Ray Bans and noticed that they had a spot on the left lens. Took them back the same day with receipt and they told me that there was nothing they could do! Academy gladly exchanged a pair of Ray Bans a while back 2 months after I bought them because the lens would not stay seated properly. I would not advise purchasing sunglasses here. If you have a problem or if they are defective in any way, you will likely be told that there isnt anything they can do to help you.
Go check them out and ask for Sheena! She was so friendly and helpful!

I was in there with my husband for a new pair of sunglasses for his birthday. We didn’t know which brand was better and the associate with the short black hair (I can’t recall her name) was nothing but helpful and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of our questions we had! I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not but 10 out of 10 customer service! Will be shopping here again!
Now i dont remember the sweet young ladys name but she seemed like she was in charge and she took good care of me and my grandbabys when we went in to the pro bass shops !! she helped me pick out a pair of glasses for my earl ray for our anneversary and i am so thankful for the help !! thank you to pro bass and there help !!
Bought a pair of Oakleys 6 days ago and didn’t like the feel... today I tried to return them for an exchange and was told they must have sold me a pair with scratches and couldn’t exchange them. I’ve worn them maybe 3 times and have kept them in the case. Needless to say the experience at this location was less than satisfactory and the manager was less than pleasant. I called the original purchase location (a different bass pro) and got the appropriate customer service one should always expect. Won’t be back to this location for anything!
