I will say they have a good crystal collection, prices are fair...but the atmosphere was just not welcoming. They require a mask to come in...whatever - private business they have their rights...but one of the girls behind the counter didnt even have hers on some of the time, so why should customers wear theirs? And the lady behind the counter just staring standing watching - uncomfortable feeling. I feel like stores like this with crystals, incense, natural vibes should have a more positive atmosphere. Just wasnt here. Owner - please dont even reply...it is what it is.

I am always greeted with friendly smiles from Jen and Pinkie!!! They are always very helpful finding the groovy things I need. Pinkie helped me pick out the best tarot deck suitable to my experience level with reading the cards. I will look forward to seeing them both when I go back!!! Outstanding customer service and cool store!!!

Ive been coming here since sophomore year of highschool. I love this place. Super sad to see their downstairs leave. Recently I was sold a fake stone though. Not cool. Tag wasnt written to indicate a fake, but almost as soon as I walked out I knew it was fake. Sad to see fakes being sold in legendary storefronts

Laid back personell which reflects the 60s/counter culture theme and motif of the store. And hearkening back to that era and epoch myself -- NYC & San Fran. 60s-70s -- this store truly reflects that era, relaxed multi patterned, tie dyed, curious and bizarre clothing, incense, silver jewelry, crystals, polished stones, aromatic body oils and much more oddities many of which with memorabilia status. The only thing from a business perspective I would add is they could use a good salesperson out on the floor, and when its busy bring another from behind the counter, to aid, assist and SELL this beautiful merchandise. Its reasonably priced which is a sure recipe for sales potential, and at times when I was there there were many people, but seemingly just looking around. You can be laid back and still encourage sales, in sales there is nothing so catchy as upbeat outgoing enthusiasm from the staff.

Staff was very rude. They behaved as though it is a very stressful work environment. Could have easily dropped a couple hundred dollars with their great selection! But instead, left the store. Will not be back.

My daughter finally got me to come to Chattanooga to see this place. I could have stayed there for HOURS. I bought a Grateful Dead pin and a paper lamp. I so want to go back. We tried but it was strangely closed . Fantastic store! You have to see it if you are from back in the day. Amazing store!!

It was a calm environment when I went in, and it had some cool stuff. Ended up buying some but the clerk who rang me up only gave me a small part of my change.

Mojo KillersI will start by saying that anytime I visit Chattanooga I always make it a point to stop by All Things Groovy. I have always loved the environment and all the things in their neat shop. Unfortunately, when I made the stop this past weekend, the people working there really killed the vibe for me.I understand that all shops have the right to instill the mask rule, but the way they went about it was horrendous. As I began browsing the shop for what I thought would have been a peaceful experience, the three workers standing at the register would yell from across the store as new customers entered the shop and then attempt to sell masks to them for $1 apiece. Being as it was the 4th of July a lot of people came into the shop and a lot would leave, so I kept hearing that same message yelled in a loop. I would have thought one of the three lounging workers could have stood closer to the entrance to let new customers know that their shop had a mask policy. It could have saved a lot of yelling and disruption in the store.Also, while I was in the dressing room I was stabbed in the knee by a protruding staple and it even drew blood. Which was no big deal as I was just going to let them know so no one else would get hurt. However, when I was being rung-up and I kindly notified them of the staple they sarcastically said “We’ll let the manager know”. Then the one lady at the register mentioned people kept getting caught on the staple in there, as though customers needed to be aware of the hazard as opposed to them fixing the issue to begin with. I then offered to show them where the staple was so the problem could be taken care of or so they could put tape over the spot until they could get around to removing it. But they didn’t care. Essentially I was given the vibe that because they had already gotten my money they wanted me to leave. So I left and now Im uncertain if I will ever shop there again.

I wish I could give it no stars...I live out of town so dont get to come out that way much the people there were so rude they wouldnt help anyone or wouldnt even acknowledge that anyone needed help then on top of that I saw them kick people out of their store for not wearing a mask worst experience ever..

I visited this store while on a business trip and kicked myself ever since because I didnt buy a dream catcher I fell in love with! I was able to return about a month later and I got my dreamcatcher!! I did also purchase a smaller one, see pictured, and come pins!!

Owner seems very rude to her staff. Does not seem to care about anything but the sales.

Its great to find this North Shore shop year after year. Its a Frazier street staple when I I have visitors and always a good option for gift shopping. Hope it lives there many more years!

They have all your new age spiritual needs including: tumbled stones and crystals, tarot, sage pendulums and more! Also they have world clothing, body jewelry, drums, incense and glass pipes discretely in the back of the store; ask to see the back.

This was a really cute fun store. We probably spend an hour looking around.

All Things groovy is a great place to visit if your trying to find that special thing to make your room home whatever a little groovy.I highly recommend checking it out.
