Urban casual walking wear that is comfortable Chattanooga clothes for median sizes. Courteous staff. Open earlier than other business in #westvillage so it a good place to visit after your morning coffee next door. Street parking is not available, but parking is limited to deck next door. Another great apparel shop for #chatt.

I returned a jewelry item 2 days after purchase..the clerk tried to say I could only receive a store credit for the $360.00 paid even though the receipt didnt say that. I told her that was not acceptable. She ended up refunding my money.

Literally the rudest service I’ve ever had. I’ve visited the store, where I was ignored by store associates, and then I recently visited the boutique sale at the Westin and the lady, who may have been the owner, I’m unsure, was incredibly rude to me, told me to “move” and was hateful over a misunderstanding about fitting rooms. Sad, because I had a few pieces I liked, but would never give business to someone so hateful.

I love this store! Their buyer has an incredible eye and everything is so unique! They have a wide range of styles. I highly recommend them for your wardrobe highlights!

Had a wonderful shopping experience! My daughter and I popped into take a look around after having Pinkberry next door. The staff were so friendly. I really appreciated how nicely our purchases were wrapped. The clothes, gifts and their display are absolutely beautiful. Cant wait to go back!

I was in Chattanooga on business and purchased a beautiful Scotch and Soda dress. The first time I wore it, it tore at the button holes and a button came off. This was a day that was spent almost entirely sitting in a chair. I’ve called the store twice and left messages for the manager. I’ve also emailed her with pictures of the defective dress. It’s been three weeks and she has not called me back. The clothes are beautiful here and from the other reviews, it appears the customer service is typically very good. Perhaps it’s just my business that is not valued.
