Nice place to shop. Do not have enough XL size clothes though. Everytime I see something I like they do have my size because they only got a few.

My granddaughter brought me here and it was definitely something! Lots of crazy gothic stuff but thats okay I suppose. Only real complaint was the music was quite loud and hard to focus and its a little claustrophobic in there. I was nervous going in at first but the staff was sooooo lovely and polite! Not at all what I expected. Good sales too, got my granddaughter everything she wanted even if I dont fully understand it. Also they all wore their masks properly!!!!!! Hallelujah!

Im always having issues with this Hot Topic with their made up return policies. Made my little sister wait 45 minutes just to do an exchange, was on a conference call then took another 15 just to tell her she can only exchange it for the same item even though it had the tags and was a gift. Hot topic policy states if you do not have the original receipt, we will be happy to exchange the merchandise for you or issue credit for the current selling price. Reporting to corporate.

This is a favorite store of ours that is a must shop every time we are at the mall. I normally don’t leave reviews but the last time we were in there we were helped by an employee that I felt needed acknowledgment. His name was Cameron and he was so nice and helpful. He was probably the best employee we’ve ever encountered there. He provided excellent customer service. He went out of his way to grab a T-shirt my daughter wanted off the display without any complaint at all. I just wanted to say great job!

Have a table blocking entrance (fire hazard), both girls that were working have a bad attitude.

We as a family love Hot Topic. Greeted upon entering and offered help with anything. When told just checking out whats new, was told the employees name and welcomed to help should we find we needed it. We didnt but it is nice to have that name to call on if we would have had to. Daughter found great deals on several items and as always left happy with her purchase and the prices of the items she had picked.

They have cool stuff but I never walk out with anything. Its hard to move around because theres so much merchandise. When you go there you basically know what to expect. I like Lunch Box better.

I really like this store they have some of the best merchandise. Its definitely pricey though but you can find some good deals like the buy 2 shirts get one free.

Brings back memories of middle school whenever I go in and I can still always find sometime I like. The staff is nice and helpful. Never had a bad experience. If you order something online, order it to the store to save on shipping. They email you when it comes in and is super helpful.

The staff there is fantastic. And the selection changes like any other Hot Topic. The only downside to the store is the size. It is cramped and hard to move around. Its uncomfortable to try and look at anything due to other people trying to get past you. If you know of a larger Hot Topic, go there. If you need good customer service go to the one at Hamilton Place.

Had just what I wanted

Maybe Ive just gotten old but Hot Topic feels like its gone downhill in the last decade or so and has a really bad habit of stealing designs from lesser known artists and creators. If you like hot topic in general though, this one is fine. Just like any other branch.

Great selection of Bendy and the Ink Machine merch. My kids are going to be thrilled Christmas morning. It was busy and the line was long but it moved quickly and the employees were nice and helpful.

Really sweet staff. Had a nice conversation about anime with one worker, and another girl working told me about a deal I wouldnt have noticed otherwise; both with a genuine smile and interest. Nice place, even nicer workers.

I remember when hot topic used to be THE goth kid store. Then, they got bought out and had about as much edge as a baseball. Theyre starting to gravitate back towards their roots a little bit, but dont expect too much. Youll still be overwhelmed by pop culture and memes as soon as you enter the door. However, the staff is super nice, inclusive and helpful. People of all walks of life will feel secure in shopping here, and they do not judge your purchases.

Went with my son to find his girlfriend a gift for her 15th birthday, which is tomorrow. Found her a Beatles 👕, The Nightmare Before Christmas socks, The Office socks, a Pop Figure of Dwight Schrute from The Office, a couple of buttons and a sticker. Hope she likes it all!!! 🎂We ❤ Hot Topic!

This place is always full of cool stuff. I kind of wish the staff was more active in helping the customers on the floor, but I guess that would take away from the fun of seeing what you can find!

Pop culture novelties and t-shirts galore. Good merchandise, but this store is so full I felt clostriphobic being in there for too long.

I feel like people only come here anore for the nostalgic purposes of what used to be hot topic. Granted I am 27 years old. When this place opened I was in my teens and loved it so I am a bit baised as is. Nonetheless the have a decent selection of body jewelry for the most part though most pieces are a bit boring.
