Lost about 100 dollars in sales today from rude staff. Not gonna spend money at a store with that rude of customer service.

It is alright if you like spending 100 dollars on a sweat shirt. 🙄

They definitely have a learning curve... Experienced employees are hard to keep.. but they have lots of effort! Thank you for that🏆

Good selection of clothes but staff is extremely rude. Snatched clothes from us at counter when we said we were ready. Both employees on their phones the entire time. Even when checking out they were texting and making us wait while they read texts. This has happened several different times with different employees. I guess its just the stores culture and i would rather order online. I doubt the management will see this but your employees are awful.

Great products in the store but no one is ever around to help me with prices.

There is nothing disappointing about this store. Its what you would expect from a pacsun. Sales of last seasons items, shoes, and accessories. The employees are aduqately friendly and will know what youre looking for and if they have it. But, honestly, if the culture for employees isnt improved with how they interact with customers, I can really imagine shopping here.

I love the clothing, but the staff was horrible. I work in retail at Aerie so I am extremely thoughtful when shopping and talking to staff. I went in with my boyfriend a few days ago and we were treated with the upmost disrespect. I asked for a fitting room and the man behind the counter didn’t even look up from his phone until I asked again and he said “I heard you the first time”. As passive as I am, I APOLOGIZED, for being ignored. Then as he opened the door he didn’t hold it for me to go in by standing to the side, he put his arm up holding it for me to walk UNDER HIS ARM. it was extremely rude, but again I thanked him for getting it for me. Then after I tried it all on I put everything I didn’t want back where it was supposed to go. As I waited to check out the male worker and pregnant female worker went into the back and left the store unattended. When they came out they saw me wanting to check out and as they proceeded to check out didn’t acknowledge my existence. While they were doing so they complained about go backs and customers right in front of me. If the pac sun workers that were working that day see this, I just wanna let you all know that if you continue to complain about go backs and customers retail is not the job for you because that’s what you signed up to do :) if anyone has any suggestions on how to contact upper management to address this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
