First, they are the only game (Lincoln) in town, or for 80 miles north south east or west, so youre kind of a captive audience when it comes to servicing your existing or buying a new Lincoln. HOWEVER, they do NOT use this fact as an unfair advantage. They come and pick up my MKC whenever there is service due, it is always clean when they return it, and the service writers are the most friend and informative of any Ive dealt with in years.Trust them when you buy new as well. Not a ton of inventory but Ive had friends who had Mtn View search other dealers and find exactly what they wanted, and not have to pay MORE just to buy it locally.

Worst customer service..... car has been here for a month they never call an update me on wats going on with my car!!!!! I always have to stop by!!!! Want be using this dealer again!!!!!
