We have a 35 year old Porsche 944 and I drove it to the dealership to pick up a spare key I ordered. When I was leaving it wouldn’t start. We went into the service department to see if someone could look at it. There we met Wayne and Mike. They were super helpful. They ordered the parts needed to fix our car and made a list of items I asked them to check while it was there. Laura our service advisor contacted me after the parts arrived and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. A few days later our car was ready to go. This was my first experience with a Porsche service department and I was thoroughly impressed by everyone who helped us and the work they did. We’ll definitely be back.

Was traveling back from Florida when i was ran off the road. Was so scared I had messed something up on my cayenne. Called Laura in service and she was able to get me in immediately. I was back on the road within an hour. Excellent service.

07.14.2020:*** ”’Truly Far Above And Beyond’ — Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover Of Chattanooga” ***It isn’t often in this very sad day of people whose motto it seems is always — “Show Me The Money, or “You’ve Got To Pay To Play” that you find a company…really “an entire organization staffed with ‘people whose goal it appears is solely to serve, not be served’…’to give of themselves, not selfishly ask that they always be the beneficiary.’ It’s rare indeed to find such an entity even in religious, social, therapeutic and philanthropic organizations — but, to find it in a car dealership, (”yes,” I did write “car dealership” ;^) is unheard of…almost to the point of disbelief. Yet, I’ve found such a place — not in some quaint little town or exotic offshore locale — but right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee.In a previous post, I mentioned the noteworthy efforts of several of Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover Of Chattanooga’s Sales Staff by creating that rare ambience in the purchase of my new car that normally would be expected only by those purchasers spending millions of dollars on hyper-cars & supercars. As I’m definitely NOT in that category, this rich experience was most unique and special to me and my wife.This post however, is to praise that most rare and elusive beast often referred to in aspirational whispers as ”Service After The Sale!” For it’s in meeting and working with three (3) more extraordinary individuals today from Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover Of Chattanooga that I discovered why my wife & I will continue to make purchases from this dealership!Today, due to maintenance being done in and around my home, I realized that I would be unable to charge my electric vehicle for several days on the home charger. Remembering the extremely generous offer of one of the incredible sales staff, ”Josh Smith,” that as a customer I ”feel free to come to the dealership whenever I needed a quick charge” I headed to Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover Of Chattanooga to fuel-up. What I discovered however when I arrived was for more than fuel for the car would be received — as I was given fuel for the soul! Three (3) individuals in particular deserve special commendation (though in fairness, I could mention more than half a dozen)… they are:1) “NICK PISTONE,” Management Team (and all around New York nice guy ;^),2) ”BRANDON DAVIS,” Service Manager (great person & all around wiz-kid w/ electronics ;^), and3) ”HARRY BLACK,” Sales Consultant (one of the New Jersey good fella’s ;^)… the three (3) along with several others of note, turned what couldve been just another ordinary swelteringly hot July afternoon into a memorable day that I will long recall and share. These talented people treated me as if I had controlling stock interest in the company (full disclosure, “I have absolutely no investment interest in this dealership other than the monetary purchase of my car ;^). I cant say enough about how comfortable, relaxed and pleasant they made the simple experience of charging a car to be. I recently purchased a CPO Panamera Turbo S and, honestly, I cannot say enough good things about my experience dealings with Zac, and with POC. The car is in impeccable condition, and was competitively priced. I would also like to say that the images in the advertisement were very accurate. Zac and his team were consummate professionals throughout the whole experience, and they never acted pushy or tried to up-sell me during the purchase. I am very happy overall, which has not been my experience in past car purchases with other dealers. Would definitely recommend Zac and his team at POC, and I will hopefully do more business with them in the future. Five stars!

We had a great experience purchasing our 2017 Porsche from Jon Lancaster. Jon is extremely Porsche knowledgable. He isnt aggressive with sales tactics. After, test driving and learning the many options available, Jon was able to find us the exact car we wanted.

Hands-down the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I decided to buy my first Porsche last August (2015). I was fortunate enough for that vehicle to be a brand-new 911 Turbo. I could not believe how simple, transparent, and fantastic the car-buying process could be (especially for such an expensive vehicle).Jon Lancaster, along with his management team redefined the car-buying experience for me. So much so, that I just traded the 2016 991 Turbo in to them and am ordering a 2017 991.2 Turbo S!!

I have purchased 3 Porsches from P.O.C. and cannot say enough good things about the management and staff. On a scale of 1-10 they are definitely a 10 because of their sales team, the service department and management. A great customer approach comes from the top down. Just bought a gently used 2013 Carera S. The experience was great!! My son found the car online. I contacted the dealership and Jon Lancaster spent plenty of time answering my questions and going over the details of the car. I requested a few informational items, and he promptly emailed them to me. Even though he knew I was 500 miles away, he treated me as a serious buyer from the beginning. My son & I flew to Chattanooga and the visit was well coordinated. The car was everything the dealership had represented and more so - immaculate condition! Took my cayenne gts in to get new tires. After driving it, the car shook violently and come to find out they didnt tighten the back wheel and lug nuts. When I stopped, 2 were missing and wheel was about to come off!! Had to argue with them on making it right and putting new wheel on. I was also supposed to get new breaks done as well and found out they never did them. Both sales staff were arrogant and didnt give us time of day when we originally were looking for gts and then 4 years later at the turbo, so we went to knoxville porsche and bought cars there instead both times. So much better, personable experience in knoxville. Will never go back to chattanooga for sales or service. I will say though that Chris in service at Chattanooga is the only one we felt taken care of by the 4 years we had Porsche. Too bad no one else puts in the effort like he does.

We recently traveled over four hours each way from NC to buy our second new car from Wil Harrington at this dealer. There are at least SEVEN Porsche dealers closer to my house than Chattanooga....Hickory, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Charlotte, Greenville SC, Asheville, and Kingsport TN. But just like with our new Land Rover in 2011, the price was better than any other dealer we talked to. And Wils friendliness and professionalism are top notch as well. We overthink and thoroughly research any major purchase like this, and we are very pleased with the trade in value on our old car as well as the discount on our new Porsche. And a great selection in stock, too. A friendly, low key, no pressure shopping and buying experience. Thats why I drove so far. Im looking forward to the next time already!

I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan S and I couldnt be happier with the vehicle and the Dealership. Right from the beginning with my Macan inquiry, Jon Lancaster went to work. Between Jon & General Mgr Jaco Vandermerwe, I had a great deal on a great vehicle within days rather than months.
