I take no joy in having to write this review because I have always received great service…until now.I ordered and bought a new 2017 F-type with a manual transmission. In August my AC stopped working. I called Jag service and was told the earliest appointment was the 1st week in October! I had to stop driving the car. Our son was getting married in Colorado in September, so my wife and I dropped my car off with the hope that maybe it could be fixed early if they had an earlier opening. I received a call in late September that it was ready. I picked it up and paid for it on October 6. AC didn’t work. I returned the car within 30 minutes. Now it’s November 2 and I haven’t received any communication at all. I guess I have no choice but to call them for an update. How do you define customer service?
Service department is top notch. I went by without an appointment with a nail in my tire and no tire lock to be found in car. Brandon graciously came out and tried all the master tire lock keys (30) until he found the right match. He gave me the tire lock and ordered a new one for his kit. This was exceptional customer service and totally unexpected. I appreciate this gesture very much and will certainly have all my future car repairs and maintenance done at Jaguar of Chattanooga. Very impressed!
Super happy with the service department!Bought my 3rd Jaguar, an F-Type R at Jaguar Qwinnett in GA. While I saved some money going south, ALL future business will be Chattanooga.Happy, friendly, clean, comfortable, FAR more knowledgeable.Service Manager, Brandon, is super knowledgeable and works well with customers (me) and his staff. Really has his reputation in mind in all he does. Beth interactions are fast, clear and timely on status. Chelsea had me in the loaner car quickly.While price is king, I certainly will be re-evaluating the non-tangible of the Chattanooga Jaguar dealership. Sales team experience was respectful and responsible!

Had a very positive experience with Jaguar of Chattanooga. I actually live closer to Nashville, but was unimpressed with Jaguar of Nashville. I made contact with Jag of Chattanooga and spoke with Mark Able on the phone. When I arrived, he had the vehicle ready, keys in hand, for me to drive.After negotiations, I decided to purchase. Mark spent over an hour with me reviewing all the features of my new car and getting me set up with the remote access to my vehicle on-line. It was the extra time and attention that made the difference and make 50 more miles of driving to Chattanooga worth the drive!
I have called numerous times in the last couple months to get my jag serviced. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. If I wanted Hyundai type service I would’ve bought a Hyundai. Chris (service manager) & the only one capable of returning calls informed me I couldn’t get in until August. Which is past my warranty time for service. He advised to leave my car for a week. Who does that!?! I have left messages for 2 months and that was his recommendation. Poor customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone. If I go past my warranty because of their poor customer service I will file a complaint
I want to say thank you to Steve, Nick, and Brandon who turned a really bad experience into one that I will remember for the rest of my life.I wound up trading my 2013 XJ for a 2019 XJ R!This was all during a time where I was having trouble out of my 2013. Once Steve got engaged he treated me with the utmost respect and ensured that I was taken care of. While they were trouble shooting my car he allowed me to drive the 2019 over the holiday weekend of which during this time I fell in love with the car and purchased on today! They did not rush me into a decision. It was truly a decision that I was given time to make with no strings attached. I did not feel any pressure and I feel really good about my decision and the end result!Thanks to the Staff and General Manager at Jaguar for making a really bad experience one of the best experiences of my life!I feel as though I made new friends for life!
Jaguar Chattanooga is the BEST!! I was almost stranded with a tire going flat as I went through Chattanooga in torrential rain. I made it to this dealership where Justin handled everything quickly and professionally. They checked all the warning bells and whistles that were sounding, fixed my tire and had me on my way in about 20 minutes... no charge! Amazing, caring dealership.
Rachel Carter Is an excellent sales consultant. Shes very knowledgeable about the product an was very welcoming! I will definitely be back to purchase my Jaguar F-Pace!If your in the market for a Jaguar product dont hesitate to come by! Her salesmanship is top notch!
My daughter was buying a new car and I ended up talking with several dealers on her behalf. Kyle at Jaguar Chattanooga was the best to work with. He listened to what she wanted and quickly showed us a couple of cars that were good fits. Pricing was very competitive, but we ended up finding a car that was closer to her dream at another dealership. This will be my first call next time I am in the market for a Jag.

Wow... that’s how I will start this review out. The sales department is absolutely wonderful. My vehicle was in for service for 2 weeks and never received a phone call or anything to let me know the status of the vehicle or to let me know that service was backed up for an additional 2 weeks. (Even though they had called every customer to let them know the status of their repair and the delay in service [which I never received].) I will gladly drive to Harper in Knoxville for any future repairs and you should probably do the same if you want a facility that provides actual customer service. Please, do yourself a favor and take the extra hour drive for service. On top of the lack of customer service, they do not spend the extra money on security for their customers as their server was hacked and all of their customers information is now in the hands of..... who knows!
Excellent Dealership! I had the opportunity to interact with Zachary Schmidt (Zac), who, very patiently responded to all my queries over mail, since I stay in a different town and couldnt drop by the dealership until the day of purchase. He even helped me with the last minute change in decision to finance through a different institution. On the day I arrived, my interaction with the Zach and other staff was warm and amiable. I had also interacted with Rachel Carter over mail and special thanks to her as she was very helpful in providing me options to reach Chattanooga as I didnt have a car to travel all the way. I went to this dealership not only because I found the perfect pre-certified car I wanted, but also because of the reviews (even if only 2) I read online. I wasnt disappointed and would definitely recommend to others (in fact Ive already to some of my colleagues). Keep up the good work!: The multi-shield protection which I purchased from the dealership doesnt seem worth the hassle. Its been 12 weeks since I requested for a refund and havent heard back. (My car got declared a total loss within few months of purchase and I had requested for a refund of the multi-shield protection from the dealership. The process is too slow with no updates.). For a brand such as Jaguar, I would expect the post-purchase experience to be equally good, but may be its not.

I can’t say enough great things about Land Rover Jaguar Chattanooga. In order to put their amazing service in context, I first need to say something about the experience I had before I happened upon this dealership.I had narrowed down what car I wanted to purchase and began looking for a good match near me in the Atlanta metropolitan area. What a mistake that was! The Atlanta dealer with which I was interacting took every page out of the sleazy salesmanship manual imaginable, though they were nice enough to me in person. The Atlanta dealer sent me emails with phrases in all caps (WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO GET YOU IN THIS CAR??!!!!), and I even got the Friday evening, 5:30 p.m. call informing me that another dealer requested a dealer-trade of that car, solely, I suspect, as a ruse and a ploy to get me nervous and spring for their car. After all, that car had been sitting on their lot for many months. They also padded their estimates with all of the extra options and mysterious fees (Surface Protection Plus, Image Protection Film, electronic filing fees), in the hopes I suppose that I wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t care about the additional money. They also install Lojack® on all their cars for an added expense even though Jaguars come with a comparable service for no extra fee.Enter Land Rover Jaguar Chattanooga. Given the unwelcome pressure I was being put under in Atlanta, I broadened my search and discovered to my delight the great men and women at Land Rover Jaguar Chattanooga. The 1 ½ or 2 hour drive from Atlanta (the same amount of time it often takes to drive across Atlanta) was worth every minute. Josh Smith and Mark Able, both Land Rover and Jaguar salesmen, couldn’t have been nicer. They were low-key, pleasant, and professional. Neither hogged the sale, and they worked in tandem. You could tell right away that the dealership worked as a team. The sales manager, Scott DeFriese was extraordinarily nice, and Jon Lancaster, who worked up the financing paperwork, was incredible. I got a very competitive price for the car, without any unwelcome plans or fees slipped in, and with a lower dealer services fee than I would have had in Atlanta. No unnecessary Lojack® either.I had been worried about purchasing a car in Tennessee for use in Georgia and all the tag and title issues that might arise, but I needn’t have worried. It was a seamless, hassle-free process. The dealer processed the request for the Georgia tag and included the Georgia taxes in the sale. Just like buying a car in Georgia, all I had to do was wait for the license plate to arrive in the mail.I had also been worried about maintenance, but there too I needn’t have worried. Car maintenance can be done at any Jaguar Land Rover dealer in the country, though, given the great service I received in Chattanooga, I think it might be worth it to head up there once a year for annual service.If you are in the market for a Land Rover or Jaguar (or a Porsche for that matter, as they’re a dealer for them as well), I wholeheartedly recommend Land Rover Jaguar Chattanooga. They made the car-purchasing experience a pleasure, and that’s no small feat!
Giving them three stars, room for improvement, at this time. Convinced my wife to look at Jaguar F Pace as an option to trading our 4 Runner in on a pre certified/ new Lexus or Infiniti. First trip did not go well, as she fell in love with a British Racing green F Pace, 2018 not titled. Took test drive, gave salesman all necessary info to prepare a quote, left for dentist, 2 new crowns and lunch. Before dental visit, and lunch, left message with salesman we were more than interested in the car. After lunch, left message we were returning, hopefully to buy. Upon arriving at dealer, my wife noticed the car not on the lot. As I parked, noticed car coming back from service with Hamilton county tags on it. Walked by salesman office and saw new owner in his office. Left message later, and salesman left message to me I needed to work with Mr. Mark Able in the future, the Jaguar expert. So we did. Should have sen warning signs. We found second choice, F Pace Sport that had 4,000+ miles on it, and were assured with warranty, and small imperfections, that Mark would pickup at our house first thing Monday morning so that we wouldnt have to bring the car back. Return call 2+ hours later, first service available Friday, 5 days after promised. And Monday night, after only three days in our possession, the 90 day free Sirius XM .....stopped! Phone call Tuesday, voicemail. Mark.called me back promptly, as he was in the dentist chair when I called, and informed me the problem was with XM radio and not Jaquar. Called XM radio and handled myself. On point number 1, will update later after Fridays appointment.Note: Mark Able was always professional and thorough with the demonstration and functionality of the Jaguar. The issue with the rattle somewhere in the passenger side back door area I blame on whomever performed the Pre Certified checklist. Anxious to follow up on future service work with 5 star review.
