I have been checking their lot for a few weeks now for a new tow vehicle. After finding one that I was partially interested in, I asked to look at it and potentially test drive it. Well, on day two of me visiting to look at that truck, I was able to see inside but could not test drive it because the lot had about 2 different interested families looking at vehicles and they couldn’t leave the lot unattended. Fine. I can understand being short staffed. So I asked when I could come by to test drive it. Rick, Rich, or Ron (I can’t recall his name) said to come by Tuesday and I could take it for a spin then.So here I am today, taking off early from work again to test drive this truck. I arrive with my family around 4pm. I was greeted by Brad, one of the only two guys I’ve seen on the lot to date. I explained to him that I had been told to come back today so I could test drive the truck I was interested in. Mind you, my family was the only in the lot. Instead of the “the lot is busy so I can’t go on a test drive with you” comment they gave me last time, it was the “well Rich,Rick,Ron is busy and is about to run an errand so I can’t go out on a test drive today. But I can let you look inside it.”So this is now my third visit to try and take this truck for a test drive. I left annoyed, frustrated, and feeling like my time was wasted at this dealership. And to make things even more frustrating, I brought my step dad with me because he’s in the market to purchase a truck. They could have easily made two sales with me.I can understand being short staffed. But now being on the third attempt to test drive a vehicle they’re selling and being denied every time, makes me think they really don’t want to sell inventory.Response to Owners comment:How do you expect someone to know it’s the right vehicle without being able to test drive it? That’s just a poor excuse to match the customer service. Also, you clearly have no clue who I am because I was not looking at multiple vehicles on your lot. I was looking at one specific one along with one other option on a different dealership. You know, doing my due diligence and looking at options. Also, Brad gave us the excuse that Rick was leaving to run an errand. But now it’s “he was with customers?” Okay. Clearly, I’ve seen and heard what I needed to.If you’re considering buying here, I’d stay clear of this business.
Bought several cars from Chris and Christy. Great folks, fair and good solid cars
Traded in my car and got a F-150. Brad took care and made sure everything went smooth. Also fixed a check engine light that I asked to get fixed.
One word to describe what we just experienced....Unbelievable!!So, our daughters boyfriend has been looking for a car. They found one that he liked and asked if my husband and I could come meet them to look at it. Theyre young and Daddy is pretty smart about things so its only natural that they would want someone on their side to help.We drove out to C & C Motors on Chapman Road in Chattanooga. They had been there for almost ten minutes when we arrived and no one had come out to speak to them. When we pulled in, a man came around on a golf cart. He started basically grilling the kid on his credit and if he had ever financed a car. He told her boyfriend that he would have to have a cosigner or he couldnt get the financing and then started to just drive off.I asked him to hold on a minute and that we wanted to test drive it. Stated that he didnt need to just dismiss the kid like that and he told me that I would have to leave a deposit and that someone would have to go with me on the test drive. My husband told him that was ridiculous, that we have two cars on the lot that we drove and who asks for a deposit to test drive a car?! He drove away! I was shocked and thought ok, lets find someone more professional than this guy.I walked up to the door and asked him if the owner was there. He said he was and walked away so I followed. He walked down the hall and came back and very rudely stated that the boss was in a meeting with his father and it would be a few minutes. I told him that was fine, that I didnt mind waiting. The owner came out a few minutes later. I put out my hand and introduced myself. He ignored anything that I had to say and told me that if I was ready to do business, he would take a deposit and find someone to ride with me and that if I wasnt ready to deal then basically I could get out. He then turned around and walked away from me. Absolutely the worst customer service and one of the most unbelievable experiences ever! When I attempted to speak about how his salesperson treated the kids, he said here you go, maam and walked over to the door, opened it, and basically kicked me out of his dealership.I believe that I just met the two most disrespectful people in all of Chattanooga! We took our daughter to buy her car at Honda of Cleveland and it was a spectacular experience! I am thankful for that and I feel like a young persons first car buying experience should be like that. Poor kid has gotten the exact opposite from both times we have gone to check out something that he likes. :(They are running a very shady business over there and the reviews for them show that left and right! I would definitely stay away from that lot and feel free to share away!! As a parent, even for those kids that dont belong to me, I want things to be happy and healthy memories and experiences. Never would I ever recommend this place to anyone because you will definitely leave there with an awful taste in you mouth.Their website says that their mission is to provide the best customer service while facilitating a fun, hassle-free car buying experience.....so not true! It is actually the exact opposite!Kindness and respect go a long way and there is absolutely zero kindness or respect at C & C Motors!! It is very clear why they have so many cars on their lot..Would give negative stars if it were possible!!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Cannot recommend this dealer. Particularly Brad.1. Brad tells me that the truck has cleared emissions and all Ill need to do is get the tag. This was false - wasted my whole day running around.2. Brad says that while it is an as is purchase, theyll help if I have any issues. This was false. I got an emissions code later the same day I bought the truck. I later let them know and it was made clear that they dont stand behind anything that they sell.3. On computer analysis of the emissions code, it had been there for months and was cleared prior to my purchase. I included this information in a BBB complaint and was called a liar. The respondent said that the light would have come back on startup. This is false. It takes 60-90 miles of driving for new readiness data to populate before the code is regenerated. I firmly believe this was intentionally cleared by this dealer.4. Brad said Id receive the title in 2 weeks after my check clears. This was false. I went looking for the title after 3 weeks, and was then informed that there was a lien on the truck from the previous owner and that they might take 60 days to get it. I did receive the title a week later, and it clearly showed 0 liens on the title. Another lie.Theres more - but this probably gets my point across. Dont trust these guys. I will not again.#Note to dealers response - there is no gas cap on this car - it is built into the filler neck. This was the cause of the code that they had cleared $230. Also, the title was generated in July with no lien. Its printed right on it. The lies only continue.
Please do not waste your time at this dealership! I arrived with my family yesterday (Saturday July 10th) and was finally greeted by Rick Hudson after walking to 5 different trucks. I found 4 trucks that I liked and 1 that I really wanted to test drive. I drove up from Cartersville, GA specifically to test drive and purchase a truck. I had a cashiers check in hand for $25,000, but apparently Rick wasnt able to judge me based on the fact that I drove up in my work car (white Volvo S60 Turbo). I was told sorry, but its just me and one other sales guy here so you cant test drive anything. So I jumped back in my volvo and left, but on the way out I saw a guy and his son who jumped in a truck to test drive as I was leaving; the guy and his son drove up in a mercedes... Since I drove an hour and half I figured Id look at the other dealerships in the area, and once I shared my experience at C&C every dealer (about 6 of them) started chuckling and explained that C&C has a really bad reputation. Good luck selling cars when your sales people judge folks based on what they drive up in, or are dressed like.To the owner - I gave you the date, the name, my cars description, and would be happy to provide anything else you need to validate my post. But if you really care, all youll have to do is go back and look at your security camera! I was wearing blue jeans and a short sleeve black button up shirt, shaved head, beard, and blue tinted glasses. Its a shame you missed out on a $25,000 sale, but I am glad that I was brushed off, because I have a feeling it wasnt meant for me to purchase anything from a crooked dealership yesterday!
Great selection and staff was very helpful.
I purchased a used truck from Rick, who was very personable and whose experience as a truck enthusiast and a salesman made him a pleasure to work with. On our test drive, we noticed the gas gauge was stuck on E but a quick search online showed that sulfur deposits were a likely culprit and a $5 bottle of fuel injector cleaner would fix that up, so we went ahead with the sale. Less than 8 hours later, the service airbag light came on. Once again a quick search showed that this was a common problem with the 2004 Avalanche and not an expensive fix. In any case, I had purchased the truck as is and had no cause for complaint. The next morning, I went to the tag and title office. There they told me that there was a problem with the title documentation. Apparently the original owners name was missing a suffix in his sale to another dealership in Georgia. The title office recommended contacting C&C to request that they contact the other dealership for a one and the same document, which could be emailed to me or faxed to the title office. The manager at C&C recommended altering the original owners name on the title instead. Knowing that the title office already had documentation of a need for this other paperwork and that they might be suspicious of such a convenient change in place of what they asked for, I decided just to call the other dealership myself and ask for the form. The manager at C&C came unhinged. As a big guy, he has obviously gotten used to intimidating people by raising his voice and getting in their face. He told me that I was a disrespectful know-it-all and that I needed to get out of his building a handle the title problem myself. Rick intervened and said the manager was just having some kind of nerve problem and would I please continue working with the other dealership elsewhere. Rick was very respectful and understanding so rather than hold the dealership accountable for fixing the title problem they passed off to me I continued to talk to the dealership in Georgia who were very helpful. If you choose to do business with C&C motors, I recommend working with Rick, taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic prior to purchase, and avoiding the manager.
Nick was great and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! I love them it was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend!
Good experienceBrad made purchase very quick and easy. Id recommend this place..
Very nice staff. Ample variety of vehicles. Priced within reason. Will make a return trip..
Awesome an very friendly an straight to the point about their vehicles
Excellent staff keep working😉
Great work Mr. Rick!! Thanks, my husband is really happy
Absolutely NO STARS, but dont have a choice! - Buyer Beware! DO NOT buy from this business. We purchased an Audi that I fell in love with. Financing was an absolute dream for them and they didnt even have to work, we didnt even negotiate the price with them. I picked up the vehicle and as I was driving off the lot, I noticed there was no heat. I turned around at the end of the driveway and the salesman told me there was no one there to look at it, Sorry. I took it home and my husband did everything to figure out the issue. Turns out the blower motor was bad. My husband called our salesman and kindly said, Look, stuff happens, if you guys will buy the blower motor, I will install it. So, he took an entire day of fixing my new car to get me heat. Okay, no big deal. Within the next week, driving on my lunch hour, the oil pressure emergency lights scream to turn car off, oil pressure low. Stuck on the side of the road, I call my husband, he comes and I have plenty of oil, something is wrong. Sensor maybe? We have the vehicle towed home, he purchases sensor to see if that is it, its not. We end up having to have the car towed to Audi dealership to get a diagnosis. Keep in mind, even as Im writing this, I have not made my first payment yet, and I have not received my license plate yet. I have driven this car for a total of 4 days. I digress, Audi charges us $900 to even tell us whats wrong, turns out the motor is blown, apparently the oil pressure had been bad for sometime and the entire inside of the motor is covered with metal shavings...you cant fix that. It was going to cost us $14,000 to put in a new Audi motor, and they didnt even want to do it, so we know they werent trying to just sell us something. My husband goes to C & C motors to advise them of the situation (after not receiving any response to texts) not asking for a miracle, just asking for some help. We would purchase a used motor, could they help us get it installed somewhere, etc?... We know we bought it As-Is, but yall, I got to drive it for FOUR days! My husband was basically threatened, told to remove himself from their property that we bought the car As-Is and went so far to bring out some men from the garage to stand there and try to intimidate him with their hands in their pockets. Absolutely horrible! I happened to be on the phone with him as this was happening, so I KNOW THIS IS EXACTLY what happened. Needless to say, we are having to put a chunk of money down on a brand new vehicle in order to try and help the negative equity, plus have a HUGE new car payment. The used engine would still cost close to $10,000 with labor and parts, with no guarantee that something else wouldnt happen...too scared to take that chance. Do not allow the owner to reply to this as he has all of the other posts that he didnt know about it, this isnt true, etc. This is FACTUAL. Very shady, very unprofessional, and we will continue to tell our story to everyone we know to hopefully keep someone else from going through this nightmare.
I bought a 2005 Powerstroke from this place. The night I brought it home the brake caliper started leaking. Within a month i had a rear axle seal go bad. Then another caliper locked up, so i had to replace roter and all. Then the high pressure oil pump went out, and had to replace the whole system, 2900.00. Then injectors, another 3000.00 now its the front axle seals. So needless to say i really wasnt happy with the truck that i ended up with. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.Update.. this is for the owner who committed back. I did call you the next morning about the brake caliper pouring brake fluid out. Heck i even sent a picture to the sales man. Your response was to drive it back down there so yall could LOOK at it, not fix it. So lets see here, drive it 40 minutes down the road while hoping not to have to use the brakes so i dont run out of fluid, or just eat the 70 bucks and go on. But when i spent 5 grand before the year was up just on repairs. And if it was such an old wore out used car, why i sure payed way over kbb for it. This is a review of my thoughts of this place. So this was my experience with c&c. I wouldnt buy a new bicycle with a lifetime warranty for 5 dollars from them. There was the exact picture i sent yall feb 20
I would not recommend. I was told the gauges (tachometer) not the mpg would be repaired when I bought my truck. I was then told after I paid (it doesnt have a warranty). The owner wants to assume EVERYONE ELSE is a liar which in fact he is the one that is a liar along with his salesmen.
We wanted to take the time to let you now how much we appreciate the time, energy, and patience from all of you during the time we were buying our vehicle. Everyone involved went above and beyond their duties to ensure our happiness. We cannot express to you how this experience has made us feel. We have always been they type to do whats right- and it is very hard to find people today that have these same values! Everyone there at your establishment has fit this bill. All of you are special people in our book!
Unless you like unnecessarily wasting time, I would never deal with this company. I bought a vehicle and they couldn’t find the title then finally sent me the title after the thirty days but refused to reimburse me for the penalties. They also messed up the loan paperwork with my bank so I had to resubmit the loan three times.
I was very disappointed. The salesman was rude and acted like we were bothering him. The guy was very pushy and wanted us to commit to buying before we could even test drive the car. He said we could come back “when we were ready to buy a car” Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in and told a service rep we were interested in test driving a car. We then waited for 15 min with my wife and 7 month old baby in the car. When we finally were helped by the sales manager we told him what car we were interested in and would like to test drive it. We went over to the car and actually put the baby seat in the back while he proceeded to tell us what a good deal it was and that he could tell it was the car my wife really wanted. Then before he handed over the keys he asked if we were planning on buying the car today. I replied that we would have to drive it first but probably wouldnt buy it right then. He said he was sorry but if we were not willing to buy today we couldnt drive it. THEY ACTUALLY EXPECT YOU TO COMMIT VERBALLY TO BUYING BEFORE YOU TEST DRIVE! I was totally blown away! This guy has the nerve to make us stand out in the driveway for fifteen min with a baby in a car seat and then wont even let us test drive a car! I am truly appalled at the service and how they run there business. NEVER GO HERE!
Great service! If you know what you want or not, theyre not gonna waste your time and extremely helpful.
I had a great experience with them. I got a super deal on my car!! They were very nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about financing. I am very pleased with my car and it has been very dependable! I would definitely buy from them again and have sent family members to them who have also had a great experience!
Great deal and treated us really good. we are happy with our purchase and glad to get something good for our car we traded. will use them again.
Love my 02 Denali. Kids love it too. Very nice SUV with great miles. Very clean. Would recommend!
Bought a 2007 4Runner from these fine folks. We worked out a very competitive price and they even dropped me off at Enterprise to return a rental before taking me back and driving out with my new car.Good place to buy a car overall.
Purchased 2005 Ford F150 and am very pleased with my purchase. Great deal, friendly, staff, highly recommend. 5 stars
My Honda Civic is perfect for our family. They were superb in the selling & financing! Great customer service & highly recommend!
DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!Went to this dealer looking for a new vehicle on Saturday. We asked to drive a vehicle and get info. The salesman asked if we were ready to purchase today after handing me the keys. We told him we would be ready on Monday but wanted to look over the vehicle ETC. He grabbed the keys, walked away ad said Come back and see me MondayWhat a jerk! They were VERY unprofessional and did not treat us with respect at all. He did not know we had CASH in hand! (idiot)I have purchased many new and used cars in my lifetime and have NEVER been treated like that and NEVER will again as I will NOT be back to C&C motorsBuyer beware, if they treat you like that when looking to buy, how will they treat you after they have your money and there is a problem? We went to multiple dealers after this incident off Shallowford Rd and told them our experience with C&C WHILE TEST DRIVING their cars and were told they hear about these kinds of complaints all the time about them!We were even told they have heard yelling matches between C&C Motors and customers before!FYI. We purchased our new vehicle 2 hours later and are very happy with deal 3 doors down!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!I wish someone would have told me that!
I now have a Ford Expedition! Got a good deal and am very happy with my experience. Everyone was super nice.
Nice Toyota Tundra. Super easy transaction. Would highly recommend. 5 Star recommendation

Lovely 07 Canyon for my grandson! Thank you for all your help! Would do business w/ again & recommend.
Bought a beautiful SUV, super nice. Great deal they gave me and a friendly staff. Love it.
The owner helped me with my purchase. He was very pleasant and very informative about the truck we were looking at. He even gave me more money on my trade than other dealerships offered. I got a great deal on my Silverado and am very pleased with everything. I give them 5 stars and will use them again.
I bought a Toyota for my son. Very reasonable & nice truck. Should be a very good truck all through school.
VERY FRIENDLY! Excellent customer service, and unbeatable prices.I had a wonderful experience here and recommend everyone to go check them out.
I bought a Toyota Tacoma Prerunner from C&C and I the truck was exactly as described online and was in excellent condition. I love my truck and enjoyed working with the folks at C&C mostly because they were straight forward, didnt push me into a purchase, and quick with facilitating my purchase. There is nothing I hate more than spending my whole day at a dealership filling out paperwork, waiting on financing, and dealing with the typical car salesman (push, push, push) and I didnt experience that at all at C&C. They were more than willing to allow me to test drive my truck along with several others that I was interested in so the other reviews on here dont add up to my experience. Great overall experience, thanks C&C!!
Im enjoying my F250. Good deal. Nice trade for great price. Salesman was very helpful and worked hard for me. Staff was friendly.
BUYER BEWARE…….I wish my husband and I would have read these reviews before visiting this place and wasting our time. We encountered one of the worst experiences in our life today at this dealership. My husband and I noticed a car at this dealership earlier in the week. Today we decided to visit to do some test driving. Imagine our surprise when we were informed that we could not test drive the car until we obtained financing. We were also informed that they “couldn’t just let us take the car without someone being in the car with us” In all of our years of purchasing cars we have never been told that we needed financing approval before test driving nor have we been flat out denied a test drive because you “only have two people working”. We understand smaller automobile dealerships work differently but why would I obtain financing for a car that I may not purchase? What if I have a trade-in or better yet cash? After sharing our experience with some of our friends we now know that this was not an isolated incident…..Apparently this is a common practice used within your dealership with potential African American customers or customers who don’t look the part. Your blatant discrimination is disgusting. Don’t waste your time at this place. Zero stars.....
Love my and my husbands 13 F250. Will be perfect on our ranch! May be too nice to even use! Thank you!
I got an awesome King Ranch at a great price! They helped me with financing too. Everyone was really nice. The salesman helped me out in every way.

So happy that we stopped here earlier today. My husband has been in need of a truck and we found a great deal on a 2006 Ford F-150. The salesman was very curteous and straight to the point. He was also very knowledgable about the vehicle we were purchasing. It didnt take long before we left with a new vehicle. I would do business with them again.
When my husbands car broke down and was beyond repair, we were in dire need of a vehicle with no time to spare. I travel Highway153 daily and had noticed their place of business. When I called, I spoke to Andrea. She was knowledgeable about the cars they had available, the pricing, our needs, what we could afford, and she understood I didnt have time to shop around. After our initial conversation, she called me back in about 10 minutes with details of the car she felt would suit our needs as well as be within our budget (which shows me she knows their inventory). I went on their website, was impressed with what I saw, and scheduled an appointment that afternoon at 4:00. She greeted me as I arrived, showed me the 2008 Hyundai SUV which was in excellent condition, my husband drove it, their Business Manager processed our application and by 5:00, we were equipped with a new set of wheels. Both Andrea and the co-owner, David Crane, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a clean car at a fair price.
My business needed an express van. I bought one at a good price. It will be perfect. Im looking forward to doing business with them again.

I was simply helping a gentleman get his mothers name on a bill of sale to save on his insurance. We called three times, with one guy wanting me to come down there because I sounded in his words, Tough as hell over the phone!!!! Really this is how you treat your customers that just spent 12000.00 with you!!! I would not recommend buying any vehicle from this company!! I would go to Marshal Mize or a professional place like that... They refuse to work with you after the purchase!!! Take your business else where!!!!!
Sweet ride. 07 Cadillac Escalade. Good price. Good salesman. Quality SUV. Will return if I need another car.
Im enjoying my 2007 Chevy Silverado. Sweet deal, nice truck. Sweet deal on trade. I would purchase from them again.
Im enjoying my 2001 Savannh van. My friend recommended me to this company. I couldnt find a better deal anywhere else.
Me and my husband Jr Foster had an awful experience yesterday. The staff there are extremely rude and we will not be back.. we went up to test drive a truck after driving all the way from Dalton we were told that they didnt want to get the truck out due to it being messy outside and that they had spent 150 cleaning it up. Then the man proceeded to tell my husband he didnt think the bank would loan us the money anyway. Then said so were not gonna let you drive it unless we know we have a sell..Well guess what they lost a sell yesterday!!
Jonathan recommended me a vehicle from this dealer 07 Avalanche. Im very happy with my purchase.
I purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro. Good quality car. Staff friendly, courteous. I would highly recommend.
Enjoying my Toyota Sequoia. Thank you for the outstanding service! Will be back.
Enjoying my new 2012 Ford F150. Nice truck w/ good miles for a good price
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any sales lot in my entire life. Brad the sales rep started yelling at me my wife and my 11 year old daughter right outside the front door of their office. Please dont go here what a bunch of losers!
Nice truck, very competitive prices. Great miles for a Diesel Truck Would buy from again.
The customer service at C&C Motors was outstanding. I got an awesome deal on a 2011 Chevy Silverado. I paid below the listed price and was offered a competitive price for my trade. I will definetly go back to C&C Motors in the future. Do yourself a favor and go to C&C Motors before you go any where else!

I bought a 2007 Ford Expedition. Its loaded with good miles. Good experience. I was treated fairly.
After looking at a vehicle my friend noticed a small twig under his own car and tossed it aside and the salesman insisted that we take it with us and we thought he was joking so we said no and went to leave and the salesman grabs the twig and throws it into our car and SLAMS the door of my friends 370z and tell us to f*** off. MY friend removes the twig from his lap lays it outside the car and the salesman once again grabs it and throws it on our windshield. And we told him we would never purchase a vehicle from them and the salesman he replies with good f*** off my lot
Never have I been so disrespected. This excuse of a man has no idea what professionalism is. We stopped to look at a vehicle we had noticed while driving by. We were in the market for a used vehicle and had $6000.00 cash to put down. We were told before the salesman would even retrieve the keys from inside, we had to be ready to buy the car that day. we explained we would not know that without test driving the car. he then said we could put $1000 and he would hold the car so we could come back to test drive it when they had more than two people working. when we declined, the salesman just started walking away and said he didnt have time for joy rides!!!! we bought a very nice vehicle from crown dodge, and were treated with respect and courtesy.my cousin then went to c & c about a year later after ignoring my protests not to use this dealer. he found a truck he loved. bought it at 5:00 pm on Wednesday. the very next day the transmission went out of the truck he just paid over $23Kwhen he called to talk to the salesman about the issue, the rep said he would have to talk to the boss and call him back. that never happened! had the vehicle less than 24 hours and then had to pay for tranny repairs!NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$ WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS
Purchased our 2008 Silverado. Nice vehicle, good miles, and excellent price. So nice and courteous.
I got a super deal on my titan. great truck, great price. will be back. highly recommend.
I bought a 2006 Chevy Silverado and got a good fair trade amount and an awesome deal. I would highly recommend and do business with them again.
Thanks for the good deal on my F150. Worked every way to get me financed at a good rate. Helpful staff.
Cool truck! 12 GMC! Good truck! Good deal! Good People!
Made appointment. Drove 60 mi round trip. Salesman refused to allow us to drive the Range Rover we had been in contact with them about. The place wanted $200 upfront, stating some kind of Tennessee law. (Ive bought a dozen cars over my lifetime, never heard that one). Hes perfectly willing to waste your time. Hes insulting and dont support people like this.Addition to my original comment: The salesman Did refuse to allow us to drive the car. We have an email also about the $200. I seldom review negatively because I understand the resposibility of a review that IS negative. But this Did happen and for the Car Lot to suggest that This customer is so dumb as to not understand that the Salesman is Too Busy to allow a test drive and that he knows his stuff and that we would be required to get financing before a test drive. I do not apply for financing if I have not driven a vehicle. It could have shifting problems or any number of errors. I stand by my statements. The answer saying we misunderstand that we can not testdrive is a total falsehood. This guy was a showmethemoney guy. We drove appx 60 miles roundtrip with an appointment. We can back up our statement with phone logs and emails.Perhaps others have a better experience. This was mine. I stand behind my statement. If I could have rated today a zero. I surely would.Edit to response day 2.... reading below... person is disturbed... Sellers beware... Frankly, we were three people who arrived to test drive a vehicle with an appointment. By this very name calling you may see how a would be customer is treated.Again I stand by my response. We are a family of THREE, we were all there. And were refused a test drive after we made an appointment. Husband has both email and calls on his phone as verification. Im assuming this person assumed from my photo I am just one person. We were not, nor was I alone. Salesman was abrupt, opened doors to vehicle but refused us the test drive. We have his card and other info. I just prefer this stay a rating of the place and not become a dealership insulting persons. Perhaps this is proving my review!
