Referred nephew to get 2nd diagnostic, they started repairs without written consent or to verify that ownership of vehicle (not his) had car for 22 days for list of repairs, lied to nephew about how much parts would cost and could only get parts at BMW dealership. More issues with car now since they tried to repair. When tried to consult owner (Brian) and Mechanic (Jason) would not stand by their work, would not even look over car and mechanic admitted to never ever test driving car even after the repair work he’s done in the 22 days car was at their business. It’s been 3 days and still no response from Brian Flannigan. If I’d know they would take advantage of customers like this I would have never referred them and never will I. How you charge a 25 year kid $4862.77 for repairs and parts that was not serviced properly and when asked for old parts & proof of original parts receipts you can’t supply or respond?

I dont usually share reviews, but this place deserves it 100%. I have NEVER and mean never been more appreciative of a Mechanics shop until now. I have been bringing my car here for a little over 2 years, and everytime I have a great experience. I get all my oil changes here, along with some drastic replacements (transmission/clutch/master cylinders, etc) that I was not expecting to need done. This is the only company that will be 100% upfront with you when you need something. I went in for an oil change and didnt notice the wear on the inside of one of my tires (that could have been bad if not taken care of immediately), and they got it taken care of same day! They take their time making sure each time they touch your car its going to be taken care of. Jason answers all my crazy questions, and phone calls to the best of his ability and never hesitates to get them answered. If you need a reliable car mechanic this is the place, with no doubt in my mind you will be pleased with every experience from here. You guys da best ✌

Had vehicle in their shop last month which they had for 29 days based on earlier review had posted. Since released from their repair shop, car has many more issues and when trying to contact business owner, he guaranteed their warranty. That wasn’t the case, had vehicle towed back to their shop on March 16, 2021 after almost a week had to contact them regarding car, had it towed because now vehicle has transmission leak, check engine light on now and in previous diagnostic and repairs, the transmission was NEVER an issue. Finally contacted them again on March 22, 2021 to inquire about car and only when I mentioned i was going to have the car towed back is when owner finally called me back to let me know car was inspected and...well you can see pics I’ve included what kind of a scam he’s trying to run on me and obviously how he treats his “so called” customers and how they are guaranteeing their work 100% ...see you soon Brian Flannigan (Owner)

Absolutely the worst place ever!I brought my vehicle to fix an issue but after I got the vehicle back fifth gear didn’t work i had to take it back for them to fix that oh and My AC doesn’t work it did before I took it to them but because they don’t know that it was working before I brought it there they decided not to fix it!A employee also told me that I was getting overcharged for parts He gave me a break down oh how much they are and how much more I was paying I’ve never heard that before!I’ve already talked to the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to speak with my lawyer.do not ever go here!Oh and get this the owner texted me and asked how my service was I replied with horrible and explained why after that he never answered.

I cannot say enough about the help Jason offered us on way home to Michigan. We had a wheel hub bearing go bad on the highway and were very fortunate to have learned about and met Jason on a Friday evening from a local referral. He came by the hotel we checked in at and then followed through first thing Saturday morning to open his shop, get our parts and have us back on the road by lunch time. Considering two of the bad reviews came from the same family concerning a car that had plenty of issues (probably a lemon sold by another auto broker in town to a relative) and a customer who never used this company (maybe a friend of the others) it looks as if Fastech should have an over all five star rating after reading all the reviews.

We had taken our Jeep Wrangler to three different places before only to spend money and not get the proper repair, but with Brian and Jason, they took the time to research the issue, make the repairs, and everything seems to be working as expected. First off let me start with saying there isn’t anything fast about this business. I wasn’t going to write this review but it has been almost 3 weeks since I got my car back from this place. I took the car to get 4 brand new tires put on and I knew it was going to be hard seeing the fact they are extremely low profile. Most places say no I can’t do it but here they said they could. I went to this place from a recommendation from a co-worker that knows the owner Brian personally. I regret this decision deeply. On 3/06/2020 I took the car to get 4 tires put on, I dropped the car off at 0900 and didn’t get a call till 1700 saying it was done but I needed to get a TPMS sensor from past faulty error I’m guessing. When I showed up Monday 3/09/2020 I told them to order the sensor and let me know when it’s done. They told me it would be that day. So fast forward two or three days from me having to call myself to ask updates every single time everyday they kept giving me new excuses. When I showed up to pick the car up and pay Jason tells me they knicked my brand new tire and it should hold air. I showed him where it was hissing from loosing so much air. Needless to say I was told drive it home let it sit it will be fine. No, I got the car as far as a couple miles and had to call a tow truck to tow the car to my house because the tire gave completely out. When I told Jason about the situation he asked me to contact where I got the tire to get it replaced under warranty. Which I already knew they weren’t going to do but I tried anyways, where I was told it was a installment error and they would not replace it. I told Jason this Friday 3/13/2020 and they said they ordered a new tire and would fix it. Today is 4/01/2020 and I have yet to get a call or anything from them trying to fix the mistake they caused. I am out over $260 from the charges from them for everything and the tow bill getting the car to my house. I don’t feel as if I should have to call this place yet again for an update on a mistake they made. At this point I’ve talked to my coworker that’s friends with the owner and other tire shops and something needs to be done. Brian you choose which way this goes and if you need to speak with me you can ask Jason or look up my invoice for RO #1061 and give me a call.

There isnt enough room for me to really describe how fantastic this place is, but Ill try. I was vacationing in Georgia when my BMW developed a serious issue. It being a long holiday weekend, none of the chain shops in the small town were able to help, and the nearest dealership was already closed. This left me essentially stranded with a ruined (and expensive) vacation, and possibly no way to get back to my cabin in the mountains. I called a mechanic friend of mine back home and within a few minutes he connected me to Fasttech and spoke very highly of them. I was skeptical, but I trusted his recommendation. I called Fasttech and explained the situation, and Jason ordered the parts (sight unseen). The next morning I limped along for 2 hours along a desolate road, alone, with no cell signal, before dawn, to another state, to see a mechanic I’d never met. Yep. And not only did Jason have the part there waiting, the service was amazingly quick. AND he found and fixed a problem with one of my coolant lines that was just waiting to fail. Shortly thereafter, he had the part delivered, everything was repaired, and I was back to my vacation worry-free.Oh, that coolant line thing I mentioned? It was already very loose and would have almost certainly blown out while I was driving through that desolate road with no cell signal if Jason hadnt caught it. So not only did he save my vacation, he also saved me from being stranded in the middle of a forest or some back road with a busted coolant line. Supreme kudos to Brian and Jason. If I’m ever back in Chattanooga, I owe you a round.

The Short: Buying a car through Fastech was a breath of fresh air compared to the typical dealership experience.The long: I reached out to Fastech, told them what we were looking for and what our budget was. Within a couple of days, they found us a car not too far from us. They sent us the info on the car to make sure we approved, then with our approval, bought the vehicle and had it delivered to Fastech.They inspected it, found a couple of mechanical issues which they fixed prior to final delivery, and upon request had the windows tinted for us.Fastech came in on budget, with no hassle. We drove up to Fastech, took a quick test drive, then spent 10 minutes signing paperwork. No hassle, no mus, no fuss. We could not be happier with our experience with them.

I purchased my wheels from here last year and they are fantastic. Brian mounted my new tires and balanced the set for me. Apex wheels are a must for BMWs and fastech is the only company that sells them in our area. Brian is a funny guy with a good personality and is very easy to work with.

Purchased a high-mileage E46 M3 that was a 9/10 cosmetically but had some underlying issues that Brian wasnt aware of. Although the car was sold as-is and Brian didnt have to do a thing to make it right, he went above and beyond what I would have expected. Top class dealing here and would recommend friends and family to him without hesitation.

Biggest scam of a place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW OR ANY CAR HERE. They did more damage than fixed. They left oil all over the engine bay. Hoses left lose. Broken peices in the trunk. Missing bolts on the valve cover. Nightmare... it may be cheaper but you’ll still have to take it to somewhere else to repair their job. I have pictures To verify.
