I had heard nothing but good things about this dealership, so I thought they would be better than most. But to say the least, Im disappointed. The salesman was very kind, but didnt inform me of the pre-existing problems the vehicle had before I bought it. Both emails and calls went unanswered and were ignored. Ive had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to have the issues fixed. Because the issues were already there (Beknownst to me) the warranty didnt cover it. To say the least, I will NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

Grasshopper and Bailey helped me get a good truck. They said they would take care of a couple of little things that needed addressed on the truck. I took it to service a week later and they took care of it. They kept their word and for me, that means a lot. For that reason, I will recommend Mtn View 153! Thanks guys!

We purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang from this dealership. We were not happy with the price based on the condition of the vehicle, the dealership did agree to negotiate which was great as most dealers don’t negotiate at all. However, after we got the car home we were swarmed with ants from a soft drink that was spilled in the back floor board of the driver side that was never cleaned just covered up with the floor mat. I was rather surprised to find that the dealership would sell a car that was infested with ants and not even fully cleaned. Even though they just got the car from auction, it seems to me that they would have offered to get it cleaned before we took it home regardless. After dealing with the ants, bombing the car, spraying the car, shampooing the car myself, and detailing it all over again. I think our beloved ant issue is over.The dealer did call, but the work was already done. Respectfully, three hours worth of work and all you can offer is to fill up my gas tank and clean it after I’ve cleaned is rather insulting.

I regret buying a car from here so bad. The check engine light came on the second day after purchasing a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. The light went on and off for two months, and one day the car just would not start at all (battery was not dead, as the lights were working) and the key wouldnt come out of the ignition, which made me miss an entire day of work. We made an appointment with the service center a week and a half away, and when we showed up we were told they could not even look at it, and it would be another 4 days or later before they could even look at it. What was the point in scheduling the service? And then it would cost $130 to even see what was wrong with and we would be responsible for 100% of the repairs. Which would be fine, but we literally JUST bought this car, and had trouble within two days of having it. I wish more than anything we went somewhere else, and now Im stuck with a car that randomly decides to not turn on. Go to a real dealership, and avoid giving your money to these frauds that dont sell junk cars anymore. Their words.

I bought a Car from them. 6 months ago. The key was dead . Could not get a call back to resolve this so I bought a battery and had it put in. Service contract that I thought I was getting as explained to me covered oil changes for 48 months . In our conversation I told the fin person I had trouble that involved electrical issues. So he very happily said ok well let’s up grade you to the gold package. Which he did. I was charges 2300 dollars and no oil charge is included in service. Watch what they sale you when the warranty part comes in to play. The best thing about this sale was Josh the salesman was very nice. I will never buy from them again after being falsely lead on what the warranty covered. Hope I didn’t have to spend my 2300 out in deductibles . He got me watch out.

A joke of a company. Went and purchased a vehicle from them. The vehicle was supposed to have been inspected and in perfect running condition. They showed us the carfax and maintenance history to prove that. Less than 24 hours after getting the car the headlights stop working and the air stops working. We contact them regarding this and just get a run around. When we finally hear back they send us to the same place it was inspected at for them to keep it a week and say that they cant find whats wrong with it. So we have to go back through them to get them to look into the car and show them proof that its not a road worthy vehicle. Now after dropping it off a second time they tell us they will fix it but the dealership wont return any phone calls to the service center to cover the costs of the repairs since its their fault and they falsely advertised a road worthy vehicle. Now we are sitting without a vehicle and have attempted to call both the dealership and service center several times and they will not answer or return our calls. Beware this company and their shady tactics and have the attorney General and better business bearue on speed dial if you do deal with them.

I will not recommend going to this place. One they are not a Wholesaler, but a Used car lot dealer. There is a huge difference. Manufacturer then.....Wholesale is before Retail sales then Resell for used. Always has been, Always will be...Was lied to about this right off. Not smart. I will also not recommend going to this place because of the failure with the sales department. They failed to communicate when needed...I waited 15 minutes, more than enough time to wait to get any and all my questions answered. RUN, DO NOT STOP, RUN. I will not do business with any company that will lie just to make money and ripping the people off with their prices also.

I have purchased 4 cars from Mountain View @153 and they have always taken care of me. Theyve always had reasonable prices and good cars but my last experience has been a nightmare. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima in January 2020 and a week later it started having engine issues. They sold me a worthless extended warranty for about $1,300 under the guise that it was a bumper to bumper warranty but that was a bold faced lie. They sold me the car as is and thats fine I knew what I was buying but thats why I purchased the warranty. What good is a warranty if they decline every claim? My car has been at the Nissan dealership for 2 weeks and thats 2 weeks Ive been without a car. Do not ever buy a car with an extended warranty funded by Wynn. My car needs a engine replacement and Wynn is requiring them to tear down the engine at my expense which costs $2,200. Why would I pay $2,200 just for them to tear down the engine for an inspection? Theres no guarantee that they would even pick up the claim if I did. I was sold a garbage car with a garbage warranty which has left me screwed. Now I have to surrender my car back to the lien holder and figure out a way to buy another car.

I had high hopes of having a great experience at Mtn View@153. My sales gal, Cherise, sent me a video introduction with info on the car I was interested in -great customer experience.Once I had decided on a car I was immediately asked for my pre-approval paperwork (my first red flag), low and behold even with a $2,000 down payment, trade in, etc.... my loan amount was 15 cents below my preapproved amount. I should have gathered the paperwork at that point and walked out. That is on me.But I’m a single mom with a severely autistic son with Down Syndrome. I was having to drive an expensive rental because my 13 year old car had finally died.I needed something quick.Even though they final decision was mine- the financing tactics at Mtn View are the reason used car salesmen have their bad reputation. Stay well clear, or at least be willing to walk away when they try to pull that stunt on you.There are more honest used car dealers out there to choose from.I only give a 2 instead of 1 because Cherise was great.

I purchased a 2019 Kia Optima and I love it. However, when I purchased my car, the battery was dead and had to be jumped. My consultant promised me he would fix the battery if I purchased that car, so I did. Made my down payment, signed the lease and drove off. A week later I can not drive my car from a bad battery. When calling to ask when my battery would be replaced I get “ it’s cold weather.” The battery is going to cost me $300 and they will not fix it because “it was not in contract.” Do not take their word, get it in contract. Siting around with their pants on fire. Very upset and disappointed. I do not like being lied to and treated like I’m stupid.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I just bought a 2014 VW Passat on March 30th. They sold me the car with a bad heater core, which I didnt find out until the next morning when it was cold. They told me to bring the car in to be looked at where they kept it half the day, to tell me the heater core was bad. Ya I told you that when I called. I know ts bad. I need it fixed. Now Ive missed a days work and still have a bad heater core. So Im assuming they arent going to fix the car they sold me broken. Like they should.UPDATE: They agrees to fix my car after haggling and trying to get in touch with them for 3 days. We dropped it off on Monday morning at 8 am, they repeatedly assured us we would have the car back that evening. So we rented a car. Monday around 3pm they call and say the car wont be done until Tuesday. So now we have 2 days of rental fees. Now its Tuesday and no one will answer the phones or return our calls. Im generally not one to leave negative reviews, check em. But the unprofessionalism this place has displayed leaves me no choice. Very unsatisfied. Extremely unhappy with the service we have received. Very Very unprofessional. Its no wonder there are so many negative reviews of this place.

Test drove a vehicle, salesman was super pushy trying to sell it. Said the price on the sticker was as low as he could go, and said the original price was $2000 above that. The sticker price they had advertised was actually a little higher than average price for the market, so they could have tried to adjust it some. After the salesman couldn’t convince me to spend more than I wanted, he had someone else come try as well. I will not be going back there even if they get exactly what I’m looking for at a price lower than anyone else.

Initially I was happy with the service my husband and I received. After receiving the paperwork from the finance company the interest rate was not what was promised & there were many extra charges tacked onto the price we agreed to pay. My husband gave them $7,500 cash and they supposedly gave an $8,000 credit for my 2014 Ford Taurus. The end total was not what was agreed upon. The dealership waited until the very last minute (and phone calls from me) to send the paperwork to my county’s tag office. The cleaning and detail job was not even worth the time spent. They did get the dents and dings out as promised. Their clean up crew did not wash and detail my vehicle as promised. I know this because I have detailed many vehicles. I will not do business with this dealership again and will not recommend their services to anyone I love.

Do not do business with this location unless you want to pay cash for your vehicle. The sales guys are fine but the way they handle the finance back end of pay offs and trade ins is terrible. I have bought 4 cars for this company but after a weird issue on the 3rd car and then I figured it was an honest mistake went back and purchased a 4th car then they messed that up to. I will not be back and would recommend that you look elsewhere.

My dad purchased a 2012 Lexus RX 350 and an extended warranty for me from here at the beginning of September. The car looked good and ran well on the short test drive I took it on. For the past few weeks, it has progressively made more and more grinding noises on the front driver side and when going over small potholes and bumps it was making loud giggling type noises like something was loose. I took it to a shop today and was told it was missing two caliper bolts. They sold us a car they said was “inspected” that was actually missing bolts. Additionally, the supposed comprehensive warranty that was purchased doesn’t cover “nuts and bolts.” The bill to fix it was only $117, which isn’t that much, but they shouldn’t sell inspected cars missing easily identified parts or carry any lenders that sell warranties that ultimately don’t cover anything. Very dissatisfied with our post purchase experience. The service leading up to the time we signed on the dotted line was great, but the moment we were done in the finance office the service stopped. My car didn’t get washed as promised and they had to be reminded to go put gas in it. All in all, they just wanna sell vehicles, whether they are road ready or not. I also still don’t have my tags and will need my 3rd drive off sticker on Monday.

I bought this car a year ago, and when I drove it off the lot the brake light were flashing . They “fixed” the problem . Now, my car is still under warranty and they are saying they cannot even look at the car until Feb. 6th . My brake lights went out, my windshield wipers will not turn on, and my sun roof will not close . I was told they will not give me a rental or anything and pretty much it will just have to wait for almost 3 weeks until they can fit me in . I cannot drive this car for safety reasons and they are not doing anything about it . Very disappointed and was hoping for better service considering how much I paid for this car . I was also told it’s a “bulb” that’s causing all this and it’s not wiring which is not true .

My husband did his own review but I thought mine needed to be heard as well. I bought a 2017 escape. I bought it with a chip in the windshield with the promise it will be taken care of. We bought on a Saturday like 3 weeks ago and told me they messaged the windshield guy and I will know something Monday. Monday came and went with me calling daily and always told the person was busy and I left a message. I mind you the person I needed to talk to was never the same person when I called. The poor girl who did keep answering my calls finally gave me the windshield guys number. I called him and he had no idea about my car. I get that fixed and then my front end is popping, has a sound out of the air vent, had a bad oil leak and when my car gets turned off from driving it whistles. For the past 2 weeks trying to get this taken care of with the run around again. Now my car has been at the shop since Last Monday and I still have no idea what is going on with my car. I have a license plate no car. I will never recommend this company and will never do business with them again. JUST SO EVERYONE IS AWARE I CALLED THE MANAGER AND LEFT A MESSAGE IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NO RETURNED CAR. I GOT MY CAR BACK AND WAS TOLD AFTER i HAD TO PAY 209.00 THAT I DID NOT HAVE A OIL LEAK. I MOST CERTAINLY DO THE PUDDLE DID NOT FORM ITSELF.

I would put zero stars if I could. This place has a tail light warranty, no matter what is on paper. When asked to fix the HUGE list of everything that was wrong, not even half got fixed. While in the lobby, another customer was complaining about the same thing. The mechanics are kids and clueless. The vehicles are auction pieces of garbage and they’re lying about underlying problems to their customers. (Not informing them is the same as lying)

We bought Kia Sedona 2011 and were really happy with the car. When we were talking to the dealer Cheries, we asked if there was an oil leak with the car and she said there isnt. We chose to buy the car even though my husband suspected that there might be oil leak. We trusted what she said. Next morning we bought the car, we noticed a huge amount of white smoke coming out from the back of the car when we turned the car on. I dont understand how they could have missed this issue with that amount of smoke. We took it to a mechanic close to our house and he said there is oil leak and it would cost 2-3000 dollars to get the problem fixed. We called Mountain View and explained what happened. They offered to give us dealership discount to get it fixed at their service center even though they lied about the oil leak when we specifically asked about that problem. I was expecting them to fix the car with free labor cost and we just need to pay for the broken part. Their service center said it will cost about $3000 to get it fixed with the discount. The manager Ethan said they do not have any responsibility regarding this issue and said they dont make much profit because they are a small business. He said once out of 500 good cars, these things happen. So I asked him if few unlucky customers like us need to take the blame. He said unfortunately yes. They dont care about customer satisfaction once they receive their money. People buy cars with their months worth of savings and its a big decision. I am deeply sad about the car issue and so frustrated that we have to pay $3000 to get the car fixed even though the problem existed the moment we bought the car. They clearly lied to us and dont care after they get your money.

I just have to say I am happy with the van we purchased but very unhappy with their service at their dealership. After getting our vehicle we called with certain issues we had and they could have cared less. So, once you sign the dotted line they are done with you. Be prepared if you buy a vehicle from them that you are COMPLETELY satisfied. My husband left a review and had a call from them but they never followed back up. If you are looking at purchasing a vehicle from them DON’T. If you do, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Just this weekend I removed their sticker from the back of my van because I do not want to advertise them.6/21/20I did call the Manager that they told me to and left a voicemail. That was on June 13. I have yet to hear from them. Imagine that. So, I still stand behind my review. I was going to give them a chance to redeem themselves but not going to happen now. I recently bought a 2003 corvette an was ensured it had been looked over and was a great car.I put less than 50 miles on it and the harmonic balancer fell off.that was a 700 dollar repair.I checked the oil today and its already burned up a quart of oil since I picked it up at the shop on sat last week.Im very disappointed and thought since mtn view had such a good reputation these issues wouldnt be there.Im stressed and disappointed.my 1st payment is not even due yet

I hardly ever give reviews but this was needed. I flipped a coin when it came to dealers and salesmen but Travis was relatable and professional. Upon arrival the car was waiting and I really didn’t want to wait. I was able to perform a test drive and then the administrative stuff only lasted maybe an hour. I will say, I have owned 5-6 cars but this was the smoothest/ easiest transaction ever. If you do not feel like wasting time and want a quality product, this is your place. So thus far, I will hands down always recommend this dealership. From pre approval to signing, everything was easy.

This is the third consecutive car that I have bought at Mountain View @153. They have a great selection of used cars in great condition. I got a 2017 Kia Soul today. Looks almost new outside, and definitely looks new inside. Sales people there are great. This is the second time Ive used Bailey Nires as my salesperson. Shes very friendly and knows her stuff. Also very fast on the computer so it all goes quickly and smoothly. Next time I need a car Ill go back to Mountain View @153 as long as I still live within reasonable driving distance. I cant recommend them enough.

We came recently and bought a used car for myself. Its like any other car dealership, as soon as you open the door of your vehicle, someone swoops in to ask if you need help. (Happened within thirty seconds, my foot hadnt touched the ground yet from opening the door. lol)Luckily my husband and I had been looking online and knew which car we wanted to look at and didnt bother with the chatter and simply asked to see it.We took it for a drive and liked how it drove and decided we did want it and once we got back from the test drive, we started reading the car sticker which has the list for everything thats included on the car and noticed that a lot of things it said it had was missing and we brought it up to the salesman and he told us it was just a mistake printed, and we were still interested in the car, however not at the price. It felt like we had to argue to get it reduced and there was apparently only one person who could do the loan application, even though our credit was perfect and we had to wait a good hour before we went in and only took 15 minutes.I felt like if we hadnt noticed the car hadnt matched the details, we would have been paying more for the vehicle and not been told otherwise, and as always theres pressure on you to spend money on warranties and gap insurance, and although we love the car, the rest of the aspects could use some more help.

My wife and I dealt with Bailey Nires. We were interested in purchasing a used F150. We had one particular vehicle in mind. Bailey was very knowledgeable and professional. She knew the vehicle in great detail and even allowed us to test drive without her coming along. My wife and I were able to check out the vehicle without any pressure from Bailey. She explained Fords warranty in great detail and made the whole process enjoyable. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing a vehicle from a private individual. We highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a used vehicle to ask for Bailey. Her knowledge, professionalism, and personality make buying a vehicle a pleasant experience.

This time the service was not what I expected. My sons car actually sat on the lot for almost a month due to some kind of miscommunication. Finally not really understanding why no action had been taken I called to be told by the advisor they were waiting on my son to complete some pre-approval for payment of services. Why would he need this if we dont know what is wrong with my car. After calling and being treated very rudely, the car was diagnosed and fix within 24 hours. The receptionist was very nice when I called but the advisory was initially rude to me because of his miscommunication. We will be taking our car to another place for any other service .

Applied for financing and my co-signer made a mistake on the application, and once realized the same person began to completely ignore me as if I was committing a crime. I ended up going to Mountain View Chevy didn’t need a co-signer and got a very nice car. However the young ladies there were very helpful

He knew just the type of vehicles I wanted to look at from a phone call and helped guide me through the process of comparing and considering options I had not considered before. It was the end of the month so I understand that this was a busy time for the dealership.I also understand that we were in the middle of a world wide pandemic and I was very disappointed and uneasy with the lack of protection or even awareness of the “social distancing” guidelines that should have been in place. This is a very small office and there were way too many customers and sales people walking in and out with no guidance.I think someone should have been “Manning” the door to limit the number of people inside the office at one time. I also feel the sales staff should have been wearing masks at least.Anyway, my daughter got the car she wanted and she’s happy.

Their Dealership is housed in the middle of a row of other dealerships. Pick any of the others and you’re likely to be much happier. If you’re on foot runaway, if you’re in a car, floor it, how ever you do it, stay away from these folks.

They sold a lemon to us 2018 Ford Edge. A month after getting the car the check engine light came on so we take it back up there and they misdiagnosed it and now it out of the factory warranty and they don’t want to help to fix it. Talked to Shawn finance manager he said he would help us get into another vehicle and wouldn’t be able to pay the Edge completely off cause we had negative equity. When we go up there he changes his story and then when you get upset with him he doesn’t want to talk anymore cause he knows they sold a bad vehicle. They took advantage of young adults.
