Based on the service I just received and the google reviews I just read, I don’t understand why anyone would deal with this service department. I requested my air bag light to be checked as they have fixed it once before with it being a simple fix. After leaving my car over 5 hours requesting this be the only item checked, I receive a text with many recommended repairs and services. I specifically ask for my air bag light only to be checked as in the past this dealership has checked anything they can find to over charge me for “suggested” repairs. They didn’t care about my request and checked anything they felt they could find to replace and proceeded to text me with the information. When I called to discuss I got nothing but rude confrontation and no apologizes for anything. They also wanted to charge me for checking my whole vehicle out when I never requested this. I will never shop here or service my vehicle here again. As a professional I do not appreciate the disrespect or the lack of customer service.
Dealing with Service Department is the worse but it doesnt start off bad but will eventually end up bad. Jennifer, the service advisor comes off nice and helpful but quickly lies and manipulate situations when all youre trying to do is get your car serviced.I went in for brakes for 3rd trip ever to this dealership. I had an appointment set for 1030 am but did not leave until 230 pm. Jennifer told me that my new brake rotors and pads had to be ordered to come from around the city somewhere and would be a while before they arrived. Pure lies and mischief because they have a parts department and I clearly requested for both brake rotors and pads to be replaced during this service appointment. She was very shallow and nonchalant and continuously waited on every customer who came after me while my car was in service bay with tires off and not being serviced. I even asked for my car back because was traveling through Chattanooga for work. She even made an excuse for not giving my car back even though it was not actively being serviced. I asked for a follow up appointment for 2 weeks to have rear brakes replaced, she didnt book an appointment in their scheduler instead wrote date and time on completed service ticket. Yikes, customer service at its finest.Today, encountered the service manager, Jerry when placed call and asked about rear camera being repaired. He starts off okay and it quickly turned sour. I asked about just having it replaced due to another Infiniti dealership told me if problem persists to just have camera replaced. He told me that it seemed like I was worried about money and do not get upddy (not even proper English). Also, that I was talking to him and it was up to him or not, if he decided to fix it or not. Wow, never ever have I been told a statement like this in a place of business. Yes, another reviewer stated that the service manager named Jerry is a nasty, rude person - it is so true! Jennifer, service advisor is not far behind him.If you want to be given the runaround or disrespected please visit Chattanooga Infiniti Service Department and encounter service manager, Jerry and service advisor, Jennifer! These two are the worst when it comes to customer service!! Maybe Nissan-Infiniti Corporate can do something about them!
The salesman was so helpful and honest he made sure that we were comfortable with making love good deal... and he made sure that he gave us all the options we need it..
