Poor Customer Service - Didn’t get the opportunity to use the service based on poor customer service… Called about my headlights over a week ago and they said not sure when we can get you in… ok?? They said call back next week and we’ll be able to set something up within a few days… I call back and they turned down my business as they couldn’t tell me when they could fit me in… They didn’t even take my number down to call me back and I had to call them back… That’s poor customer service… If I told customers that, I wouldn’t have a business and they just lost mine…

What great guys, and consistently excellent service at reasonable prices. We moved to Chattanooga three years ago and got Brothers name from a neighbor who had decades of good experience with them. Weve had the same as well. I recently needed a catalytic converter and shopped it around. The muffler chain store was the priciest by $300 (quoting six hours of labor by the book), Firestone came in second highest (by $200), and Brothers was the best price while using quality parts (not a cheapo, one-year warranty converter).If youre looking for experienced diagnosis, right-the-first-time repair, good prices and management with integrity, look no further than Brothers Automotive.

I took my car to the, Volvo dealership, and they totally took advantage of me. Gave them $3000, engine light was still on when I got the car back. Took it to brothers, found it was a major part that was not done. Brothers seen my agony with what had happened to me. Brothers fixed the problem and only charge me for labor, should have charge me few hundred. Been going to them ever since.
