I do not recommend them. AVOID them at all cost! They will tell you a price and change it. They will also over charge you for the job they do and not do it right. I had my car towed there after an accident and they claimed to fix my car. I went to check it out and the exhaust was not done as they claimed, and they tried to charge me for the car without explaining why it wasnt fixed right. They got mad when I asked to speak to the person who worked on my car. If I am paying for a job, I expect it to be done. Especially if they are overcharging!!Moral of the story: Do not take your business to them.

IF YOU HAVE BIG TRUCKS OR BOX TRUCKS - DO NOT USE, not sure how experienced there roadside service guy was when i spoke to manuel but sure didn’t run any diagnostics - or even hooked a computer up - definitely didn’t listen to be when i explained the issue at nature but hey thanks for the ratchet you left on the cowl panel that was DEFINITELY not needed for what was the problem. they can’t store your vehicle, couldn’t tow it and couldn’t help fix it ??! in my mechanic experience not professional at all,, and i know mechanics yes !!

My girlfriend had an issue with her jeep while we were driving through Chatanooga. This was one of the only shops open on a Sunday. They identified the problem quickly and got us back on the road within 2 hours. Great service!

Cortes Repair saved my bacon! We got a flat at 11pm and their 24hr gate fee repairs got us back on the road almost immediately. Really reasonable proces too!

I never post reviews, but these guys deserve it!!! I was stuck on I-75 with horses. They were there in half the promised time and were fantastic!!

They were very quick and helpful when we found ourselves in a tough spot. If you blow a tire near Chattanooga any time day or night, these are the folks to call.

Prompt service at 2:00am to help change a flat tire on a class c rv. Got us back on the road very quickly. Would highly recommend this service.

Had a nail stuck in tire and since they were one of the only 24 hour places open, they were able to help immediately! I don’t remember his name but one of the older men was super nice and reassuring that the tire was good to go.

They did show up... But had no break down tools to break down tire... just kept running over my Chevrolet factory chrome wheel in a beat up Ford F-150 borrowed truck until it unsealed... Then had to go to a truck stop to fill air in the used dry rotted tire they put on wheel... 100 trip cost.. 80.hr ...with a 2 hour minimum charge .. total cost 260.00 ...but did not charge me for the tire which was to be 30.00 more... but the guy on the phone and the one who showed up were nice and sincere about getting me back going so I didnt have to be towed to a tire shop and sleep in the truck or hotel until shop opened... Which would have been 100. For tow... 60 for room...and a little over 100 for a new mounted and balanced tire... So not really a big savings... I drove to a tire shop ... new tire was 123.00 mounted and balanced...

Worst customer service. Took a truck to replace the coolant reservoir and damage the radiator by screwing a bolt into the radiator. The worst part is they didnt want to get responsible for the damage. Worst mechanics ever trying to be mechanics without any knowledge.

AMAZING WORK! 11/10. Needed an oil change and small repair for my coolant leak and these guys know what they’re doing. FORD quoted me at $270 and Cortes got it done for $135. They were very knowledgeable, and got the work done fast. I will 100% be coming back to this place for any auto issues I have because of the quality of service, price, and fast work they do!

Had a blown air bag on my trailer, came out within time they said they’d be out, got me up and running within 1 hour of arrival .

I brought my car and he took so long to fix. He said he would call me and would never call. Always comes up with an excuse on why my car is not ready.

Had flat tire and within 10 minutes they finished the job and very friendly employees. Thank you 😁

I called These mother****s to help me pull start my truck (semi), a guy named Tim came out with a pickup (stand up guy) thinking I needed a jump. When he found out what I needed he went back to get a bigger truck. I call him back in two hours to see where he was and he tells me that he has to deal with a police (car accident) situation. I wait a total of 5 hours. I find out that, after said five hours, that the company has decided not to help me, without saying a word about it to me (or Tim). I could have made other arrangements, but now its after hours and any service call will be double the fee.These guy put me in a really bad situation, I would not recommend trusting them with your business. Its one mans opinion, but the story is true.
