Very professional, super friendly and helpful on every level every time.

I needed help getting my phone unlocked, and Tony spent the better part of an hour helping me get it done. He was patient, understanding, and professionally in handling additional customers as they came in. Couldnt have asked for better service!

No help they were busy so I could tell they were just trying to get me out the door. TMobile has been going downhill and I am always upset leaving this store. Go somewhere else

Jeremy was awesome! He took extra time to clean my phone really well before putting a new screen protector on. He spent fifteen minutes making sure it was spotless from my spilling juice all over it. They were all very friendly and helpful with other issues as well. I also appreciated that they make everyone wear masks.

I had sprint before t mobile they were a lot better run busines. I have had nothing but problems with t mobile since they change hands. From billing the personal. I would consider a different carrier!!

Tony was very helpful, without him, I would of not gotten new phones and accessories.

Hands down the best experience weve ever had. My boyfriend and I switched to T-Mobile and combined our plans, got new phones, accessories, etc. Tony was SUPER helpful and knew what he was doing. We ran into a few bumps during the process (that were out of Tonys and our control!) and he worked through them extremely quick and smooth. Cannot say enough good things about Tony and the crew at this T-Mobile location!

Tmobile is terrible

The staff here are quite good. I had an issue from another location and Tony got things handled for me like a pro! The time before, (over a year ago) the customer service displayed competency and initiative. I highly recommend this location -especially if you have to clean up someone elses mess!

Added a line and my data got turned off. Was unable to send texts, use GPS, or any data related app. I also given incorrect information on how to activate the phone we added to my T-Mobile plan and ended up going to a different T-Mobile location later that day for better service.

Have plans? Cancel em. Appointment? Reschedule. Hungry? Why wait. grab a Snickers. Just like ALL mobile phone stores or kiosks, you can plan there will be delays. Unfortunately rarely do they offer a chair to sit it, so bring a portable chair into the store with you and ready, set..

Love them at this tmobile. I refuse to go to burnsville they are always rude and never nice but chaska they take care of you and will fix it and if they cant the make it right. Love the works. Never had bad service from them.

Above and beyond customer service!!! This store is always busy, but definitely worth the wait if theres one. Its nice to see workers who actually care about their products and customers more than sales!

I just bought a new OnePlus 5. My old t-mobile phone was very old, so much so, that it didnt even have a nano-simm card.Dude working there Friday morning hooked me up. He set up a new nano card, installed it, and transferred my contacts over, all free of charge! I asked what I owed him, he just said tell people about this place please. So I am! I made a special trip out here after reading all the positive reviews, and Im adding to the pile. This is the place to get great service for your t-mobile phone!
