He was thorough with the paperwork, differences between models, furthermore he was personable.Today I returned to the store to drop off our old phone as part of the trade-in promotion and received similar service from Kelly.Good store and good people.DD

Very helpful but are very limited to what they can help with. AT&T has yet to solve a drop zone in the port of savage mn that has 9 towers around it but can’t seam to fix the signal lose problem that has been going on for years. Everything else is awesome.

Just had to give a big shout out about the Chaska AT&T store. My daughter and I stopped in to get a replacement phone for her. Mika and Annmarie took super good care of us and went the extra mile to make sure her phone was transferred over and all set up for her. They were even able to find a little reduction on my monthly bill which was super.... thank you so much!!!I highly recommend them for their knowledge and great personalities.

Waste of time and loss of a customer. Got a 1st edition Motorola razor back in 2004. Been an AT&T customer from then until today. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with an ATT rep making sure I was eligible for an upgrade, nothing would change with my billing (except the additional $11 for the new phone), and I was eligible for the $700 credit when trading in my iPhone 8. Yes I’ve had it that long. Everything checks out but I wanted to pick my phone up instead of waiting in the mail. Headed off to the Chaska ATT store. Kelly was the employee that helped me and she could not have been colder. She appeared to have zero concern in helping a customer or pride in her job. Started the process of getting my new phone only to be told I would have to pay the $1100 retail price, pay $33/mo not $11, or add the unlimited plan to all lines on my account. An additional increase of $70/mo. With Kelly’s unapologetic attitude and unwavering desire to not help a customer. I knew there was not much to be done. I left the Chaska ATT store and promptly made my way to the nearest T-mobile store. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience with a new carrier.

Everybody is very friendly and welcoming and willing to solve your problem! It is very refreshing from the previous management at the store. Zach and Maha are equally very helpful at Chaska Att store. I am so happy to have these Intelligent people so close to my house as being my local att store.

We stopped in because we were having trouble with my dads phone. Drove to Chaska because the lady at the Eden Prairie store couldn’t have been any ruder to us. Garrett jumped right in and helped us. He took the time to listen to what we were saying and was super helpful and friendly. We set up new accounts with AnnMarie and she was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Both my Fiancé and I were coming from other carries and she was so helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend using this location and especially AnnMarie!

My wife and I were immediately greeted and helped upon entering the store. Mt old iPhone 7 was on its last legs and Garret thoroughly explained our options. After discussion multiple options we selected an iPhone 11 to replace the old phone. Had one of the worst customer service experience in this store. Not going back again. I strongly recommend people to try the Southdale mall (Edina) store.. they solved my request in 5 mins which the Chaska store rep said it can never be done and gave me so many reasons without even attempting to try or pull my account.. I very well knew it could be done.. Though this is my nearest store, I am not going there..

My daughter and I (this is Sarah, the Mom writing this review) switched over our service from Verizon. We didn’t have any issues with Verizon; just wanted to try something new along with treating ourselves to new phones. We drove from Albert Lea, MN only because nothing was open in our area and had a great experience with the store in Chaska. We had to do curbside service due to Covid-19 and the associate we had was fabulous (sorry I lost my receipt but you know who you are, hopefully 😊). He kept coming out to give us updates on where he was in the process along with his boss taking the time twice to come out and thank us for our patience. I would totally do business with this store and these associates again; they were awesome!!!

Both Garrett and Justin were very helpful as I was trying to set up a new phone for my daughter. They were very detailed in explaining my options and assisting with the transfer to set up the new phone.

My setup and transfer was complicated, the staff at this store went above and beyond to get me to walk out working.

I have been in the Chaska AT&T store several times, they are super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I found them easier to deal with than the online chat or call center.

I took my mom into the Chaska AT&T store to help with a fraud issue she was having with her phone line. Garrett and Kelly were both knowledgeable and patient in getting her phone up and running again. I can not recommend this store more. They are friendly and professional!

So here i was having a great day on lake Minnetonka on Sunday with a few thousand boaters good food good drinks good people when I was shifting coolers with my phone with Mn ID military ID bank ID and many credit cards all over board in say about10 feet of water my buddy dives in several times but to no avail now there’s this feeling of such loss as the day goes on it get worse no way to hold enough air down there to look bad feelings all the way around so now what let’s have a drink and a smoke and I don’t smoke but it was there for the moment nothing we can do. So now back home grab some food and coffee but no the K cupped P.M. decides to shut down no coffee off to Keillor trip to save a caffeine headache from coming on then all night in your sleep you see that phone and all ID s taking a swan dive. Now Monday AT T store here we go these people have to save my day Chaska store jJuston/Morgan the two masters of the day new phone with a great military discount I told them I have thousands of songs photos messages and more and I want all of that on my new phone one slide comment we need your phone well at this moment it’s at the bottom of the lake but here comes Justin the manager let me try something and an hour or so later take a look what do you think all of my life that is currently laying at the bottom of the lake is now in my hand on my new phone thanks to genius of the two ATT employees at the Chaska Mn store it’s great wonderful and unbelievably a blessing in my life everybody in my world said it’s all gone those memories, songs and numbers. Well I have a lot to say and show my friends when I get home, all thanks to my new friends in Chaska at the ATT store. Thank you so much

The customer service was a joke, waited for 10 minutes, was told by manager it will be another 5 minutes so I said I will run to Coopers across the street for the 5 minutes and will be back, took my name down and I left. I was back in less then 5 minutes and a customers service guy opened the door for me and didn’t help me, he helped the guy walking in behind me. Said it be only a minute and I waited another 10 minutes and then left. The customer service agent helping the guy who came in after me was done helping him but they sat and talked about “guy stuff”. I will not be going back to this joke of a store unless they get better workers.
