Ordered my iphone 12 for pickup at the chaska store. As soon as I hung up after placing my order, I called the chaska store and was told they had the order and would process it asap. To avoid my having to wait, they asked me to wait for confirmation that the order was ready for pick up. Five minutes later I got an email confirming my phone was ready for pick up! Once I arrived at the store I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was impressed with the quick and professional service.

I was treated poorly and misguided. The buying experience was great, however, we were misinformed about our trade-in credit. The guy told us we would receive Visa cards for switching our service to Verizon and also Visa cards for the trade-in. He also advised us to pay the phones off as soon as possible for the bill to go down. We went in two times to do the phone buying process and both times he explained the Visa cards the same way and never differently. It turns out that after I paid off the phones, as I was advised, I lost the money I was suppose to receive for the phone trade-in. It was never suppose to be a Visa card. When I contacted the store, I told the manager what happened. He told me that they didn’t get it wrong because they do this 100 times a month and I must have misunderstood. He was very rude. I thought he was trying to push me out the door so I went to the location in New Prague for help.Go to the New Prague location. The manager there is phenomenal. Although this hasn’t been resolved yet, I will be working with the New Prague location.

My outer phone was damaged beyond repair but the inner functions still worked. I went to Chaska Verizon to get a new phone and recover the data off my old phone. They sold me a new phone and after paying off my old phone suggested I file a claim at phoneclaim.com to replace the screen and in order to retrieve my data. When I went online I realized this insurance plan that I paid $15 a month for almost 2 years, could be used to get a replacement phone for $199. They had no problem selling me the protection plan but neglected to tell me I could use it to replace my phone. Instead I spent almost $1,000. Shamefull and unprofessional customer service. Not to mention their inability to twice download my data from their service. Thank goodness for the wonderful young man from Asurion for his technical skill and assistance. At least I wont have to spend a 3rd frustrating trip to Chaska Verizon. Time for additional technical and customer service training, not to mention honesty for their staff.

At first this place was great! I had never been there and went to pick up a phone. Nick helped me set my phone up and was so very pleasant he had talked me into purchasing 2 chargers that I actually returned because they wouldnt work with my daughters phone. I just found my receipt and saw that there was a $19.99 charge and I didnt know what it was for. I called and Nick actually answered. He told me that it was a set up fee for my new phone. I asked what you charged me $19.99 and didnt tell me to turn the phone on? His response was that is for transferring the data? This just irks me when there is a charge that you arent told about that verizon itself could have walked me through at no cost. I do take some responsibility because I didnt look at it to question it. Never again will I go to this store!!! They are NOT a verizon store they just sell verizon products!!! Go through verizon directly. You will get everything told to you up front and they wont charge you to do things that should just be an automatic!!!UPDATE!!! I just got my verizon bill and it is stating that YOUR store didnt put notes in stating I returned the Iphone SE so now verizon is charging me $399.00. This is absolute BS on this stores part! I knew this would get screwed up!!! So not only did they charge me $19.99 to set up my phone without telling me this, with something I could have done myself, now they havent shown that I returned the phone!! This store SUCKS! Get it together! They didnt even refund me the $19.99!Oh I also forgot when the OWNER responded to the first review he told me to call them at am 800# and I called and it wasnt even them. The person had no clue what I was talking about. Totally messed up on the owners part!!!!!

My boyfriend and I visited this location yesterday. I am from St. Louis and was not able to get the phone that I wanted to upgrade to since it was first coming out on 10/26 while I would be in MN. We walked in and were greeted very warmly by a young man named Everett whom later we found was the manager of the store. I explained to him that I wanted to upgrade my phone to the new IPhone XR. He took care of everything that I needed and additional things that I may want to invest in for protection as well as accessories. He took the time to go through the phone with me so that I would be comfortable in using the new device, while the other guys put my screen protector on so that the phone was ready to go. What a difference is Customer Service compared to the St. Louis location that I usually do business with!!! We left the store completely satisfied and comfortable with our purchase and service. If you are looking to upgrade or purchase anything that Verizon sells, visit this location and you too will be happy that you did business there. Thanks so much Everett for making our visit wonderful!

Added a line and bought 2 phones, the manager helped us complete this transaction. I am on someone elses account so I asked 3 times for my charges to be written out so I knew exactly how much I needed to pay. Shocker the manger added phone protection to both of the phones ($15 each/month) without telling us and without even explaining what the phone protection is or what is covered by the protection

I’ve never had a single bad experience with Verizon. They have never failed to provide good customer service to me. That changed, however, when I visited this “Victra” Authorized Retailer. They clearly have a far lower standard of service than is on par with Verizon’s standards. They took advantage of a 21 year old kid that is neck deep in student loan debt and misrepresented and missold me a phone without fully explaining what it entailed. Upon realizing this, within the same day, mere minutes after I had left the store to go to work, I called several times without an answer. They also had a voicemail box that had not been set up so I was unable to leave a message letting them know I had been misrepresented the product and would like to go an alternate route. I called several times that day, the next day was thanksgiving and they were closed. I then called several times the next day with the same result and then finally got in touch with them the following day. At this point, I had already talked to a VERIZON representative at their customer service line who was very professional and helpful. She informed me that they do not normally ship out the traded-in phones for several days due to issues like this that may arise. Once I got in touch with this Pseudo-Verizon store, they told me tough luck, you’re stuck with this phone. They made no effort, truly, to help me whatsoever. They essentially called me a liar and offered the worst customer service I have ever received, not only at Verizon, but at any store I have ever been to. The associates at this store make no effort to provide a high standard of customer service and operate on their own rules, not Verizon’s rules. The customer service associate at Verizon said if it had been a normal Verizon store, this would have never been an issue and they would definitely accommodate me. However, since this is Victra, they don’t have to follow Verizon’s rules. Save yourself the hassle and deal with the REAL Verizon or better yet, don’t deal with Verizon at all. Remarkably bad service.

The experience that I had was NOT GOOD AT ALL. It seemed as though I was bothering the staff and overall un-professional (The Manager actually was on a personal cell phone call as he was helping me and took the call). Not impressed at all and would not go back. The Eden Prairie location is very helpful and that is the one that I would go to next time I needed assistance.

I went to have my phone checked as I was unable to make calls Saturday afternoon. The three gentlemen that were working were NOT helpful at all. He tested it out once said he had never heard of it and then immediately tried to upgrade me. I might have been in the store for a total of 5 minutes...the whole time the employees were talking trash about customers that call in or come into the store. I would be ashamed if this was my store and these were my employees. Only giving 1 star so I can post this review...although it really is a zero star location.

Absolute incompetence at this location. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to upgrade to a smartphone and so my wife and I could merge our plan. We were in the store for three hours because we had to deal with the store having computer issues, new trainees, and the store severally understaffed. Even though I was purchasing a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge which is one of the most popular phones out right now they had to order it in because they dont have things in stock so we had to come back in a couple of days later. Finally get our new bill just to find out that they screwed up the billing and now Ive been charged for every text Ive sent and received (even though I had unlimited before merging account). My old online account was deactivated but I still received a random auto deduction from my bank account from the previous auto pay option I had set up. I assumed with the new merge and my account no longer accessible that I would not be charged. I have no way of shutting this function down and have to hope i dont see another random charge again next month. The account was deactivated when the merged our accounts so I had no control over that.The entire store experience was a joke. What makes this worse is the store manager is the one that assisted us during most of our time there. He took over because he could see how frustrated we were getting with the incompetent new hire and wanted to take over to reassure us and make sure we had a great customer experience. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this store location. All they provide here is endless frustration and headaches.

Its hard to really rate this store since I didnt have a chance to shop there, but from my half hour visit there without one person acknowledging me even being there, I got to see the basic phone collection and cases they sold... that same red house phone thats haunted every Verizon kiosk for the last decade. It was really nice to see the Verizon rep reassure the basic mom six times (literally) that the phone could be activated by phone on her Christmas break (assuming a gift) and the co worker blame the computer for lag to another set of customers... not one raised brow in my direction... almost as if I was that forgotten mitten in the lost and found bin never to be seen again... maybe I didnt suit the usual Chaska bill with a dirty shop coat and oil stained fingers maybe not worth their time like the usual sheep aimlessly wandering in there mumbling nonsense like Milton from Office Space scratching for the new iPhone... idk I guess Ive had better luck with online orders... maybe I should stick with that.

My sister and I each bought an Iphone and Ipad in December 2017. We were told there was a special going on that would give us each a $50 credit on our bill in 2 months. Two months came with no credit. We called and the manager, Everett, said it would happen in 3 months. Nope, no credit on our bill after three months. Bottomline, after many many calls and being told it will be on your bill next month it NEVER happened and no one at this location (Chaska) cared enough to help. After 6 months I finally called the 1-800 Verizon number and someone there helped me get the $50 credit for my sister and me. I know this location would never have helped me get the credit. They just didnt care enough to get to the bottom of the problem they created in December when they opened our account. We love our phones and Ipad but the service at this location (especially the manager) is one-star at best.
