BE CAREFUL! Ask questions.We used this company last week to move my elderly mother’s belongings out of an assisted living facility into my home, a 2-mile move.I was quoted a figure for two men and a truck to show up. They showed up early (an hour and a half) and had to wait for me for 30 minutes to arrive.The two movers did a great job. They we’re courteous and professional and left the contents well organized in my garage.The problem occurred when payment was due. It was almost DOUBLE what was quoted. They wanted to charge me for the time (about 30 minutes) they had to wait for me to arrive, even though their office set the appointment time. Then there was a fuel charge added in. And then they wanted me to pay for the time it took them to deliver the truck back to the ‘portal,’ another hour.Scott Walker SAID all this is standard. I do not know if it is standard or not but none of it was included in the quote from his office. He said that you can find it on any moving website. I did find it on a website, but not theirs. And it was no where on the paperwork from their office.Scott Walker is a fast talker. He did end up SAYING he would reduce the rate by one hour and then only reduced by one half hour, $72.50. What a joke! My efforts to communicate with Scott before writing this review were ignored.

I worked with the owner Scott. His company was professional and very careful with my packing and shipping. I recommend Move All.Thank you Scott.

If you use this place you are out of your mind.This Guy Scott Walker called us liars.There is a police incident report on some of the damage.We are going to sue them. That is the kind of place this is.We have damage all over the two houses.Our insurance company is sure to sue them as well.Do you want to deal with people like this, who do not stand by what they did.Scott Walker told me he keeps a lawyer on staff, because he has to.Yes, I know that was a lie.This other review sums up who and what they are. They did the same job at our place.We are going to add pictures later. Karen C. A A Movers did an awful job. It was as though theyd never packed a truck before. They didnt load tightly and secure our items. Our wooden furniture was placed face down on the metal floor of the truck and came out scratched! Items shifted so much that boxes were crushed. They were nice but nice doesnt cut it when they destroy your furniture.RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

This was our second move with Move All. They provided great service and were very timely on pick up and delivery. The owner, Scott, was even on site to ensure all our requests were met. They even did a final walk-through with us to double check everything was in the exact room and place we wanted. Our furniture was delivered in perfect condition! I cannot say enough good things about Scott, Cecil, & the rest of the Move All team!

Nicole and Tom in Charlotte were wonderful to work with. We just finished a complicated move and transfer of fragile antique furniture involving drops and pickups in Charlotte, Highlands, Memphis and Houston. Be extremely careful in dealing with Scott Walker, particularly if he is seeking business with an elderly person. Our experience is that he quoted a “not to exceed price”, was paid hundreds more, then sought double the agreed upon amount. He threatened to bring a small claims case against this 94 year old client. Fortunately a family member overheard Scott’s threats and confronted him with documents that contradicted his assertions. He is a textbook example of the types that prey upon the elderly.

Scott and his team went above and beyond to help us move. The move took a little longer then expected, but you would never know it based on the service we recieved. I have and will continue to recommend their team, as well as use them the next time I need to move. Thanks Scott!
