Nick was extremely helpful at this location. He went above and beyond with helping with renewing my passport. He even let me borrow a shirt because my white shirt was blending in with the white background when he took my photo. Great Customer Service!

I have used the UPS Store location in the Charlotte Convention Center on College Street for the past several years and it has always been a great experience. Nick is super helpful, remembers me when i come in and always goes through the shipping options so i can match best price and delivery options. I am in the process of moving out of state and he’s been a great resource for me in getting some of my possessions moving. Everyone in uptown should check the UPS Store in the convention center out.

Came into town and needed to have a package sent home ASAP. Although everything didnt go exactly as expected, Nick (the manager) went out of his way to make sure I had a clear understanding of how to recover my package as quickly as possible. Visited while scoping out the location for a creative conference and needed to print out some quick paperwork. I was helped out by Nick, he was able to answer my question while helping another customer which I thought was nice. I had the file in my email was able to use their computers to print out the paperwork and then get copies as I needed.The location has everything, notary, copy and printing, shipping services, drop off, and passport photos. I was surprised since this was inside the convention center. I had a small wait as Nick was helping the other customer, so I took some time to take a few photos of all the services and hours.Once I was helped, printing and paying didn’t take anytime at all and I was on my way. Nick was awesome and helpful. If you need some quick printing in the area, I highly recommend this location.

We frequently use this fantastic UPS Store location for all the printing needs of our non-profit organization. They are able to handle large scale jobs quickly and diligently.Staff is very friendly and can explain all the options w/ benefits clearly. Fully equipped with different types of papers, sizes, colors, etc.Have also directed many members to get documents notarized without issue.So happy that this store has opened right in Uptown Charlotte. It has been very convenient for me to visit a location that is in a central location, close to where I work.

Great location (inside the convention center, 50 yards in from the College Street entrance...), super-efficient service, and reasonable prices. The staff is quick, knowledgeable, customer-oriented. Definitely one of the better UPS locations Ive ever frequented -- ANYWHERE in the country. Nicely done!

I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and resourcefulness of this store, as I presented a very difficult set of tasks to Chirag Patel who works here. With boundless enthusiasm and patience, he overcame one technical challenge after another to provide a rapid and superlative outcome without regard for the effort required! This is a new UPS Store with a great attitude and commitment to service.

Where to begin.... Customer service here is 11 out of 10. Walk into the store and despite being fairly busy the manager answer my questions right away without neglecting the other customers. I had a massive print job and it was taken care of promptly without any errors. My firm requires large volumes of print work and document notarization with very quick turnaround time, and this store has proven up to the task. I will continue to do business here for the foreseeable future.

Pro tip: UPS is located inside Convention Center.Pro tip 2: only location around uptown to be open on Sunday!Prompt service, professional and quick. We were in and out in 3 mins. Very glad we found it.

Nothing like taking time off work to get a notary done, fighting thru wind and rain and taking the bus, only to arrive and find the giant sign outside that says NOTARY SERVICES forgot to mention only sometimes. no notary there at all.

Glad they finally put a UPS Store in Uptown Charlotte. Super convenient to have a location that is central to where I work. I often have to get documents notarized and they always have a Notary Public available!

Consider yourself warned. The store charges fees to ship a package even when there is a preprinted return label associated with it. I just had to pay him additional $10

This UPS store is located inside the convention center. (FYI) If you go to this UPS location during any major conventions, there is an extra fee to ship items. The fee is based on weight, my item was less than 1lb and the fee would have been $10 + shipping cost.

This branch is pure robbery. I have an amazon return that was prepaid already and a stockx drop off. but they wanted me to pay for the return drop off and stockx delivery drop off. I drove off and went to central branch. Don’t do business with this branch. Central branch does not charge you anything if your labels are prepaid already.

Conveniently located inside the convention center and sometimes open on Sundays. Great job giving me directions on where to park and how to find it.
