Their shelves are bare. Dunno if they are having worker shortages. Had to go to the grocery store for what we needed!

Parking available and a variety of liquors. Not many different options and the selection lacked, in my opinion. Had the normal staples of a liquor store. Wishing they served beer as well. Lots of employees available to assist. We were asked many times if we needed any help.

Much better whiskey selection than they had before the expansion. Ill become a patron at this location.

I love going to this liquor store. Their service is so great and they tend to always have some new alcohol to try. The store is very clean, organized, and never hectic. The managers are doing a great job running this store.

Nice selection of alcoholic beverages. They are often out of Henessy cogniac. These location often has folks coming in stenching of weed. Not sure if this due to the location or not.

This by far is one of the most efficient Mecklenburg county ABC stores in Charlotte. This store allows you to run in and run out. Going to this ABC stores in Mecklenburg County can be a bit of a waiting game with long lines and impatient patrons. However, this store again is an easy in and out type of store that will allow you to grab what you want and get out with little to no hassle.

Great new store with friendly with friendly and helpful staff

Not in such a great area but very nice and clean inside. Staff should be more aware of customers in store walking around seeking help. Last time I was there; there was 2 Staff members not doing anything and making sure that no one could get their attention.

Service from the Manager was TERRIBLE! I find it hard to believe that since the county and state get all of the money, that individual stores make up their own rules. My microchip on my debit card doesnt work, and manager refused to let me swipe my card like I do in any other ABC store in the same city and county.
