Looking for a particular bourbon and visited three different stores and Mecklenburg county. This one by far had a better choice than the other two but still was not able to find where I was looking for.

Consistent pricing without gouging and excellent staff

I must carryID I dont look my age at all. Nice shop, close to home. No lines anymore unless its Friday evening. Happy we can go inside again.

I felt like this place was home. Now I know a liquor store shouldnt be home, but the customer service felt like family and the setting was homely. A little difficult turning in because of traffic, but once I got there I was pleased

I felt weird asking for help because everyone was working on separate projects of their own and not really manning the floor. When I walked in I got a Hi from all the staff, but it was very low energy, no one looked up to offer help, and everyone just seemed really drained.

This is one of the better locations. Its in my neighborhood and I really appreciate the staff and their knowledge of products and sales.

Would have given 5 stars if not for the staff. But deserves zero stars, only for the staff. Great selection of liquors, great. Asked for some favorite whiskey selections and what preferred top shelf rye would be...I literally had 2 beers 2 hours before at dinner and was refused service and kicked out. I have been going here for years and never been treated this way in any liquor store, much less, any store, before. I was choosing a $65 bottle of rye whiskey and it was jerked from my hands and told they wouldnt serve me. I called back and the manager said the old we reserve the right saying. What a crock! I will never be back due to the *sshole that pulled that. Multiple customers in the storre were amazed at what happened!

This store is a joke. you guys might want to fix your credit card terminals, telling people you cant run a visa card as a credit and forcing debit pins is insane not to mention illegal. thanks for nothing.
