So, people are perfectly welcome to browse around the store at a casual pace, with no mask on, and wait in a long line that wraps through the aisles, only to be refused service by the clerk once at the register.That doesnt make any sense after being in the store for line 15 minutes. Tell us as we come in so we can go back out.

I buy my liquid courage here all the time. The staff is always friendly and smiling, I think theyre on a little liquid courage too. 👍

The store was pretty much empty of stock.

Deep Eddy Vodka always in stock. My preferred drink is Oban - 15 year distilled and be prepared to have VALID ID and over 80$ in cash

You have to where a mask, otherwise a police officer which seats in liquor store all day long will ask you to leave. A police officer in the liquor store sitting all day long… ok? 🤦‍♂️

Very surprised at how pleasant the staff was. Even though they did not have the specific item I was looking for, they tried to find it. Friendly and accommodating. Parking is a snap..well organized

The employees are very helpful. They verbally greet you when you come inside. The store is always clean, organized and follows Covid 19 regulations, which I do appreciate, being a weekly customer. Ill give them 5 star.

Amazing Spirits Store! Great, friendly, attractive staff with a massive selection of spirits, mixers, and novelty items. Staff is super helpful. Store is clean with an easy find layout. Again HUGE selection!!!! A must see even if you don’t buy one thing. But believe me...you will buy something before leaving here! Please get your spirits here!

I havent been to all of them but Ive been to maybe a quarter of them here in Charlotte and they are all basically the same some get more shipments and then others of different items but its still a warm place to go as far as the environment and the people who work there they are very attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers

Well stocked and neat. They stream how to make different cocktails. Very kind and courteous employees.

Lady was super nice, but refused to serve me based on my ID being from out of state. It was valid, shows I am 35, but is not a license. She is insisting it is a law but I can’t seem to find one. If it is a law, post it up to back your employees up. If it isn’t a law, train your employees better.

Fully stocked and at a great price. Very polite and professional. Will be going back while I`m down here.

I hate NCs liquor laws. Always out of Remy and Henny! The state regulates alcohol, which is a contradiction and should be criminal.

I was going to switch it up and buy a new brand of tequila the counter person was very helpful said my choice was smooth and much better than the 1800 I used to drink

Very clean ABC store, albeit lots of loitering during late hours. Not much management can do about that, and it isnt uncommon at most locations. 4 stars due to a very long line due to only having one register open. Hours right after work shifts will typically always be busy, so staffing should be appropriate for that. Great selection of liquors available and organized appropriately.

This is an ABC store so you only go there for one reason, to purchase liquor. That being said the staff here tends to be on either end of the spectrum. You either get lucky and get someone who is awesome and very helpful and nice or you end up with someone who is not happy that you are there and that you are inconveniencing them by being in the store. The location of this particular ABC store tends to draw a very rowdy crowd that is usually very urban. If it were not so convenient I would probably never go into this store. The parking lot can be pretty sketchy after dark so I would suggest going during daylight hours only.

You know popping bottles on the weekend requires stopping by at this ABC location. Friendly staff. They have most stuff in stock like corralejo tequila, Bombay sapphire, Hennessy.Overall nice location and nice staff.

There were3 people behind the register and a line wrapped around the whole store. Only one of the 3 cashiers were actually helping customers. The others were opening boxes. Very frustrating to watch them doing that with such a long line. The one cashier who WAS helping was entertaining a seemingly unnecessary conversation with one customer for nearly 10min.

Dont brink a cup with ice ..........to sample test?

I have not been a big fan of NC ABC stores, but they are upping their game a bit. This store was good sized, had an adequate variety of brands, and even monthly specials with sale pricing. I commend them on the improvements they are making.

This liquor store cost more money than the one in University. $6 to $7 increase added to the price of a bottle.

Place is in da hood across the street from Walmart thats in da hood too. Very big store and gotz all kinds of liquor. Always packed but got many checkout lanes. Everytime I go I smell weed smoke.

Expensive package store, nice staff thou. Lots of different kinds of liqour, tequila, rum, vodkas, gin, whiskey, bourbons, Various mixes, juices, orange, pineapple, various beers, wine coolers, and assortment of miniature liquors behind the cashier counter. Location very close to a QT. Easy assess, lit up area. Building looked alright.

Its pretty good! However I am from New York so were generally use to a liquor store having a Wine selection but if that is what your in search of this is not your place. However if you are just looking for basic liquor this is your place.
