Nathan was very helpful in showing us several different slabs and getting them moved, so we could look at the different color variations. I’m so glad he insisted I look at the same lot numbered piece in a different slab, when I told him not to worry about moving it. It was a different shade from the other one, and he told me an island was way too important not to see the whole piece. So glad I listened, because I didn’t choose either one, I went with my initial first choice. He then measured out exactly where the cuts would be made, so I could see the prettiest parts used on the slab. Very helpful!! Excellent customer service!

I think I went to every stone dealer in Charlotte, hands down AGM has the best selection of the very finest slabs. Even our fabricator says the same and that our stone was flawless. If you want something really special and different this is the place. We chose the Bardiglio Blue Marble and it is stunning

Selection was fantastic and we were given space to roam but were also asked if we needed help several times by 2 different associates during our visit. We found 2 slabs large enough for our project. My fabricator will be using them for our granite. Great experience!

Brian was a very attentive and informed associate. Unfortunately the two stones I desire are out of stock right now or being held. Nathan helped me in past visits, and went way beyond the call of duty to email me answers to my questions. They will be checking back in with me to see if the stones become available. I’m very grateful for both of their help along this journey.

While I went to AGM looking for one particular stone, it was clear that my choices were great. Did not have an appointment but they were kind enough to arrange for an associate to assist me. Wide selection of excellent stones. Our salesperson, Nathan, was very helpful and knowledgeable. With our decorator, we started out identifying 9 possibilities, then reduced that to two, both of which we liked a lot. They used the crane to move them so we could compare side by side. We are very excited about the one we chose, which was granite with dramatic gray patterns that went well with our off-white main cabinets and also picked up the color of our blue island cabinets.

Today was our first look at quartzite for our kitchen island and quartz for the perimeter counters. The selection was great and the staff was attentive and helpful. We likely will come back to look at several slabs in daylight as we are closer to be ready. Also made gave us quartz samples to us as available. Very favorably impressed!

WOW! Great selection. We liked EIGHT different slabs. We do wish we could have seen the Malabar Blue- it was behind some others and just sticking out a bit. We are looking for something with blue in it. It is online and looks great, but things are different in real life. We live 2.5 hours away so please get those new slabs online ;) A lot of what we picked is not up yet.Everyone was nice - would drive there anytime!

The store has a really large selection and we especially appreciated the signs on the front of every display piece so that when we got home and looked over the ones we had liked, we could accurately identify each one by name.

Friendly and helpful staff. Many, many different samples to choose from in every price range. They do carry many more exotic pieces than other places and with that comes a much higher price. Easy to find and an awesome website with all their inventory.

My friend and I went to meet with Brian at AGM. This was our second time at AGM but this time we made an appointment. Brian was prepared when we arrived and had the slabs ready for our viewing. Five slabs were chosen and Brian tagged them so that they were exactly what I picked out. He gave me a copy of the form before we left and he e-mailed the information to me and the granite company that will be doing the installation. AGM is worth the drive if you dont live in Charlotte and dont forget to ask for Brian - he was great.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They have a wide ranging assortment to choose from. They carry the most exotic selection of granite, marble, quartz and quartzite in town. Their website carries pictures of all of their slabs they have available around the country which can be brought to your local store to be viewed in person. A lot of it is pricey but you get what you pay for.

No phone calls.In response to the owners response below:Did you entertain the possibility that I may not have received your email if I didnt reply to it? You also had my phone number, why ask for it if you have no intention of using it. Not trying to tell you how to run your business, but finding half a day to spare to come to your store to make a selection was not easy and to find out 5 months later that it was all for nothing was very disappointing.

Our kitchen and laundry area are absolutely stunning. Like something in a magazine. Brian Wayman worked with us and really took care of us. We made two trips to Charlotte to get everything worked out and he was top notch in making sure all was to our satisfaction. Did we pay a bit more? Yep, but so glad that we made that decision. It was worth every penny. We feel like we have top notch granite. And we certainly had top notch service. It was so nice to have someone looking out for us. So far so good! Don was awesome to work with for our Bianco Avion and Brian got us a quick turnaround when we had an issue with fabrication and needed to start over with a new slab. Customer service was top notch, Don did a great job keeping up with us as we went through our decision process and I would definitely recommend checking out their shop. I am a custom home builder. I have tried to deal with the owner. They sell flawed and defective stone. The product was so bad that my fabricator would not install it. My advice is to use someone else.
