We remodeled our countertops in our kitchen (and backsplash), bathroom and butlers pantry with Instyle Charlotte Inc. We met with Claudia in their showroom to make our selections, they had so many solid surface selections to choose from and she was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Grayson performed the installation in the kitchen and he was amazing. He had such an attention to detail. The total installation for the kitchen only took a couple of days. The installation for the bathroom and butlers pantry took less than 2 hours and it looks awesome! We are so happy with the final product...dont shop around, call Claudia...you wont be disappointed!!!

Ive made my second big purchase for whole house kitchen and bath countertops at InStyle on Pressley Road, Charlotte in the past 10 years and I must say they do not disappoint! This project was the 4th new house construction in my lifetime, so Ive dealt with many subcontractors through the past 30 years. For the last 2 house projects, Ive stuck with InStyle for ease of accessibility to their showroom and the streamlined process they offer. Ask for Kelly to assist you with your selection of countertops and tile. She was very knowledgeable about all varieties of materials available today and had an excellent eye for color choice and detail. We set a budget and design style in the beginning and she continued to steer me in the right direction to meet my goals. Her patience and repeated contacts with me throughout the project was very helpful. We chose a leathered quartzite, quartz and marble varieties for 5 applications. The staff preparing the templates for the countertops and the installation teams were precisely on time for appointments as planned. The project went very smooth and I couldnt be happier.

I needed to get tile for my bathroom remodel but I had no idea of what I was doing. This was my first time hiring a contractor to remodel, therefore a whole new experience. I went to Instyle and was immediately greeted by Blythe. She was very knowledgeable and gave me straight up information, with her help I was able to stay within my budget without compromising the look I wanted. They personally delivered my farmhouse sink to me when I mistakenly had it shipped to the warehouse. We used InStyle for new countertops in our kitchen and powder room, as well as marble for our fireplace. We could not be happier! Hopper Communities has been working with InStyle for 5 years. They do a great job and are easy to work with. They have a great showroom with all of the most popular countertop options. They are very responsive and follow through on what they say they are going to do.

I cannot say enough about the great experience we had with instyle! We remodeled our home just before covid hit the US, so we chose not to proceed with our secondary bathroom until things calmed down. They actually stored our leftover piece of quartz we planned to use for this bathroom and just installed it last week! I worked with Claudia Witkorin. I had been working with another granite and tile shop in Charlotte before I stumbled into Erika at Instyle. From the moment we started talking I knew that my overall experience was about to change for the better. She took me by the hand and literally walked me through the process of finding the most beautiful marble and tile that fit my personality and style. She cares a great deal about her customers and she is a rare talent in the design field. She gave advise when needed but more so just asked the right questions and made recommendations that helped to guide me through. I felt like I was building my dream house with the help of a friend instead of a sales person. The surprising news here, is that with all of that fantastic customer service, Instyle still delivered within the restrictive budget that I started with. Amazing! Erika! So talented, energetic and service oriented. I am a designer, and we are collaborating on our 6th bath project together. She knows her huge inventory so well and pulls gorgeous high end looks for amazing prices, helping with every detail. For ex, she sketched nuances for backsplash to make a new build master more custom. She went above and beyond to communicate tricky installations directly with a builders installer. Erika is the whole package - a real sweetheart with killer taste. Cannot recommend her more highly.

I hired Instyle two years ago to install all new counter tops in my home. They did a good job at the time of installation. Two years later the sink they mounted to the counter top fell through. They wanted to charge me $150 to come out to fix their faulty work. They could not guarantee when they could come out until I signed a service agreement and paid the deposit to come out. Please before you decide to use them for your next home project know they do not stand by their workmanship.As far as your hostile, unprofessional comment back to me; It was not the kitchen sink it was a bathroom sink. There were no dirty dishes to be found to cause pressure for the sink to fall through. If you would have read through the numerous emails and listened to the numerous phone messages I left you would know this. As far as your customer service to handle the situation it took on average 2-4 business days for a response to be provided. I contacted one of your competitors and they were out to fix the sink within 24 hours at a lower cost than what you had quoted me. They also installed a brackets for extra reinforcement.

We had a great experience! We looked all over town, and then found exactly what we needed for our new fire place at In Style. Kelly made it easy for us, and we are so happy with the result.

This was our third time working with Grant Winrich at InStyle over a six year period. First we did three new bathroom countertops, then our kitchen island, and now our outdoor grill/bar island. Grant is terrific to work with. InStyle has a wonderful showroom and great materials (we have used marble, quartz and quartzite from him and have had pieces leathered) but if there is something they dont have Grant will provide a list of suppliers where you will no doubt find what you are looking for. But you want Instyle to be your manufacturer, their work is fabulous! And Grants longtime experience invaluable.

Erika did a fantastic job helping us with backsplash selection and also with a unique special request we had for the wall behind our kitchen cooktop. She has a highly developed color sense and prevented us from making some selection mistakes. Would highly recommend her services.

Just had my custom countertops installed. Our project was probably a little different than most because we have a galley style kitchen with one countertop at a size of 32 x 10-0 and the other at 25 x 25-0. This took 2 sheets of Quartz to fulfill our needs. My sales rep - Lindsey done a great job working with my wife and me to meet our timing and needs. She was very responsive to our needs and questions as well as working with me on scheduling the template and installation. The template guy and installation guys are super nice as well, they were very respectful of my home, my time, etc. They listened to my needs and accommodated with a product that fit beautifully. The installation guys were very meticulous at installing the long counter because it had two seems since quartz only comes in 10 sections. Everything said, you will not go wrong using these guys, and if you get Lindsey as your sales rep, she will do a great job for you…

The countertops are gorgeous AriaStone and Grant made sure they were installed before an event at our house - it really saved the day! How many times does that happen with a construction project?! Also, InStyle kept our new sink with the countertops during the template process to make sure everything fit perfectly - Ive worked with others who didnt pay nearly as much attention to detail. The installers were very nice and explained how the countertops should be cleaned and which chemicals to avoid. I wouldnt hesitate to work with InStyle!
