I highly recommend Reeds. Dan, Debbie, and Sharon are all amazing! They helped upgrade my diamond ring to go well with my wedding band. They also helped my husband upgrade his wedding band. They were all super nice and willing to help any way they could. They all even stayed after hours to make sure we were happy. They didn’t rush us at all or pressure us into buying something we didn’t like. Go see them! They are truly good people!

I have and will continue to recommend this jeweler to all my friends and family. Started off by purchasing an engagement ring from Dan who was a great help and explained everything about rings and diamonds that I needed to know. With no pressure at all to purchase. I then purchased a number of other items from a number of representatives who were also very helpful when Dan was not in or available. I have also worked with Sharon on many occasions regarding a number of things she has also been a huge help and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. I would highly recommend asking for SHARON or DAN when visiting. They will treat you like family.

4 years ago I bought my wifes custom designed engagement ring and wedding band from this store. Recently I wanted to give her another wedding band but have since moved across the country. I contacted the store and talked with Dan via email and over the phone on several different occasions and he was able to help me through the entire process. With Dans help and guidance the entire process was much easier than I initially expected. Everything arrived as ordered and on time! Dan was great to work with!

***Update****I was contacted by Jason who is doing everything he can to make sure I have the wedding band by the date of the ceremony. Starting to feel more at ease, will update when all is said and done.I would love to leave a negative star and heres why. Im getting married Sept 8 and ordered a ring at this store in person on Aug 10. I was assured the ring would arrive in 5-7 business days. Aug 16 they sent an email and said it would not ship until Sept 8 and there was a phone number to call. I reached out and they contacted the vendor, I was assured on Aug 23 the ring would ship on Sept 2. Now here it is 9 days before Im set to get married and I get another email now stating the ring would not ship until Sept 25?!?! Im beyond frustrated because even if I cancel the order the odds of getting a wedding band in time is unlikely because his size is not in stores. No idea how in 6 days the ring went from shipping on Sept 2 to the 25th, and when you call customer service they can never answer your questions, they have to contact someone else. Thanks for nothing. Ill never go to a Reeds again.

My fiancé and I absolutely love Reeds! The Northlake staff is nothing short of professional and make our experience in store so personable! Frank is awesome and so knowledgeable about his jewelry! We appreciate that Reeds will be part of not only our special day next month, but the rest of our lives!

Very unacceptable service. May not spend hundreds but I have during my time shopping with them. I guess today I bothered them. The lady had an attitude off top. Tried to sell me a bracelet with a scratch on it. And I chose to carry my items because they only had big bags. Not the service im used to probably not shopping here again. It seems theyre not selling much of my bracelets anymore anyway...

The associate Krystalle who helped us was fantastic! She was very professional, really listened to what I wanted and I was very impressed with her choices within my price range. I will go back again.

Sadly my experience wasnt really good at this location. I was serious about finding a ring and when I had gone there with a couple family members we were completely ignored.. we even stayed there for a good amount of time looking at rings while waiting for someone to help us but it never happened. I wont be going there again

What a great experience! Emily spent over 2 hours patiently helping my friend and I with Christmas purchases. The whole staff were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this location! And if you are there in the evenings ask for Emily!

Dan and Michelle are the greatest here. They actually listen and make sure you leave with what you want. If you have any hesitation or even a look that they recognize isnt pure love, they know. Dont work with anyone else. Dan or Michelle will recognize you every time you come in and make sure everything is perfect or they will fix it as many times as needed until it is perfect for you. After horror stories with other jewelry stores, this will be my forever jeweler. I have never gotten anything I havent been 100% satisfied with.

I love shopping at the Northlake Mall store. The staff is awesome. Everytime I go into the store whether Im buying or not they offer to clean my jewelry. I will continue to do my business with Dan and his amazing staff.

I went ring shopping with my boyfriend and Frank was seriously the best he helped us out he knew exactly what to show us and we felt no pressured during the process. (Which is important when taking a big step in our relationship) I highley recommend this location the staff is very friendly.

Went in to do some Christmas shopping for my wife. The sales associate was very patient and professional. They offered a good selection and I found her a beautiful necklace. She says I’m a bad shopper but I’m sure she’ll be pleased (for once) with my gift.

My fiance and I happened upon Reeds while going through the Northlake Mall on a quest to get wedding band ideas. Dan and another of the associates were extremely helpful in helping us find the rings we wanted! They gave us helpful pointers and personal opinions on style based on how they gauged us as people. Which in turn, led us to pick rings that we are very happy with! Quite pleased with our time here.

The staff at Reeds is absolutely amazing. The customer service is unlike any other jewelry store chain. I would recommend checking Reeds out prior to making any purchase.

Sold a defective ring to me. Had the ring fixed several times and I keep losing diamonds. Talked to the Northlake mall store and they told me that I could exchange my ring and they would transfer the warranty. Upon exchanging the ring they explained to me that I would have to purchase a new warranty and the prorated amount of the new warranty would be refunded. I called and due to the amount of times my ring was fixed, I get no money back. Thanks Reeds jewelers fir standing by your product and warranty!

If you are looking for a great, family owned jeweler THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!! I have never met a more welcoming, professional and genuine staff! My fiancé and I got engaged last year and prior to this I had known exactly the type of ring I wanted. I was looking for something very specific and did not want to budge on my dream ring! We started our search one day just browsing at NorthLake mall and decided, let’s just go check out a couple places and see what they have. Unfortunately, Reeds was not our first stop and that was a huge mistake on our part. :( I won’t dare to mention names but we looked at multiple places. Have you ever walked into a jewelry store and gotten the “look” of disgust as if almost to say..” we know you can’t afford anything here”? I have never felt more judged then through this process. And then we went to Reeds. Not only were we welcomed, we felt like for the first time we were important to this company and they needed to do whatever they could to help us find our ring. Their selection was unbelievable and after talking to an extremely nice gentleman we knew we had found our place! My fiancé came back separately and found my dream ring that was more perfect then I could have ever imagined. A couple months after our engagement we went back to look at our wedding bands and were greeted by Michelle. I have to say by far she has made my experience through all of this so much more incredible. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her field, she has great customer service skills and truly knows how to connect with her customers to better help them find what they are looking for. I have been in multiple times now and I truly can say I will never go to another jewelry store!!!! Thank you so much the the staff of Reeds who made our experience so memorable!

One of the associates that helped me was not very personable or friendly. She told me that it would take over a week to get my rings back when I had called earlier the same day and was told Wednesday. The associates at concord mills had told me that they could have my rings back in 2 days instead of 4 days and they were much friendlier. I will not be returning to this store.

Come at least once a month to get my ring cleaned and look at bands, they have great customer service and knowledgeable about what you want.

Sold me a fake gold chain for $1,100. The manager was nice but, a racist clerk gave me a lot of push back, then pretended not to know how to process a refund.
