Monica was the best! From the time I walked in until the time I left with the ring, Monica was there to oversee and make sure I was taken care of every step of the way! These are true professionals here! All the representatives were great and very trustworthy. As this was my first time purchasing a diamond, I was very nervous. Monica explained everything with her expertise and made me feel very comfortable and was transparent with my purchase. I’ve been in the retail and service industry for over 15 years and their customer service was amazing! They didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me the most expensive ring. They worked with me to find the right one! The folks at Jared do not judge you by your parents and they treat everyone with the best customer service possible!I am happily engaged now and I cannot wait to make my future purchases exclusively at Jared!

I paid 150 to size my ring to a 31/2, almost fits, took my wedding band in to be sized the same. My husband paid $60, they didn’t touch it, the ring falls right off my finger the same as it did before. They assured my husband it’s a 3 1/2, my rings are 2 different sizes. Unacceptable.

My fiance and I were told that there was a store-wide sale May 2-9 2021 and that we could save 15% on our exact wedding bands if we came back during that time frame and placed an order. The person helping us added those rings to our wishlist so we would know exactly which ones they were when we returned. When we came in today, I ended up going with a different ring that apparently was not part of their store wide sale, but my fiance bought the exact ring from our wishlist. The 15% off was NOT honored on his ring, even though we had the exact same person helping us. She said his ring was only on sale last week and we missed it...that was contrary to what she told us and we wished that someone had let us know...especially because the total came out to be exactly the same as a set from James Allen and we actually had a coupon code we could have used instead of holding out for a sale Jared didnt honor.This Jared employee also offered to clean my engagement ring while all this was going on and it took almost 10 minutes to get my ring back. She ensured the sale was complete, handed us our receipt, and started walking away when I asked for my engagement ring back. She jokingly said No, but the prolonged time made me uneasy.I am honestly a little disappointed because our initial trip there was wonderful and we were so excited for the sale. This second time, it felt like we were being lied to during our last visit, and it put a damper on the whole wedding band buying experience. My engagement ring going M.I.A. for almost ten minutes also made me nervous. My fiance and I walked out of the store feeling ripped off and underwhelmed. I would not shop here again.

Extremely disappointed in the outcome of this situation. Store associate who helped me on 5/17 was very friendly except for telling me i had fat knuckles while sizing my ring finger ! But was helpful however I was quoted $450 to have my deceased mothers wedding and engagement ring ( very sentimental piece) fused back together after band broke recently) was told a week later there was a delay bc they had to send ring out for more platinum and told it would take another week, no call on day it was supposed to be finished so I had to call to find out someone had tried to call me ( i never received this call) and that now it would cost another $1300!! Which i cannot afford so im trying to get a refund back. Guy on phone was clueless and didnt even know if work was started on the ring but hed have someone call me later??! Never will i do business here.. ugh!

Monica helped me out with upgrading the diamond in my ring and she went above and beyond! I went in originally to have it cleaned and she was so nice and professional before even knowing that I wanted to upgrade. She was never pushy and was very accommodating! I have been to a lot of Jared’s in many states and this location was definitely the best. I purchased my ring from Jared 7 years ago and have had it resized, dipped and cleaned several times at Jared with no issues. Also, they use GIA certification which puts you at ease when buying a diamond.

I was sold a necklace with a heart charm Was told it has lifetime warranty. It broke within 2 weeks of purchase. Tried to take it back for repair! They cant repair it now there back logged! WHAT? You made the sale with the warranty. Worthless company will never buy anything from them ever again!!!! I will tell everyone I know NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY AT JARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Requires an appointment. Drove an hour to get there today, and they refused to let me drop off an item to be repaired. Parking lot was completely empty, but apparently had “too many people in the store.” Won’t be surprised to see them go out of business.

Horrible service! I ordered a piece of jewelry in the beginning of April and still have not received my order, it’s almost June 1st!? The order was supposed to arrive after only 10 days!Despite Covid putting many services behind, there is no excuse to have orders backed up over three months? Every other merchant service has kept up with the pandemic and found ways to adapt and provide their merchandise through all mailing services. Jared for some ungodly reason has not. Their lack of service has cost me not only a birthday but also now a 10 year anniversary!!DO NOT ORDER FROM JARED DURING THE PANDEMIC! They are not prepared to provide service during a pandemic! Bad enough their behind in deliveries t to not even get a discount or a simple call to apologize is unforgivable. I will go out of my way to never recommend Jared jewelers to any friends or family in the future.

Steer clear at all costs. This store, and really this company, provides awful customer service and low quality jewelry. From the moment you walk in you are treated like nothing more than a commission check. They will try to get you to buy at any cost. Consider going car shopping or taking a trip to the dentist before visiting Jared. They get you into their stores with low prices and bad quality, do yourself a favor and go to a local jeweler and work on a piece that matches your budget. I promise you will be far happier with the experience and you will end up with a far better ring.

They do great when they want your money and the sales aspect of things. However, the repair department lacking some customer service skills. They do not even greet you and they make you feel almost as if they’re doing you a favor by speaking to you. Need to do better.

I have three pieces of jewelry from Jared and I love all of them (why Im rating two stars instead of one). Unfortunately, over the last 8 years Ive had a series of bad experiences with the repair side of this location. Most of it was in the past before they used computers to log their repairs. Recently I had a frustrating situation where I left my necklace overnight to be cleaned along with my wedding rings and when I returned to pick everything up they couldnt find my necklace. I was very disappointed with how the employees handled the situation. One of the employees looked in only two places and gave up, saying another employee should be coming in to work soon and shell know where to look. I left and came back again to see if they found it and all of the employees were just shrugging and shaking their heads. I had to ask if they had other places in the store they could look or if they could call the employee that has more information. Lucky for me the employee with more info walked in and immediately said, its in the box. The sales person had not checked in this spot yet but knew exactly what she was talking about (a box full of jewelry sorted alphabetically). My necklace was right there the whole time. Im a patient person and I understand things get misplaced but these employees were particularly unhelpful and acted like this situation was my fault. They didnt even apologize for wasting my time. Will definitely drive out of my way to a different location for all services moving forward.

Great location and nice store. The staff is usually friendly and approachable. I feel like there are too many staff members wandering about. I got my engagement ring and wedding ring here, and the diamond was actually lose and nearly fell out. They fixed it quickly and nicely as soon as I brought it in. They clean your jewelry for free when doing a semi-annual inspection of your diamonds.

This Jared will ALWAYS be where I purchase my jewelry and get my repairs done. They TRULY care about their customers and they always go out of their way to help me find the perfect piece. My grandmother recently needed a repair on an antique ring to fit over her knuckle, and the work is PERFECT. These sales agents definitely know their diamonds and the selection is amazing. Love this place!!

My husband got my wedding ring and both of my bands from Jared. I go every 6 months to get my rings cleaned and inspected. EVERY single time I go to this location, when I walk in I get ignored. I have to ask for help. It’s probably because I look like a hot mess (I have two young kids, I go when my husband is home & I run out of the house quickly to go). I always get treated differently than other customers who come in after me. They get a “hello welcome how may we help you” etc. This was the 5th time so I figured I’d write a review. My hubs has spent just a nice chunk of money on my rings. It rubs me the wrong way whenever I go in there. I told him today we are done buying from Jared and I will go get my rings cleaned and inspected from the location in concord. Even today before the women asked for his number to look up my rings she said “did he even get the bands from here”. Uhm yes he did. They’re Vera Wang. Don’t be rude. I may look young & like a hot mess but that shouldn’t reflect how I am treated. We are done giving them any of our money.

Horrible customer experience. How on earth would a customer know that if the system says the item is in stock in the store and then proceeds with the transaction, that said item then ships from Ohio as online is completely separate from the actual store??? To make matters worse, customer svc rep (Mercedes) is oblivious of the process and the requested supervisor (Tone) refused to come to the phone-twice!!! Jared, you MUST do better. Way too many other options available...

I have been shopping at this store for over 2 years, I usually shop there maybe 3 time a year. The staff is nice, abd the prices are okay. The store use to offer some type of military discount. I hope that they will take that into consideration again. Please shop and make up your on mind.

In-store of had a good experience. But I just called to inquire about a piece of jewelry of purchase in the past because I need to reorder it and she said she could not find any of my information with my name or phone number and then I needed to come into the store to try other options. Why cant you help me over the phone instead of making me drive 35 minutes to you. I have bought several pieces from them over the years. This just does not seem very customer helpful

Caroline gave me a great experience when I came for the Levian event. They have so much to choose from or anything you want to order. Every time I call the store with questions they are answered in detail. When I get my ring rhodium played it always looks perfect. This is the best store and Caroline is great!

Wanted to get a ring fixed, i called they said less than 50$ i said okay great, brought it in the said 65$, i was upset i was told one thing earlier on the phone so i left..... a week later i go back (which is today) they told me 94$. WHAT A BUNCH OF RIP OFFS! Getting on here to post this review i see that they have a 3.5 rating, so i am absolutely NOT surprised at my experience. They are terrible . Get it together !

Having never been in a Jared’s and concerned about having to select an important ring, my concerns quickly vanished as I was warmly greeted by Sally G. who is one of their jewelry specialist. She was absolutely amazing at quickly figuring out what I would and would not like and was willing to exhaust all of Jared’s resources to come up with a solution. She asked pertinent questions that would help her show me the best solutions to a somewhat difficult ring match I was trying to make. It soon dawned on me that I didn’t have just another sales person trying to make a sale (I am in sales and know how this goes!), I had a friend who wanted to help. It took us a long time, due to the difficulty, but we finally found a perfect solution and I could not be happier. Jared’s wonderful selections and Sally’s patience and desire to find a solutionare simply unmatched elsewhere. I am looking forward to shopping there again soon. Thank you so much, Sally, for making Jared’s my new “go to” place for jewelry!

I just wanted to browse, I already had a good idea of what I wanted from online but wanted to see the pieces in person but they kept trying to sway me into other things. Asked about the concord mills Jared and they said they dont have the same restrictions we do they sell things we cant making it sound like they send all of their broken or undesirable pieces there.

I had a horrible experience. I bought my wife a second wedding band for Christmas and I was told I didn’t have to put 20% down to get interest free by the manager India at the store. She told me she would call cooperate the following business day & get my account on interest free. The next month I was charged interest. I was willing to put 20% down & when I called to get some help with this from coperate they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. So I called India because I knew she would remember the situation & help me figure this out but I was so wrong, India denied saying anything about getting me interest free and was unwilling to make it right. It’s sad that a sales person will say anything to make a sale and not honor it. If you go to this Jared don’t ask for India! Or honestly just don’t shop at Jared at all.

I came in today with $500 cash to buy a small ring.I do not know if it was the fact that I was in my workout clothing, or the fact that I have dreadlocks, but I was not even greeted at the door. I spent a total of nine minutes in the store, and no one ever said “I will be with you soon”. Finally I left.I worked for Sterling jewelers in Arizona for 20 years. I myself stopped working at a Jared in Tempe less than 3 years ago.Shame on you. You have a goal to meet. Your district leader will be incredibly disappointed

My fiancé and I worked with Becky Kraus to purchase a wedding band. She claimed we would have it by June 28th as a rush order. Our wedding is July 12th. I called July 18th to confirm it would be in. She left a message telling me she would let me know by the 21st and never called back. I called back on the 27th only to be told it wouldn’t be in until July 13th! This made absolutely no sense when our wedding is the 12th. Infuriated is an understatement. I went in the next day to get my complete refund reimbursed. She was smug and arrogant. Not one bit sorry or sympathetic. Never give your business to this incompetent woman!

My husband bought me a pair of earrings from this location that were cheap looking, although they cost $500, and fell out of my ear due to weak clasps, and was damaged. Their return policy is not as easy as they say it is, and the customer service is not that great. He could have bought a more sturdier pair at Wal-mart!
