Just had three items cleaned at this particular store (Tiffanys) in South Park Mall Charlotte NC. A ring, a bracelet and a pendant necklace. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting. The Tiffany employee, I think she is Hispanic, was really rude. Service is not up to the usual Tiffany standard. Firstly, she just set the tray on the table and said, ‘ Here you are’ and then just went back to the back room. Never a ‘Thank you for shopping at Tiffany’s’ nor ‘Have a wonderful day.’ She didn’t even bother to wait till I got my jewelry together. And of all the Tiffany’s I have been to, from New York to the west coast, these items would normally be put in a pouch before handing them back to the customer, yes… even for just cleaning them.This is the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced in a Tiffany store. Why should Tiffany hire people who have no inkling of what the Tiffany customer service is supposed to be? I walked out of that store feeling deflated and upset. Even the Black girl at the counter didn’t say one word to me! The only good customer service we have experienced in this store so far is the very nice and courteous Filipino lady. Tiffany, train your people to have better customer service. Don’t judge people by their appearance. Treat everyone who walks into that store the same.

Terrible service, I dropped off a ring to be resized on 4/27/21 and I have left 3 messages by phone with no one returning my call.They were suppose to email me regarding the repair but have not received any response.I am very disappointed by the poor customer service.I would have been better off taking it to a local jeweler.

My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas, I have been wearing it for 4 months and the necklace looks like I’ve bought it from a lucky packet... appalled that I have emailed them for them to tell me, I need to send it back and and pay to have it cleaned. I will vouch to never buy anything from Tiffany & Co again!

Traveled to Tiffany at Southpark and waited in line for 30 minutes to get a broken bracelet that was purchased from Tiffany fixed. The gentlemen in client services told me it would have to be sent off for at least 2 weeks and would cost $35 plus $20 shipping (since I don’t live in Charlotte) to fix. Lol... for real? They clearly don’t stand behind their products and have no interest in helping customers. I took the bracelet to a local jeweler and they fixed it and polished it for free while I waited- it took less than 10 minutes. I should’ve done this in the first place but thought I should take it to the place it was purchased from. I have several pieces from Tiffany but no longer have any interest in giving them my business.

Last weekend we tried to go inside to have my fiancés Tiffany Necklace cleaned. We were abruptly stopped by two guards at the front door who stated we couldnt go in for jewelry cleaning. No attempt or offer to allow us in to actually shop. Interestingly we had just come from Diamonds Direct across the street which graciously cleaned all of our jewelry.

I fell in love with a ring online. I went to the Southpark location and the greeter was friendly and made my shopping experience so easy. He pulled up the ring I wanted on his computer and showed it to the sales lady. Because of his actions, the salesperson knew what I wanted and had the item and size I needed before I walked to the desk. I made my purchase with ease and ordered another item to have shipped to my home. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. I regret I do not remember the names of the greeter nor the salesperson, however I do thank you!

I walking into this store, the manger and security blocked the door as if I was coming in to steal something! They asked me why I was coming in the store! I have never felt more offended in life. I felt horrible like I was doing something wrong, when all did was walk in the store.

They werent helpful at all when I needed to exchange a gift I received. Despite the fact that there is a pandemic, they refused to accept a return past 30 days, even though I didnt even receive the gift until 3 months after it was purchased. Not to mention, the clerk threw away my gift receipt after not accepting the return.

Li is so wonderful and kind. My (now) fiance and I were in visiting about a year ago and she helped us get sizes for rings and spent time with us even though we told her we wouldnt be purchasing anything at that time. A year later I returned to get my mans wedding band and she was still there and had me all fixed up and checked out in no time. The nice door greeter gentleman was very helpful too, but I didnt get his name. (Sorry!)

Ms. Li is an Angel! My wife always wanted to get to NY and see Tiffanys, however, we have a special needs child so traveling is difficult. So I was hoping to surprise her for our Anniversary when I found that there was a Tiffanys in Charlotte! So I called and a wonderful voice answered Ms. Li. She was very kind and helpful. We live several hours away so it is hard to figure out what I wanted but she guided me every step of the way. So on the eve of our Anniversary dinner ran over and they closed at 9 pm. I was worried that we werent able to get there in time so my wife could get her Tiffany necklace. I called her and she said you dont worry I will wait for you. We left the restaurant and it was after closing time and sure enough she was waiting for us! Are you kidding me?! Where you been all my life! What an amazing worker and sales associate. My wife was in awe and she made me look like a hero (which I appreciate.) I was impressed and my wife was so elated I said screw it we are coming back tomorrow and get you the matching bracelet so you can have the full experience. The story doesnt end here. Then another act of kindness Ms. Li was off that Sunday but came in just for my wife! What the what?!! Another blown away moment for me. She told me to text her a time when we may be there and then she had everything ready. Champagne and a wonderful greet at the door. I had to bring my family this time since no one was able to watch our kids and my lil boy immediately took to Ms. Li. He loved the fact she brought out the telescope so he could see the stone up close.. Since my son cant stay still too long I had to take him out of the store but Ms. Li promised to take care of my wife and daughter and treat them like the Queen and Princess they are. Several hours into it (mind you she is off that day) I came back to check on my wife and she has tried on every piece of jewelry and had a blast! She got her Tiffany bracelet and I was so happy about this I bought another item, the perfume. I tell you this from years of dealing with customers and a business owner myself you have a gem of a sales person in Ms. Li. if she doesnt win some kind of employee of the year award she has won the best sales person award n our family! i dont care how much Tiffanys will cost the fact she treated us with such dignity and respect Ill always buy jewelry from Ms. Li. She has made me a customer for life!! God bless you maam! You have made my wife one of the happiest women on earth and helped her fulfill a 16 year dream all in one swoop!!

I has to exchange the gift my husband bought to me a few days ago for my birthday.When I presented one of the associates who was male he was not very friendly and even short.He disappeared for a few minutes with my purchase and than came back with another lady who was nicer but not really interested to help until I expressed that all people I met here were very unfriendly.Unter that she took some initiatives to show me possible variants.Also I asked to clean a few pieces of jewelry I bought in the same store which was promised to me at that time to be taking care forever.However when the sale associate took me to costumer service another female also was very unfriendly and I feel like I bother her from something very important she did .So I am not sure I ever will come there after this service.

The most disrespectful and rude sales associates I have ever encountered. Went in to purchase a ring with a friend that she been looking to purchase for months now. We were almost completely ignored when we walked in until a sales associate with the name of M. Maerschalk approached with an altogether rude comment, almost implying that we should leave and that we were done looking. I have never felt so much discourtesy and discomfort in my life, especially considering we were all visibly wearing multiple pieces of Tiffany jewelry and are somewhat frequent customers. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I wish there was a different location in Charlotte, because I will definitely not be be back to this location.

Excellent service from the staff as I was looking for one thing....but a much prettier thing caught my eye...They gave my silver necklace and pendants a quick shine and I will definitely be going back...They immediately recognized my wedding band as coming from Tifffany and Company...It compliments my engagement ring that my husband selected for me.

The sales associate Lisa Bowers perhaps was having an off day but messed up to 2 purchases. The bracelet my fiancé bought me has glue coating parts of the pendent. He did not see it prior to the bracelet being gift wrapped. When he called back to the store to ask them to fix it, he was told to clean it and “it should come off.” The sales associate did say it’s common for this bracelet to have glue on it because they glue a barrier to it to keep the pendants from rubbing together prior to purchase and it is supposed to be cleaned in store for the customer. Clearly this one was forgotten. My fiancé also got me a cleaning kit for my jewelry. This was missing the polishing cloth prior to gift wrapping. The sales associate Lisa Bowers gave my fiancé her number to call with any questions and didn’t even bother to answer his call when he called her to ask about the purchase. We had to call corporate to get the remainder of the gift that was purchased and not provided since the store associates did not want to fix the problem. Poor customer service.

Treated like a child because my mom bought me a present which I chose to return. The woman who helped me was very short with me and did not care that I told her I disliked diamonds and continued to push expensive diamond necklaces on me despite the fact that I was returning one. She even tried to guilt trip me by saying I was being rude to my mom by returning the expensive necklace which I would not wear- I was considering looking at Tiffanys for a replacement necklace but after this experience I will not return.

I have a confession to make, I love Tiffany and their jewelries. What more can you say about this place? lots of showcase different types of jewelry from diamonds to sterling silver. watches. service is very good (make sure you wear your best outfit). They are well trained to know the ones who are looking to buy versus the tourists just visiting the iconic store. Very big spacious and full of shiny items. When are you going to get me an engagement ring, Tyler?
