My favorite place to buy closing gifts for my clients! There’s so much great stuff here- housewarming gifts, jewelry, and some clothing (among other things). They’re super sweet as well.

Moxie is my go-to shop for gifts (for others AND myself!). Each item is curated and special, and many are by local creators utilizing ethically sourced and/or eco-conscious materials. I do not typically enjoy shopping, however the experience at Moxie is an absolute pleasure.

I love going to Moxie and finding the perfect gift, one that I know was intentionally sourced from local artists.

I think my wife said this store spoke to her soul, but the real reason for my review is customer service! As tourists, we ended up scooting into this store, and made a few purchases including a ring. 1.5-2 years later the ring broke, and Moxie was crazy helpful in getting the ring replaced!Support Small Business, and they will support you!

She has some lovely items & some humorous ones. All very nicely displayed. Features some local artists work, jewelry, gifts for men, etc. Plus hand made soaps & lotions.

I love this store and everything in it the only reason I gave one leas star is because every time I go in there is an older man (maybe the owner) who follows me around asking what I want to buy or telling me every detail of each item I look at. Maybe it’s to deter people from stealing ? Or to encourage customers to buy things but I find it a little off putting and a bit invasive. It always makes me leave the store a lot sooner than I want to because I really love looking at everything and I always want to buy something but I’m always quite uncomfortable have a large older man looming over my shoulder... That said I still love the style and the merchandise and the space! It is totally my style I just wish I could actually browse long enough to actually comfortably buy something from there!

I can’t tell you how much I love Moxie! They have so many cute gift ideas, jewelry, bags, etc. I have become a huge fan of the Farmhouse Fresh facial masks, especially the Turmeric and Banana Tightening one. My husband has loves their cedar soap and flavored toothpicks. I also purchased the most beautiful marble and gold cutting board and locally crafted wood cheese knife and fork set.There’s convenient parking in the back for customers at the Plaza Midwood location. The Davidson location, though smaller, has an awesome collection and free parking on the street and behind the store.

Fun gifts for an out of town guest or for a hard to shop for person. Small shop but tons of wonderful items.

I love this shop! So many really cool gifts and stuff! This is on the top of my list of local go to shops for birthdays and mothers day gifts.

I travel frequently for work and always look for local boutiques to support. Do yourself a favor and go here! Perfectly curated items, from jewelry to leather goods to candles to home decor, there’s something for everyone! Prices range widely and there’s something everyone can afford. Thanks for giving me a new sweet spot in NC!!

Great addition to the Plaza Midwood hood. Very thoughtfully curated gifts and decor. Great place to shop for a unique gift for wife/girlfriend. Owner was very nice to my 3 yr old and even had a chalkboard room that kept him entertained while I shopped.

I always come here for unique gifts. Theyve got the coolest stuff and a lot of it is locally made.
