After a disagreement with the staff I had one of the most professional customer service experiences of my life. The owner Dave reached back out having listened to my interaction and accommodated my situation, explained in detail their business model and overall made me feel much better about my experience. Given this interaction I would highly recommend Dave as someone to work with. Its hard to find an owner of a business who clearly cares so much about the customer and it is very much appreciated. Great work Dave!!!

Do not ever hire this company to provide you screens for your windows. my screens were installed on 10/13/21. the gentleman installed them and said if problems occurred please call back. on 10/23 i went to walk my dog, and noticed the screen from the upstairs window had fallen. I then panicked because i have two cats- my children. one had gotten out because of this product. he was missing. i was panicking. my cat did not claw it; there are no claw marks. we had no inclement weather. i spent the next 40 hours living my worst nightmare. i paid for advertisements, printed posters, walked the neighborhood, spent two nights outside looking for him. we finally found him. he had an injury to the eye. I took him to the vet on Monday 10/26/2021. it was yet another expense i had to incur, but this is my child.i tried calling screensmobile on Saturday to inform them. since they are not opened i left an urgent message. i called back again on Monday. the receptionist said that the manager or owner was not in that day, but they would take my message and respond on Tuesday.i never received a call on Tuesday morning. i called again, and spoke to the former owner who relayed the message to the current owner. the owner did not even have the common decency to call me directly and instead sent me an email. the company did refund my money, but would not even help cover the unexpected expenses i had incurred. he said it was unreasonable and called it extortion. i informed him i would be writing a frank review regarding his customer service. if i had a human child, that child would have fallen out of the second story window likely mortally injuring himself on the railing and stairs below. i will post pictures of the property and how perilous the fall is later today.if you are a pet owner or someone who wants screens that are truly secure, do not use this company. i have suffered mentally and physically from this ordeal and would never have ever considered using them had i known this is the outcome. again, use literally anyone else.

Everything about our experience with Screenmobile was incredible. The estimator was one of the nicest and happiest people Ive ever met. He was on top and very knowledgeable. The scheduler was incredible too. She was able to squeeze us in and get us our screened-in porch much sooner than we expected. And lastly the install team was top notch. They were prompt, communicative and neat. I would highly recommend this team!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They do great work. Will definitely be using them again.

We had a new house built in Cresswind Charlotte and we had heard ScreenMobile had installed most of the Eze Breeze systems in the neighborhood. They then signed on as a vender and we contacted them and told The owner, David, we wanted to break up our 13 x 32 porch into two areas. A 12 x 13 for the hot tub and the rest for an area to use as an enclosed porch. he can up with a great idea with Eze Breeze sliders in between the two areas. It came out GREAT and we are very happy with it after 6 weeks. We had them install shades on the hot tub side to have some privacy. I highly recommend ScreenMobile and David and his installers.

They are fantastic. Did a great job making golf ball resistant frames and screens for us. Hopefully no more broken windows! Thanks Jim

Customer service is good. The actual product is OK. We were looking for an affordable option for replacement screens & sliding screen doors. We have an older home (1975) with Andersen windows. I say OK because the frame is cut & mitered but there is no finished seam like Andersen. If you hold the screen up you can see light coming through the mitered corner whereas Andersen are soldered or somehow finished to make a seamless transition in the corners & also would seem make a sturdier product.Andersen screens are very expensive. We heard about this business & called. They sounded like a good affordable alternative. There was some miscommunication about the screen latches & they were not like original Andersen as we were first told. The Screen Mobile latches are fine, just different. The location of the latches was an issue at first. 2 service techs came to the house. A young guy & middle aged man. The young one was a little belligerent and my husband was about to send them away. When they went to lunch I called the office to ask about the Andersen style latches since Debbie the office manager said they had them & the tech said no. The extremely nice lady named Debbie, with whom all my dealings had been with prior to installing, asked about service up to that point & asked how things were going. I told her about not having the correct latches and the younger guys poor attitude about where he planned to drill holes in our sealed window frames. She apologized and evidently called the men at lunch & must have inflicted an attitude adjustment. The young one came back with a much better attitude.The work continued. The screens look good but not as good as Andersen. The bronze color metal frames look nice, same as a bronze color storm door we have. It looks nice with our house trim paint color. They offer 3 different grades (weight and thickness) of screen material which is nice.The sliding doors are cheap looking in my opinion. They are rather expensive...$200 with tax, and the look of them is lightweight and flimsy looking. Theyll do, but the cheesiest thing is they have nice bronze colored aluminum frames and put ugly (exposed) silver color plated metal nuts and bolts to hold the roller wheels in place. (See photo). That just ruined & cheapened the whole appearance in my opinion.The tech made sure the sliding door was adjusted properly for smooth gliding & did a walk-around the whole house with us to make sure we were satisfied.The interesting thing about the screens is they are all 1 price regardless of size. Our windows vary from small bathroom windows to large 5 tall & 40+ inches wide. I guess it averages out over the price of the job. The window screens definitely have a better look than the sliding doors but even the windows where the pins are (the latches) is not smooth on the outside. (See photo). No one would notice unless looking closely though.Overall I would recommend if you are looking for a reasonably affordable alternative to other more expensive window manufacturers screens... our old Andersen screens are 45 yrs old and beyond repair. Authentic Andersen screens would not be worth the investment in our opinion so we are satisfied with Screen Mobile screens.EDIT - the company sent an installer back out to the house on 9/25 & he replaced the nuts and screws on the sliding door screens to bronze to match the door. It makes a world of difference. I posted new photos of the bronze tone nuts that hold the wheels.

Great products...sales however, has been a nightmare. Should have had my garage screen today...lost a day off because of a big installation debacle, not only am I put to the back of the line (3mth wait)...this guy attempted to upgrade the sale X2 the amount. Customer Service?

Be careful of quotes. I called and was offered a price the I told them I would think about it. I then called back in 10 minutes and was requoted nearly double the price. Ive seen their good work though.

These guys were a little busy but well worth the wait. Its rare you get top notch service and quality at an affordable price but these guys are the real deal. Well worth the wait of 2 weeks to get them out as they did the work in a timely way and installed really nice screens at a low cost.

Could not ask for better service throughout the whole process with Screenmobile. From the initial contact through completion of work everything went smoothly. Ultimately the screens they provided look great and overall quality appears to be high.

Had to contact screenmobile after another contractor damaged my screen. Although The earliest appt was 2 weeks out, they’re pricing is affordable, the technician was attentive and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend or use again if needed.

The techs showed up late, but only because they ran into an issue with an earlier job. I had the whole day free, so it really wasnt a big deal.The end results are better than I expected. The work is top-notch and so are the people! My screened in back porch looks fantastic now!I am definitely recommending Screen Mobile to anybody that needs that kind of work done.

Screenmobile is a complete and utter disappointment! I requested a site visit to my home to get a quote for screen options for my patio. They were “SO busy” it took two weeks before they could come out. A man came and took measurements, left no info on timeframes, left no product info regarding the options he was going to quote. When I called him, he said they are “SO busy” that it would be a few days before I would get my quote. He came on a Wed. Said I would have my quote either Friday or by Tuesday the next week. Tuesday came and went and never got my quote. No call, no follow up. Well guess what, I’m busy too and this company wasted my time! If you are “SO busy” and can’t even get a quote to me after a week, how can you even get a job done?!? Don’t use Screenmobile, they can’t manage expectations, have poor communication, and clearly only care about large money making jobs. I was once in sales...whether it was a single item or an entire project, my client received my full attention no matter what. To get so big as a company that you can’t even do the basic first step and get your quote to a potential client, Epic fail on Sceenmobile’s part! And here is even the worst part, they haven’t even tried to get in touch with me to see if I received my quote or what they could do to fix this! Nothing! Screenmobile sucks!!! Do not use this [email protected] DiD call! Got your after hours answering service and left a detailed message!!!! And I sent a message directly to your site about your LACK of service!!! And here you are responding to THIS on a public forum trying to save yourself! And yet, you STILL haven’t called me directly to leave me a a return call or message and STILL have not sent me a quote!!! I don’t care why or how someone should or shouldn’t have come to my house. I called for service and a quote and you DID NOT DO YOUR JOB! And then made excuses here but never called me personally. Unbelievable!! My jaw is on the floor.

My house was going on the market and I really needed some screen repair and replacement on the back patio. These guys went above an beyond to fit me into the schedule with very little notice and when they came out to estimate the work, they were prepared to get it done immediately which is exactly what they did. On time, professional and did a great job.

Got pricing and scheduling from Debbie, and she was great! Then Kyle came to the house to rescreen several windows that I had frames for. He was on time, professional, courteous, fun, and really knew what he was doing! When were ready, well be calling back and scheduling Kyle!

The price for custom made and installed screens is fantastic. Kyle did wonderful work. Everything fits great. He was very professional and polite. He even made an impromptu replacement screen door replacement. I got an email and telephone reminder about today’s installation. Kyle called to say when he’d be here and he was prompt. Price charged is same as telephone quote - no surprises. I am very impressed with this company and would heartily recommend.

We got the coolest, slickest retractable screens ever. Have had them for 7 years and we have used the heck out of them as we often have all doors and windows open in the house. Just lately I noticed some of doors might be in need of repair so I ll be calling them. This company did a great job for us.

I operate a tree service and we had an incident where we put a tear into a customers porch window at eye level. The bigger problem with her was that she was having a graduation party for her daughter on the following Sunday. This was on Tuesday. I called Screenmobile and Debbie Foster answered and promptly informed me that they were booked solid for the next 3 weeks. I told her my situation and she volunteered to check with her installers to see if one would come out on a Saturday. She called me back a half hour later saying she had found someone but it might be a little more than the usual $85. I said Of course! No problem just make my customer happy. They did and she was thrilled. I got the invoice today and it was for $85. My only disappoint me was that they didnt charge me more. Now how often do you hear that? I have always had great service both when I bring my screen problems to the store or they come to my home and take care of my Phantom screen door. If you dont have a Phantom screen door - get one - you will love it !!

Screenmobile replaced 21 window screens and 1 storm door screen. They were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them highly.

Booked an appointment a month or so ago for today, being June 19, the first available time slot that they had was for 8:30am. No one shows up so I call them up. Debbie tells me that my technician called out today, and that a different technician would be here at 4pm. 4:15pm comes around and I call them again. A “Denise” answers the phone and I ask for Debbie. She states that she is on the phone, so I tell Denise what was going on. I get transferred to Debbie and she says “someone called and cancelled your 4pm appt.” Who the hell would do that. I am the one paying for the service, and it is at MY home. Who else would call??? Debbie tells me “sorry sir, things run together”. What does that even mean? I know what it means... ...it means give someone else my business.So unprofessional.You live you learn.

Great customer service when scheduling. They are popular = booked out several weeks which was fine with me. Excellent product. They did measurements on site and made and installed new screens in less than an hour.

If I could give zero it would be exactly that... Do not use this company! I scheduled an appointment for work to be done. The latest appointment was 4pm. I stressed that its kind of hard to be off work that early but Ill make it work. I took off work 2-3 hours early to ensure I was on time. 4:15 comes around and I call to find out if theyre coming and Debbie tells me that they were running early and arrived at 3:30. I wasnt home so they left and need to reschedule... ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? She calls the tech then calls me back said yea, hes already home for the day. He couldnt call me when he got here? Leave a note? Send a smoke signal or anything? They wanted to reschedule obviously. Now my door wont be fixed in time for my upcoming even I have planned.Im not rescheduling with a company that only cares about getting home by 3:30 on a Friday afternoon! Find a different company! Im not finished either!

Jack D was the crew leader for screening in our porch. Hes a real craftsman who takes a lot of pride in doing first-class work. He brought all the equipment needed for the job and set up an organized work area. Job completed on time and we are 100% satisfied.

Screenmobile of Charlotte was chosen versus all Charlotte area screen vendors because their product requires no maintenance and was equally priced. In addition they were able to maintain our existing columns and curved arches to give us a floor to ceiling screened in patio. The product is great and we now have a new outdoor room on our house and we love it! Screenmobile of Charlotte is easy to work with and I know you will love the finished product.

Screen Mobile installed an EZ-Breeze system in our enclosed patio. Overall they did ok, but there are a few reasons why I could only give them 3 stars:1) They didnt clean up after they were done and there were metal shavings everywhere that we had to clean up ourselves both inside the patio and all around our yard, deck and pavers underneath.2) They convinced us to get their storm door with a dog door instead of getting one from Lowes. The installers placed the dog door 9 inches from the bottom of the door but our dogs are only 15 inches high. Both dogs have to jump through the dog door to get out and thats not an option for our 14 yr old. I asked them to come back out with a larger dog door and the installer said he couldnt do anything to lower it, which was the entire reason I asked them to come back out. So the door they installed is basically useless for what we want and we are going to have to buy the door from Lowes anyway. Its a lot bigger of a hassle then it needed to be given the amount of money we spent.Other than those 2 issues we thought they did a good decent job. They were friendly and worked quickly. But my advice to anyone using them is to watch the installers very, very carefully.
